About: What sets me apart is the level of care, attention, and reliability I bring to every pet and home I care for. I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, including having two dogs of my own in my family's home and caring for cats throughout the years, so being around animals has always been a big part of my life. I also have experience pet and house sitting for neighbors and family friends, caring for dogs, cats, and small mammals with different personalities, routines, and needs. I’m comfortable following feeding schedules, walks, playtime routines, medications, and providing extra patience for shy, anxious, or senior pets. I understand that leaving your pets with someone else can be stressful, so I always try to make both the pets and their owners feel comfortable and reassured. I make it a priority to send updates and photos and to treat every pet with the same love, attention, and care I would want for my own pets. In addition to caring for pets, I’m very responsible when it comes to house-sitting and keeping homes clean, secure, and well cared for while owners are away. I’m currently a college student home for the summer, which gives me a flexible schedule to provide reliable and attentive pet care throughout the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. I know pets are most comfortable in familiar environments, so I make sure they receive consistent care, attention, exercise, and affection while their owners are away. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walks, medications, litter box cleaning, playtime, and any specific routines or preferences each pet may have. I also pay close attention to pets’ behavior and comfort levels to ensure they feel safe, relaxed, and well cared for. Safety and trust are very important to me, so I always keep homes clean, secure, and respected while providing care. I’m also very communicative and provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel reassured knowing their pets are happy and in good hands. Since I’m currently a college student home for the summer, I also have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of time, attention, and supervision throughout the day.

About: Working at a Veterinary Hospital before going to college absolutely solidified my love for animals and caring for them! I love learning their unique traits and I can’t wait to bond with your pets! I’m currently a full time student at JMU but I’m looking to add pet sitting into my routine! With warm weather coming up, I know how important it is to find a reliable sitter for vacations! I can’t wait to meet your pets! Caring for your pets in the safety of your home is important to me! My name is Sadie, I grew up in Baltimore County and am studying Animal Behaviour at the University of Aberdeen. I am 21 years old and started pet sitting at 12 years old, I have experience with a variety of animals from dogs and cats to farm animals (horses, pigs, sheep, cow, chickens, etc.) and all kinds of exotics. I am very experienced in feeding, walking, crating, training, giving medicine (including shots), bathing, etc. I've lived and worked with rescue dogs and pets that are anxious, avoidant, and even aggressive so I am prepared for any type of personality. I love meeting and bonding with new pets as each one has their own unique quirks, needs and personalities. My main focus is pet sitting, it takes priority and allows me to have plenty of time to care for pets! My weekdays and weekends are available for full-time care, drop-ins and overnights. I have many years of experience with pet and house sitting staying in my clients' houses while they are away. I am able to adapt to the schedule and environment of the client and pet. I can crate them, take them outside on a leash, keep them off furniture or out of rooms they're not supposed to be in, etc.

About: While I may not have much professional experience I have owned a variety of pets my entire life from dogs and cats to bunnies and squirrels! I even interned at a veterinary office. I currently work a full-time job but I am looking to fill my time with pet care during the evenings after 4 and all day during the weekends. I am aware of dogs and cats body language and by understand them, I can better help support their needs. I can redirect when necessary and calm energetic behavior.

About: I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, donkeys, goats, chickens, ferrets, hamsters, etc. I’m used to being in households with multiple animals. I have a Boston Terrier that I consistently walk. I don’t currently have a job I’m full time pet sitting. However I do take jobs outside of rover and have occasional plans or trips but I’m very flexible. I have a Boston Terrier who I let out on a leash and take on walks around the neighborhood. He typically sleeps in his crate.

About: I have had many dogs in my life time and I enjoy walking, talking to, caring for and spending time with dogs when I can. I miss my pets but I am not ready to get one of my own. However, I would love to help you care for your pet when you are gone. I am a teacher during the school year. I usually can help you out on the weekend or nights during the school year. During the summer I can help more often in a variety of days and times. My fur babies have all past. When I have helped friends and family take care of their pets I make sure to get to know their fur baby before they need me to care for them. I learn their pet's routines and I try to spend some time with them so they know my sent. This makes it more comfortable for the owner and pet when I am with them.
