House Sitting in Goldendale

About: +++Peace of mind for pets and their people+++ I am a former vet tech and a lifetime dog/cat/farm animal owner. I work from home full-time at my 20 acre little farm. I am happy to host any size dog(s) or provide excellent care for your pets at your home. My former experience as a vet tech causes me to naturally keep an eye on overall health and wellness of your pets. I have trained my own dogs in obedience, scent work, herding, agility and dock diving. In the past I've had some luck training my cats to play fetch but let's face it - cats will be cats and I love them for it <3 Puppies and senior dogs are more than welcome. My 2.5 year old Aussie/cattle dog/Border Collie mix is stable and friendly and loves to have other dogs to play with. Farm visits/sitting is welcome as I have life-long experience with all farm animals and horses. I am available for drop-in pet care at your home from 7:30am to 9 pm (flexible if needed). Pet care at my home includes fetch, "find it" games, splashing in the creek, hiking, and snuggling. Of course, I adapt the activities/schedule to whatever best suits your dog. We also take lots of outdoor breaks for fresh air and play, but if your dog is a couch potato I do that too :). Dogs are welcome on the beds and couch, and I also have extra crates if your pet prefers to sleep in one. When caring for pets in your home, my goal is always to be respectful of their routine and space, while caring for them just as you would. At my home, I have 20 acres with a fully fenced dog yard. I operate on loving kindness and positive reinforcement. Meeting new pets just brings me joy. Please note that I do require a meet & greet before hosting dogs in my home. Thanks!

About: I have 10+ years of pet care experience. My family and I have raised puppies from the time I was very little. I have also had horses since I was two years old. I’ve grown up taking care of them basically my whole life. I have experience in caring for farm animals and reptiles as well. I have been house sitting for 6 years now. I usually sit for ones whose pets are able to be left alone during the day while I am at work and have a way to go in out for potty breaks. I care for pets in any way the owner asks me to. I am happy to accommodate whatever is needed. I love and care for all pets as if they were my own.

About: I am a dedicated dog mom with hands on experience caring for both active and senior dogs. I love daily walks and outdoor play, and I treat every dog with the same patience, attention, and care I give my own. I work full time Monday through Friday in White Salmon with some flexibility in my schedule and I’m also willing to stay overnight to provide consistent, reliable care for your pet in the comfort of their home if needed. I have a fenced yard for safe outdoor time and a friendly dog who enjoys playtime and walks. I follow each pet's routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special needs to make sure they feel comfortable and at home.

About: My family and I always had dogs and cats, even bunnies! I love animals and taking care of your babies would be an honor. I also have experience dog sitting for my friends. Caring for pets in your home or a client’s home depends on the type of service you provide (pet sitting, dog walking, boarding, etc.), but the goal is always to keep the pet safe, comfortable, and following their normal routine.

About: I have had pups all my life, of many different shapes and sizes. I have lots of experience caring for elderly pups as well training puppies. I am comfortable with big dogs as much as I am little ones. I recently lost my dog of 20 long, happy puppy years, and am eager to put all the extra love I have to give into your pup. I have trained countless dogs to walk well on leash, if that’s something you need help with. I am also comfortable with big off leash (or on) hikes, if that’s what your pup prefers. I have a 90 lb bernedoodle puppy at home who delights in off leash adventures. If your dog needs socializing, we could all go together! I work part time and attend graduate school remotely, so I’m able to spend ample time with your beloved pets! My husband stays home with our dogs when I’m pet sitting, so not much need to leave once I’m there. I am very cognizant of escape artists and all sorts of mischievous puppies and kitties. I am very communicative with all of my clients; I’ll send pics and texts or calls if you prefer several times a day (unless you’d rather be left alone!)
