“This was our first booking with Emily and the first time we've left our crew of 3 kitties with anyone new. One of ours is a newly diagnosed diabetic with the need for 2x/daily insulin. Given that she was new to her and I was gone, our pouting sassy little girl was not exactly cooperative especially the first night, despite the terrific freindly meet and greet ahead of booking. Emily was very patient and creatively worked through things for the two days. We will definately use her again and with familiarity, my sassy clingy cat will be way easier...we hope. About: I’ve cared for cats since I was a kid, from my own family cats to pets belonging to neighbors, friends, and regular pet-sitting clients. About: While I may not have much professional experience I have owned a variety of pets my entire life from dogs and cats to bunnies and squirrels! I even interned at a veterinary office. Experienced with using a clicker to train, and using a beep / vibrate collar for training spirited dogs. Aiming to cater to the most “difficult” dogs for those owners who have limited options. The house is kept clean and because of my pet history I keep things off the floor and food safe from pets. There’s a nice yard but no fence. I have my three boys staying here every other week/end. They're animal lovers too, but in case separation is needed, my bedroom, enclosed sunroom, and finished barn space can be used to contain a pet when the kids are around. For pet sitting and dog walking, I have a leash and a fanny pack. As a runner, it's a joy to take energetic dogs on the trail. For runs & walks, I use my own private access to the little gunpowder falls river woods with a long walkable waterfall, the local NCR trail, or the cemetery across the street (1/4mi laps).

He also had to deal with a terrible cold spell, but when he couldn't walk Lemon for more than 5 minutes at a time (about all she can tolerate when it's that cold), he took her for two short walks to make sure she did all her business and then played ball with her in the house. About: My love for dogs started in my parents home. We had 3 different dogs growing up. I had a pet for 5 years. Be a pack leader and place pet safety 1st with a great dog walking or sitter experience. Don't have a dog now but love watching AKC competition and westminster dog show .
