About: I have experience in vet med, so I will be able to keep a detail-oriented eye on your pet's health and wellbeing. If it comes to it, I can take your beloved companion to the vet clinic while you're out of town and see to any at-home care they need, no problem. I currently make my income entirely through app-based freelance work, making it easy to interweave schedules. I can check in on your pet, go out and work for 2-3 hours, then come back again. ADHD tendencies serve me well in this situation-- I can focus on a show, a book, or working on my laptop, while still being peripherally aware of what your pet is doing, and taking time to check in and give lots of scritches and belly-rubs. I live in a shared housing situation, so I have plenty of experience leaving an environment that is not my own exactly as I found it.

About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I was a part of my local 4-H club growing up which taught me useful training and patience skills for both myself and our furball companions. Most recently during the pandemic I raised a sweet puppy for my parents before I moved away again. I am currently only taking a few classes so my schedule is very flexible! Tell me your needs and I'll do my best to accommodate! I can't offer boarding in my apartment due to my lease agreement but with my families dogs I let them frolic in the yard all day weather permitting, and I always make sure they have breakfast and dinner. It's also important for me to make sure they have a safe and warm place to sleep at night. If I am pet sitting at your home I will do my best to adhere to your instructions and make sure your dogs are safe and happy!

About: Hi there, I've been sitting for family and friends for a long time now and figured some other furry friends could use some company while their humans are away. Dogs and cats can have very different personalities, and I act accordingly for their needs and temperaments. If we need to go for a 5 mile run, so be it. If we just need to cuddle, I've got that down too. I have 3 shepherds of my own who are amazing but high energy, so I'm used to working those guys out. I also have grooming tools for any pup or cat that needs a good fresh coat and nails. I am also able to take your dog out to a 4 acre property that is fenced so they can be a free range dog for a bit

About: Years ago my Mother gave me a card. It said, “The more I know men the more I love my dog.” My family has always had dogs and cats too. Once having a discussion with my guy he said, “even the dog ranks higher than me!” A dog is more than a pet. They are a companion who loves unconditionally. Who is ready to play or not. Will always listen and never rejects a belly rub. I genuinely prefer canines over people. Recently read the book “Dog Sense.” There is so much more about these wonderful creatures that it should be required reading before anyone takes on the responsibility of owning a companion. About: I’ve had animals all my life both cats and dogs. I really enjoy being able to have them in my life so I thought why not have something where I can walk dogs outdoors, which I love. I have animals myself, i live being surrounds by them it doe not feel like work when you love the companionship! I spend a lot of my free time with them! I have a big back yard with plenty of room to run! And live so close to lakes! So lots of dog friendly activities near by! They get taken care of in a home environment!

About: I work alongside my husband, Darren. We have owned multiple pets throughout our lives and can't picture our lives without our furbabies. I've previously worked for a large animal kennel, and know how to work with all varieties of animals: big or small, grumpy or sweet. We previously worked dog care and sitting full-time in our home. We have since gotten married, had a baby, and enjoyed life a bit. Even though I loved taking care of doggies at our home (I got very attached to my daycare furbuddies), we have a bit of a full house now with our growing family (new baby, five german shepherds, dad, and hubby). I currently work from home, and am looking for new doggy clients to walk on a regular basis with my baby. I am available after 1pm most days. We love to go on different adventures so things stay entertaining. If your doggy is a really good fit for our family after becoming familiar with walks, we would consider boarding or daycare. We are still open for boarding or daycare for small animals that can be kept in a kennel or in bathroom suite away from our other dogs; Or, small female and small neutered male dogs. I am also open to home drop-ins in the Whatcom abbotsford area. Our love for animals is endless. Every animal cared for by us is given a 5-star treatment (with lots of cuddles!), and their health and safety is our top priority. We will be available 24/7 to offer my clients all the support they need. The only worry you may ever have is that your pet is having too much fun. About: Hi there! My name is Bella and I am a first year university student working towards becoming a veterinarian. I have multiple years of experience working with both cats and dogs in work settings and owning multiple rescues in my personal life! Over that past two years and gained valuable skills leading to my capabilities of excelling in pet care from shadowing various veterinarians. I also work on a farm with horses through out my week and have owned horses the last 6 years. I have grown up with cats, dogs, horses and goats! I love going for walks, runs and hikes and challenging my fitness so if your pup is up for that count me in! I just finished training for the Vancouver Sun Run 10k for the BC children’s hospital so now I am looking for my next running challenge! feel free to book the hour or longer walk and I can turn that into a run for your pup full of walking, running and water breaks! I work and go to school through out the week, I have breaks in between both school and work through out the days and am able to go let your pups out, check in on your cats and dogs and go for a walk or two :) A day to day at work and home includes a schedule of what needs to be done in a day in order to keep pets and pet parents happy. By having a set list of what needs to be done and having direct instructions, it leaves both your pets in good hands, and peace of mind knowing what needs to be taken care of is being looked after with care.
