“Danielle took excellent care of our 2 kitties, while we were away for 8 days! Daily photo updates were great :) Definitely would trust Danielle to take care or our fur-babies again! Thank you :)”

About: I have experience in vet med, so I will be able to keep a detail-oriented eye on your pet's health and wellbeing. If it comes to it, I can take your beloved companion to the vet clinic while you're out of town and see to any at-home care they need, no problem. I currently make my income entirely through app-based freelance work, making it easy to interweave schedules. I can check in on your pet, go out and work for 2-3 hours, then come back again. ADHD tendencies serve me well in this situation-- I can focus on a show, a book, or working on my laptop, while still being peripherally aware of what your pet is doing, and taking time to check in and give lots of scritches and belly-rubs. I live in a shared housing situation, so I have plenty of experience leaving an environment that is not my own exactly as I found it.

“Fed and took care of my animals very well. Punctual, friendly, and caring. I received lots of pictures of my babies while I was away and am very pleased with Marion’s services and I would definitely recommend anyone to choose her as their pet sitter! ???”

About: I'm a caring and dependable animal lover with lifelong experience owning and looking after pets. In addition to caring for my own animals, I've also looked after others' pets and volunteered with animals. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and my priority is always to ensure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for in your absence. I'm currently enrolled in online school and work part-time. I'm available for pet sitting on weekends and Wednesdays, with some additional weekday availability. I'm happy to discuss your specific needs and will always do my best to accommodate your pet's routine. I care for others' animals the same way I care for my own - with love, patience, and attention to their individual needs. My goal is always to make sure that every pet feels loved, supported, and well cared for - whether it's through daily routines, giving affection, or dedicating play time.

“Alyssa gave me peace of mind with the house sit, watching my cat Beerus for 4 days. She sent pics the very first visit, putting a smile on my face before I had a chance to be worried about how my kitty was doing. My cat needs meds every night, and she was flawless at giving them to him. My cat was super cuddly with her per the pics, and that made me so happy to see! All in all, I would hire her again to give my cat the best life while I’m away from home.”

About: I have experience with fostering dogs from the street in Central America, and it was such a rewarding experience! I choose to work as a dog sitter because I am currently not able to have pets in my apartment but I get a lot of enjoyment out of providing loving care for animals. I am happy to take care of your home and pets, while providing daily updates so you are able to fully enjoy your time away! I am based in Cultus Lake, BC and I work seasonally so I have ample time in the low season for dog and house sitting. I am only available to pet or house sit at your place as mine is not pet friendly. I am a respectful and quiet individual.

“I had an additional house showing get booked for later in the afternoon that Teagan was going to care for our pup and she was able to attend both bookings and relieved a lot of stress for me.”

About: I've been around dogs my whole life. I was a part of my local 4-H club growing up which taught me useful training and patience skills for both myself and our furball companions. Most recently during the pandemic I raised a sweet puppy for my parents before I moved away again. I am currently only taking a few classes so my schedule is very flexible! Tell me your needs and I'll do my best to accommodate! I can't offer boarding in my apartment due to my lease agreement but with my families dogs I let them frolic in the yard all day weather permitting, and I always make sure they have breakfast and dinner. It's also important for me to make sure they have a safe and warm place to sleep at night. If I am pet sitting at your home I will do my best to adhere to your instructions and make sure your dogs are safe and happy!

“Maddi was a great cat-sitter and we would most definitely recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter. She was very communicative and kept us updated on how our cat was doing while we were away, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Maddi!”

About: Hi there, I've been sitting for family and friends for a long time now and figured some other furry friends could use some company while their humans are away. Dogs and cats can have very different personalities, and I act accordingly for their needs and temperaments. If we need to go for a 5 mile run, so be it. If we just need to cuddle, I've got that down too. I have 3 shepherds of my own who are amazing but high energy, so I'm used to working those guys out. I also have grooming tools for any pup or cat that needs a good fresh coat and nails. I am also able to take your dog out to a 4 acre property that is fenced so they can be a free range dog for a bit

“Goku is such an amazing cat sitter and we are so pleased that our shy cat, Winter, has warmed up fast to him and made him comfortable. He was diligent and follows instructions. He goes above and beyond. Will definitely ask him to cat sit our cats again!”

About: Having cared for my Golden Retriever for several years, I understand the importance of providing exercise, companionship, and mental stimulation during walks. I am well-versed in various aspects of pet care, including maintaining a balanced diet, ensuring regular veterinary visits, and grooming. My hands-on experience has equipped me with the skills to handle dogs of different sizes and temperaments with patience and positive reinforcement techniques. I am committed to ensuring the safety and happiness of the dogs I walk, and I believe in my dedication and love for animals. I am working at home and taking a part-time job. I have flexible time for your dog. I am an animal lover and like to spend more time with animals. I have a fenced yard and lawn for dogs playing inside. I also have a hill in my yard, which is better for dog exercise inside my property

About: I am experienced with the exuberance and chaos of the puppy stage, the dispositions of adult dogs, and to the physical and behavioural changes present in senior care. I currently work part-time at an exceptional kennel in the Fraser Valley, and balance self-employment on the side. This has allowed me the opportunity to dote on my favorite four-legged species, utilize my innate people skills, and provided me the opportunity to pursue long term goals. I can easily adapt to and maintain your pet’s feeding/walking/potty schedule. Your dog’s safety is my #1 priority. For the younger and/or energetic dogs, I have a very friendly and energetic 2 year old golden retriever who would be more than happy to engage your dog in play.

About: Years ago my Mother gave me a card. It said, “The more I know men the more I love my dog.” My family has always had dogs and cats too. Once having a discussion with my guy he said, “even the dog ranks higher than me!” A dog is more than a pet. They are a companion who loves unconditionally. Who is ready to play or not. Will always listen and never rejects a belly rub. I genuinely prefer canines over people. Recently read the book “Dog Sense.” There is so much more about these wonderful creatures that it should be required reading before anyone takes on the responsibility of owning a companion. I will give your family member the respect and genuine kindness it deserves. Thank you for your consideration.

About: I’ve had animals all my life both cats and dogs. I really enjoy being able to have them in my life so I thought why not have something where I can walk dogs outdoors, which I love. I have animals myself, i live being surrounds by them it doe not feel like work when you love the companionship! I spend a lot of my free time with them! I have a big back yard with plenty of room to run! And live so close to lakes! So lots of dog friendly activities near by! They get taken care of in a home environment!

About: I work alongside my husband, Darren. We have owned multiple pets throughout our lives and can't picture our lives without our furbabies. I've previously worked for a large animal kennel, and know how to work with all varieties of animals: big or small, grumpy or sweet. We previously worked dog care and sitting full-time in our home. We have since gotten married, had a baby, and enjoyed life a bit. Even though I loved taking care of doggies at our home (I got very attached to my daycare furbuddies), we have a bit of a full house now with our growing family (new baby, five german shepherds, dad, and hubby). I currently work from home, and am looking for new doggy clients to walk on a regular basis with my baby. I am available after 1pm most days. We love to go on different adventures so things stay entertaining. If your doggy is a really good fit for our family after becoming familiar with walks, we would consider boarding or daycare. We are still open for boarding or daycare for small animals that can be kept in a kennel or in bathroom suite away from our other dogs; Or, small female and small neutered male dogs. I am also open to home drop-ins in the Whatcom abbotsford area. Our love for animals is endless. Every animal cared for by us is given a 5-star treatment (with lots of cuddles!), and their health and safety is our top priority. We will be available 24/7 to offer my clients all the support they need. The only worry you may ever have is that your pet is having too much fun. We send lots of photo and video updates too. *PLEASE CHECK PROFILE PHOTOS FOR REQUIRED VACCINE LIST*
