“Emily did a terrific job for us. She was punctual, diligent and, most importantly, very kind to our pets. One of our cats is diabetic and requires shots twice a day. Emily followed all of the instructions for feeding and dosing him and his blood sugar was spot-on when we came home. I cannot say enough good things about Emily. We will gladly hire her again.”

“Victoria is so enthusiastic and loving in her care of animals! She treated my three kitties like they were her own, and it really gave me peace of mind while I was away to see her detailed updates and pictures of her time with my babies!”

“Brian was absolutely wonderful with our Bernedoodle puppy Oreo! Despite Oreo being a 60+ pound bundle of adolescent energy, Brian handled him with patience, confidence, and ease. He was always on time, professional, and genuinely caring. Oreo absolutely loved his visits and that says everything. Highly recommend Brian without hesitation. Will definitely book again!”

“Selvi is a dog-lover, but her animal-whisperer abilities also extend to my cats, who she has so thoughtfully cared for on many occasions now. She is a true gem and I couldn’t recommend highly enough.”

About: Hello, I’m Sabrina! I have always been involved in animal care spaces. I volunteered as a behavior volunteer for several years at Friends For Life Animal Shelter, where I learned about canine and feline behavior. I am certified in canine and feline CPR and first aid through PetTech! Your furry friend is always safe with me! Last summer, I worked as a canine care attendant at The Barking Muse where I walked dogs, monitored day care, facilitated activities and basic training, and cared for our boarders! I’d love to continue my pet care journey with you! Currently, I’m a college student home for the summer, so my schedule is wide open! I’d love to fill my time by providing quality pet care! I always meet the pet where they’re are at. I will never force a pet to anything it doesn’t want to and believe in understanding their behavior and boundaries. Through this method I’ve successfully addressed anxiety in both cats and dogs and formed meaningful connections!
“Mina was caring and attentive to Otto, making us feel comfortable being away. She sent pictures of Otto from her visits. She did everything we requested to care for our cat and our house in our absence. I would feel completely comfortable hiring her again during our travel!”

“Tara did a great job taking care of our cats, chickens, and home! Her communication was prompt and always very friendly. She included sweet photos every day and I felt confident that my pets were well taken care of. Thank you, Tara!”

“As a first time puppy owner, finding the right person to watch your fur baby is nerve wrecking. Riley was amazing!! She provided in-home daycare for our pup and kept up with his routine. She sent pics and videos of him and he seemed so happy. I’ll definitely be booking her again to watch or furry friend.”

“Ashleigh was so great with our cat, Lyra, when we were away for a longer vacation. She sent nice messages describing her time with lyra along with each of the rover cards, and we felt like our furball was in excellent hands!”

About: I began seeking clients on Rover in the summer of 2025 as a way to make some more money for college and I love animals so I figured “why not!” - I found myself really bonding with every dog/cat I watched and cared for them as my own. I accept as many jobs as I possibly can because I understand the importance of having someone stay with your fur babies who knows how to care for them in all aspects. My 7 month old puppy died due to negligence from his pet sitter and got hit by a car. Due to that experience, I have shifted my focus to mainly Rover, hoping I can provide families with the comfort and assurance that I will care for their animals with the respect and love they all deserve. I have experience with all kinds of animals (even bunnies, horses, fish, and more!) I was a working student from the ages of 10-15 years old and have my own horse so big dogs don’t scare me. I know how to deal with skittish or aggressive dogs because I had to learn to groom my own goldendoodle as he got older and became unpredictable due to dementia. It is important for me to make sure the animals I look after feel heard, are never left alone for too long, and have fun during my time with them! Please feel free to reach out with any other questions!! I only have one other job exercising steeple chase horses in the early mornings so I have a lot of availability to make house visits or spend the day as much as you would need me to! I also love to go on walks and take hikes, so if I am looking after an Active dog it is no problem! If your dog likes to play with other dogs I have a fenced in yard and two other dogs of mine who are very friendly. I am very neat and organized so the chance of your animal eating something or getting into something they’re not supposed to is very slim.

About: (Pet photography services are included with each booking and available separately- just book a drop in or walk!) My name is Sadie, I grew up in Baltimore County and am studying Animal Behaviour at the University of Aberdeen. I am 21 years old and started pet sitting at 12 years old, I have experience with a variety of animals from dogs and cats to farm animals (horses, pigs, sheep, cow, chickens, etc.) and all kinds of exotics. I am very experienced in feeding, walking, crating, training, giving medicine (including shots), bathing, etc. I've lived and worked with rescue dogs and pets that are anxious, avoidant, and even aggressive so I am prepared for any type of personality. I love meeting and bonding with new pets as each one has their own unique quirks, needs and personalities. My main focus is pet sitting, it takes priority and allows me to have plenty of time to care for pets! My weekdays and weekends are available for full-time care, drop-ins and overnights. I have many years of experience with pet and house sitting staying in my clients' houses while they are away. I am able to adapt to the schedule and environment of the client and pet. I can crate them, take them outside on a leash, keep them off furniture or out of rooms they're not supposed to be in, etc.
About: While I may not have much professional experience I have owned a variety of pets my entire life from dogs and cats to bunnies and squirrels! I even interned at a veterinary office. I currently work a full-time job but I am looking to fill my time with pet care during the evenings after 4 and all day during the weekends. I am aware of dogs and cats body language and by understand them, I can better help support their needs. I can redirect when necessary and calm energetic behavior.
“Curtis was a great caretaker for our two cats: Dropped by everyday, administered pills, changed food, water, and litter in addition to play time! Heavily recommend, he's a great sitter!”
