About: I started pet sitting at the age of 15, but have loved animals of every kind for as long as I can remember. I began volunteering at a horse rescue at the age of 12, and worked with various farm animals of every kind with very specific care instructions. In pet sitting I have taken care of dogs, cats, and other animals of every size, shape, breed, and personality. I participated in and was a TA for WMU’s Applied Animal Behavior Practicum for 4 semesters, where I worked with, cared for, and trained dogs and cats at the SPCA of southwest Michigan. I was also the Barn Manager at Lake of the Woods and Greenwoods Summer Camp, where I was in charge of many animals, all with very specific needs and schedules. I currently have a job where I can work anywhere as long as I have my laptop, so my schedule is very flexible to suit your needs! I am available most days, and can be very accommodating with what your pet needs. I have two dogs that love to play in our huge yard. My rescue is quite shy and prefers to stay at home or go on walks at non-populated places, while my standard poodle is very social and loves to anywhere and everywhere with me. I also have a cat who loves to play with my dogs, and likes any toy that has feathers and he can chase. I also have three rabbits that I foster for the summer camp I used to work for. I love playing enrichment games and building puzzles for my pets!

About: I have taken care of pets my whole life and have house sat for pets of all types in my neighborhood, I love taking pets on walks and visiting dog parks. I am currently a college student that is free during the summer besides having online classes. I go to the gym in the morning but otherwise am quite free, just tending to my apartment. I have had multiple cats and dogs in the past and have volunteered at animal shelters so have a ton of knowledge on proper care for animals. I am also great at following instructions.
About: I’ve been involved in pet care the entirety of my adulthood. From big sled dogs to frenchies and more, I’ve played along with more than I can say. Experienced specifically with large breed dogs and small to medium reactive dogs. I work almost full time at a local doggy daycare. If your pet is a client there I’m happy to be flexible about drop off and pick up from there. I have varying flexibility throughout the week. Friday is the day I’m least available. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
