“Jada was an amazing walker!! I will definitely be using her again! My dog had the best time on her walks, Jada was great and sending photos and updates about the walk! You can really tell Jada loves dogs and caring for them :)”

5. Cody M.

“Another fabulous walk by Cody. You can trust Cody 100% with your dog. Particularly if you have a dog who has any issues whatsoever, it is hard to hand the dog off, but Cody can handle anything. Cody has had dogs all his life and is very knowledgeable -- in fact, more so than some of the "trainers" my rescue dog has seen.”

6. Melissa F.
About: I currently have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own which is why I know how important and nerve wracking it can be to find a sitter you can trust. I’m fortunate to have a solid circle of friends and family that help care for my pets, but I know not everyone has that. Or maybe you do and you just need last minute help. Either way I’m here to help in any way I can. My primary experience is with high energy dogs: primarily huskies, German shepherds and pointers. I’ve trained many dogs but primarily focus on reactivity training. Training skills: • crate training • recall • human reactivity • dog/ small animal reactivity • healing & leash etiquette • car etiquette & car reactivity • threshold boundaries (ex. Teaching a dog not to go out an open door until they’ve been invited) The most important thing to having a well balanced dog is proper exercise. I live on 3 acres and go hiking regularly. If this is something you’d like your dog to partake in, I’d love to have them!! I own my own business so I work my work schedule around my dogs needs. I don’t have kids so my priority is my pups and those I’m helping care for. Trust in a caregiver can take time and varies from pet to pet. However, there are some basics things I ensure I do because it’s made a difference in my dogs’ lives. • Car safety is key, you dog will wear a harness and seatbelt in the car. • Your dog will always be leashed whether it be on a walking leash, long lead, tie out, or tandem leash to my dog who has amazing recall. If your dog is off leash trained, that is something we can discuss one on one. • They will always have access to water • They will never be left alone in cars on hot days • They will always get some kind of exercise.

About: I've grown up with animals my whole life and have always had a passion for ensuring the wellbeing and meaningful care that each and every animal deserves. I worked at a dog daycare & walking facility in high school, and am now working at a vet clinic for the last 2 years. I have 4 pups and 2 cats of my own and am happy to show all of your fur babies the same amount of love and affection I do my own. I work full-time (at both a general practice & emergency vet clinic!) but have a fixed schedule. Do not be afraid to message me for more specifics on my availability, as it's hard to properly express through the options on Rover. I have plenty of experience caring for dogs (having 4 is almost a part-time job of its own!) and I believe every pet deserves time and respect no matter how shy or friendly, young or old. I work with plenty of dogs of all walks of life at my full time job. I understand it can be scary letting a stranger take care of a family member, and I want to ensure you are able to trust that I will care for your babies the best I can.

8. Sydney F.
“Sydney has taken care of are 2 cats and Large dog when we go away for just a weekend or long vacations. She has always taken great care of our pets and home. I don’t know what I would do without her. Knowing that she is there I never worry!!! She is wonderful!!”

9. Kristine G.

“As a new user on rover, I was a little hesitant with letting a stranger into my home. Kristine did a great job with easing my apprehension and answering all the questions I had. My Loki seemed to really enjoy his walk with her too. 100% would use again.”

10. Alyssa W.
“Alyssa LOVES animals and does a great job making sure everything goes well for them! We have a dog, 2 cats, 2 mice, and 3 fish tanks, and she is always happy to help take care of them! Whether it's just to stop by and let the dog out and check in on everyone, or stop by a couple times a day to feed everyone, or stay over for a couple days so my attachment-issue dog doesn't shred the carpet.... She is the first person I go to about keeping an eye on our pets when we want to do something out-of-town.”

11. Ellie S.
“Ellie is a fantastic dog caretaker. From walks to dog sitting she is attentive, caring, and overall a hard worker. I would highly recommend Ellie for all your pet needs!”

12. Travis P.
“I would recommend Travis to anyone! He is very passionate about dogs, kind and respectful. Travis knows how to train our furry friends as well as show them love and care!”

13. Natalie C.

“Natalie has always loved animals. She is very nurturing. She owns 2 dogs and is great with them. She is very caring and patient. If she could have a farm filled with animals to care for she would ??”

14. Jasmine N.

“Jasmine was wonderful. Very friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my dog in her care.”

15. Nicole B.
“Nicole has been a trusted friend and neighbor of mine for the last 15 years, and I have known her to be caring, kind, patient, and responsible with my pets and others pets as well. She provides great feedback and stays in communication about pets when needed, and she has trained a very challenging puppy of her own. You will feel comfortable and confident that your beloved pet is in great hands with Nicole!”

16. Mira K.
About: I’ve grown up with cats and dogs in my house my entire life! My family and friends always turn to me when in need of drop in visits or longer pet sitting time frames when needed. I am an active person, so I love taking animals on walks or even to the park! I work at the hospital, so I only work 3 days a week- allowing me to have a flexible and open schedule. I also am very active so I would love to take animals on walks or even runs if able! I’ve grown up with dogs and cats, so I am very familiar with how to take care of them. In my household we believe that animals are part of the family too, and love to shower them with attention and love!

17. Rose H.
About: There hasn’t been a time in my life where I haven’t had a pet. I have a dog, a cat, and fish as well in my own home right now and I would love to take care of your pets as well. I have a very active lifestyle, so I am well prepared for walks and playing with your pets! I just finished my sophomore year of college and am on summer break. I am waitressing this summer, but I don't work every day. When I do work, my shifts are either 10am-4pm or 4pm-11pm generally. So, even when I do have work, your pet won’t be alone for too long because I can come right before and after my shift to check up on your pet and/or still sleep over at the house with them if you want me to. I am able to accommodate to whatever your dog needs. I can run with them in the backyard, or just chill on the couch with them. Whatever it is, my goal is to make them happy and comfortable.
