“Marion was very responsive, competent, and reliable! I had a great experience hiring her to walk my dog while on vacation visiting Mt. Baker. I only reached out a few days ahead, but she was flexible and very easy to communicate with. I would definitely hire her again!”

About: Hi I'm Katie! Also known as that British lady! I have owned dogs my entire life, usually always two at a time. I currently have one of my own after losing three elderly dogs in the last few years. I now only have Ernie a chihuahua cross i rescued from Kansas in 2017. I've had experience with various breeds and fostered ex racer greyhounds for a while in the U.K. I also have two indoor/outdoor cats I rescued as kittens from local feral cat litters. I finish work for the Summer in June and can offer drop in services up to three times a day for dogs, cats and smaller furries if you live in the local area, Maple Falls etc. These can be whilst you’re at work to give your beloved pet a potty break or they can be for longer stretches of time while you vacation so you can feel secure your dogs are in their own home safe and comfortable. I can also board dogs in my own home from all over Whatcom county if they are dog/cat/responsible kid friendly. I have a fenced in yard and a very dog friendly house! I finish work for the summer in June and have a lot of availability for both walks, drop ins and boarding! From June 12th my schedule really opens up! I have a fenced yard and a dog friendly home. I have two dog friendly cats who are indoor and outdoor and tolerated living with four dogs and two kids. Dogs are allowed on my sofa and bed but only if you allow that at home… I don’t want to create bad habits!
About: Years ago my Mother gave me a card. It said, “The more I know men the more I love my dog.” My family has always had dogs and cats too. Once having a discussion with my guy he said, “even the dog ranks higher than me!” A dog is more than a pet. They are a companion who loves unconditionally. Who is ready to play or not. Will always listen and never rejects a belly rub. I genuinely prefer canines over people. Recently read the book “Dog Sense.” There is so much more about these wonderful creatures that it should be required reading before anyone takes on the responsibility of owning a companion. I will give your family member the respect and genuine kindness it deserves. Thank you for your consideration.
About: Hello! My name is Lauren and I have been taking care of animals on and off since I was a little girl. I have sat for puppies, seniors, cats, dogs, and everything in between. I have a bird and three dogs of my own, including a Saint Bernard. I love animals and I am hoping to get to meet some new ones. Right now, I am home from college in Seattle for the summer. I am currently taking bookings for any day of the week and at any time! Because of my flexible schedule, I am able to take pets on walks/potty breaks as often as needed. I always make an effort to tidy up toys or the home in general before leaving and I am very comfortable crating/feeding/playing with dogs of any size.
About: When I was 7 years-old, my family added a new member, a golden retriever, Finnagin. Dogs have been in my family ever since. I do my best to stay present and connect with each animal I meet. I also have 12 years of house sitting experience, with a goal of leaving each home in the same shape & cleaner than it was upon my arrival. Past experiences have taught me how to help animals adjust to their owners being gone. Diligently maintaining normal routines and providing consistent interaction are my main methods. My 9 year-old beagle, Willow & I are new to the area and have fallen in love with hiking on Washington trails. I'd love to get your dog some exercise while housesitting. This can happen with or without Willow, she's great around other animals. I also have extensive experience caring for cats, chickens, birds, turtles, iguana's, and more. If provided specific care instructions, I'll gladly make sure all of their needs are met during your trip. Most of my full-time work can be done via computer, so I'm able to be with your pets for most of the hours you are gone. I will provide photos/video updates so that you can rest easy knowing everything is being taken care of at home and your pet is safe. I look forward to offering other services, once a relationship has been developed with a family. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. I look forward to connecting with you and your family soon. Peace, Patrick Most of my work can be done remotely. If you have an animal that cannot be left alone, I can most likely accommodate your needs...especially if we have some advance time for me to work my work obligations around your dog. I have a fenced in backyard and a friendly beagle who loves to meet new friends, but also spends plenty of time alone and sleeping. Every other week your pup will get love & respect from our 9 year-old, animal loving Son. He has lived with and been around dogs, cats, and various farm animals since he's been alive. If you have concerns about your dog's potential behavior around a young human, please reach out directly and we can work to coordinate a scenario that works for all of us. If you are hiring me to house and pet sit in your home and would like my dog Willow to remain at my home, just say the word!
About: I've watched cared and watched dogs & pets of friend's, family's, coworker's, & even a wrong number for 15 years. I feel keeping animals in their homes and where they are comfortable when owners are away is important. As an animal lover I enjoy being able to give love and attention to as many animals I can since I am not able to have one or more of my own at this moment. I enjoy being outside and getting some exercise and would love to have a fur companion join me! I love to go hiking and would provide forest frollics for your dog! My schedule at the moment is extremely flexible. I am available to hang out with your pets all day if needed to ensure they keep their routine and have a stress free stay. I would treat your home like I was a guest there and make sure the pets routine is kept the entirety of my stay. Making sure your house is clean and tidy before your return.
About: I make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for, just like they would with you. I’m reliable, responsible, and love sending picture updates so you can relax knowing your pup is happy. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I already set aside time each day for walks, play, and feeding, and I enjoy being outdoors and active. I make sure to plan my schedule so pets receive consistent attention, exercise, and companionship. Caring for animals is something I truly enjoy, so it blends seamlessly into both my daily and weekly routines. In a client’s home, I respect their space and care for pets just as they would, keeping to established schedules, maintaining a familiar environment, and giving them lots of attention and reassurance. My goal is always to make pets feel happy, secure, and loved while their owners are away

About: I’ve taken care of pets before, staying over at a clients house to care for them day and night. Getting up at specific times when they’re used to getting fed, taking dogs for walks, playing with them, brushing them, etc. I have loved animals since I was a kid, and have grown up with cats my whole life. I work part time as a nanny so some days I would be gone for a few hours but complete open availability in the evening. I have an unfenced yard not near a road. I live in an apartment with one roommate that is spacious and the apartment building is pet friendly!

About: Hello, my name is Reid. I have always loved animals since I was young. I have taken care of 2 of my own dogs in my life. One a Cocker spaniel named Samba and the second was a very happy and precious Pomeranian named Kiska, when I was an adult. I have also cared for family friends dogs as well. I would go on many walks with them so they can have plenty of exercise, made sure they are properly fed with adequate nutrition, cleaned up after them, and gave them my fullest, utmost attention by playing with them and making sure they are happy. I just want to love and care for dogs. I have worked as a paid dog walker for Moxie's Pet Services in Kirkland. They are one of the best rated dog walking services in the Seattle area with a 5 star rating. As of right now I'm looking for more regular daily dog walking clients. I will make sure your dog is well cared for and help you feel at ease while you are away either on a trip or just at work. I have a very calm demeanor and very patient with dogs. I am genuinely very caring, sweet and truly have a big heart. Thank you for taking time to look at my profile and I look forward to hearing from you, Reid
About: I’ve owned dogs and other pets my whole life, but since opening my own business and having my son I just don’t have time to own a pet full time. So I figured this would be a good way to get to love on other peoples pups when it works for my schedule. I am self employed so my schedule can be semi flexible. I don’t work on the weekends, but I could also potentially bring a dog to my business as well on days that I work, depending on the dog of course. I have a fenced yard, a big field/park right across the street, a dog park a mile away, and a doggy door that could fit a dog up to about 50 lbs. I also own a small salon with accident safe flooring and a space right outside the door for potty breaks if I ever needed to bring a dog to work with me.
About: I've taken care of a number of dogs and cats over the last decade, and I adore it! If I could watch animals all day and quit my day job I would 🤭 my experiences watching dogs and cats varies from drop-ins to overnight stays, some lasting weeks to over a month. I've also taken care of dogs with medical needs requiring daily treatments and interventions. I recently fell in love with a stay dog in South America and spent my whole last week finding him a loving home. Animals are truly my passion and I would love to take care of yours 💗 I work as a traveling Registered Nurse, but my home is Bellingham. I recently finished up a travel contract and am taking some time off. Im happy to meet the individual needs of you and your pets. Whether that's playing outside, cuddles and love, walking, socializing with other animals, etc...
About: I’ve own dogs since I was a little girl. I have experience with all sizes and breeds. I most recently owned a pit bull and just loved her to death. I understand what it means to be in tuned with what a dog is needing by the way they react weather they are scared, being protective, happy, etc. I am currently just trying to fill in gaps of my day and have a good chunk of time typically in the afternoons as I work 4am to 1 pm with a couple of days off. I would love to get some exercise with your furry family members in the afternoons. I am happy to follow your animals routine and what you prefer. we can go for walks or play outside for a period of time to run out some energy!
“Madison was very conscientious and thorough, she always let me know when she was dropping in and how my cat was doing. She’s very personable, down to earth, and trustworthy. We look forward to working with her again.”

I trained both of them to be on leash and off leash dogs! My corgi is older and has a hard time getting around so I carry her up the stairs help her out to go to the bathroom and give her lots of love! I am back from college for the summer and looking for a job! I am free all summer from noon-4 most days, I am also available on weekends. I have a senior corgi at home who is struggles to get around some days so I make sure she gets her medicine every morning to help her feel good for the day!
About: I have been a lifelong animal lover and nested into the role of designated neighborhood pet-sitter from when I was in my teens. This has looked both formal and informal, caring for friends and family pets and homes while away, as well as grabbing adventure buddies for trail time (I’m a frequent hiker and runner), and working more professionally as a referred house-sitter. My clients have become close friends if they were not already before. I consider intentional communication and great care to be integral to good working relationships! No ask is too great or too small, and I’m very excited to meet and love on your pets! I work full-time in a fully remote capacity, and am able to occasionally work a flexible schedule. This lends itself well to both in-home round the clock care and/or consistent check-ins and walk times, depending on the needs of your family! I always find these bios difficult to write (I’m not one usually to talk about my strengths!) but I find it vital to care for other’s loved ones and spaces with the same consideration I would if they were my own. I have been described as intentional, present, compassionate, responsible, organized, and very detail oriented by past clients.
