About: I've had animals for as long as I can remember. I've taken care of them since I was 10. I've helped with friends, my personal families, and other families pets. Would love to help take care of your animals while you are away or unable to. I'm a single stay at home mom of 2 wonderful little boys. So I do have a flexible schedule for the most part. I am home the majority of the time. I have a shih tzu that can keep your fur baby company as well as 2 little boys whom love animals. I can take your pets on walks through the neighborhood. I can easily crate smaller animals. I would need larger animal crates provided for me. I can keep them at my home or check in on them at your home as well. Will feed, water, potty break, and play with your lovely fur babies! I stay at home with my children, so we are able to keep your fur babies company the majority of the time! They will for sure get lots of love and playtime in! I try very hard to provide a safe and welcoming environment for your furbabies and will give honest updates and pictures throughout your pets stay.

About: We have housetrained countless puppies in a wide range of breeds, and routinely care for all ages. We have served so many fellow military families by caring for their companions in our 8 years stationed at Ft. Benning, which began as word of mouth just helping others take leave or tdy and is now also here on Rover. We have greeted new families to the area, and sent many along with well wishes as they continue their journey to a new base. We have alot of knowledge and experience working with animals, and are dedicated to responsible and intelligent care for those so important to others; understanding what makes a particular breed unique and filling their required needs, most especially providing the necessary amount of exercise and stimulation their breed needs to thrive and be happy. This is a fulltime job that our family of 9 is well-equipped and well-seasoned to provide due to our flexible home schooling schedule and 24/7 at home care schedule. Lets be real, cats do what they want, so we just make sure there are plenty of cushions at the sunny windows for bird watching and squirrel tracking. We are always on call for butt scratches n rubbing behind the ears :) We customize activities based on how they respond to their surroundings. Some prefer to nap in a quiet room, some keep track of our numerous song birds at the window feeders. Those that enjoy the company of children get alot of attention and playtime, and our toddlers are convinced treat containers are bottomless. We are very careful with poisonous items such as houseplants, rest assured none are accessible during their stay!

“Dakota was very professional and thoughtful. He set up a meet and greet beforehand to make sure my senior dog would get along with his two pups and feel comfortable in his home. My dog is starting to lose some hearing and vision, so I really appreciated the effort he and his wife made to make things calm and easy for him. Both Dakota and his wife were kind and clearly experienced with dogs. His two pups were great — the older one had a calm, steady energy that matched my dog well, and the younger one was gentle and respectful when playing. They both did an excellent job reading my dog’s social cues and giving him space when needed. Overall, it was a great experience, and I felt comfortable knowing my pup was in capable hands.”

We had hospice dogs in the past and also quite a few fosters recovering from surgery and ok with giving daily medicine (not including shots)

About: Our dogs have always been family and I can't recall any time in my entire life when I haven't had a dog at my side, sometimes two or three. I've had dogs of all sizes and energy levels. The longest boarding was for two months while the pup parent traveled in Asia. I've had dogs on my small ranch in NV and we rode trails together. They moved with me to CO and we enjoyed the mountains and front range together. I drove cross-country many times with my dogs, stayed in hotels and visited friends and family with them. My dogs are always a priority in all we do and I will care for your pups as I do mine. Be assured that I will follow any special instructions you give to provide your pet a safe, happy, stress-free stay. I recently rescued a deaf puppy who was in the middle of the road, and took care of her until a new, loving home was secured. I checked on her later and she is happy with her people and dog family. I am retired and always home. I spend my days gardening, cooking, squirrel and bird-watching, helping at church, and making greeting cards. My two dogs are with me the entire day. We will give your pup lots of company and love. I prefer to sit for one client at a time and max two dogs at a time. I look forward to meeting you and your pups. It's a good day any day that you meet new friends with fur. They bring joy to life. I have a 1/2 acre and a huge fenced yard for play and romping. Your dog will not be put outside for any length of time without my oversight. I am frequently out in the yard, relaxing, weeding, planting and pruning. I feed my dogs twice a day and give them one treat after their meals. I will feed your dogs at the time of day you prefer. We will only give your pup treats that you provide. I will follow your feeding schedule and administer meds if needed. My early career was 20 years as a hospital clinical laboratory scientist and then as a director. I've medicated my dogs and horses and given shots, so I know all the techniques needed to administer meds for your dog. Be assured, I recognize a dog's body language if in pain, stressed, or sick and will notify you immediately of any serious issues. I will follow your instructions if vet services are needed. My senior dog, Vivvie requires a special diet, so I make homemade dog food, veterinarian approved. No table scraps for her or for dogs in my care.

About: Hi! I’ve taken care of dogs all my life, my own dogs and others. Dogs of all sizes! I love to walk, care and play with them. I also have experience with cats, horses, farm animals, gerbils and reptiles! I have a small fenced in yard, live in a house, plenty of neighborhood for walks and I currently don’t have any pups, but back home I have four! I always treat visiting pups as my own furbaby! Currently i'm not working, just doing Rover and Wag! Although I am a combat medic in the Army reserves so one weekend a month I will be gone for my duty weekend. I will be home a lot with plenty of time to care, play and love on your pups! I just moved to GA so I currently don’t have any pups of my own but back home I have four. I live in a house with a small fenced yard but lots of parks and plenty of neighborhood to take furbabies on walks! I always treat the furbabies i'm watching as my own!

About: I have over fifteen years of experience of house sitting, walking dogs, playing with them, feeding and giving them water, and just making sure they are happy and not lonely when their moms and dads are on vacation. I have experience with big dogs, little dogs, and cats. I have two dogs ( a Rottweiler and a Beagle ) and we love to walk, play, and eat together every day. Upon booking me for sitting your dogs please include the breed, age, allergies, preference of being near other dogs or being alone with humans. Some dogs dont like other dogs or small dogs or afraid of big dogs. Or some dogs don't like kids. Which is okay I would just like to be aware of it ahead of time. I'm currently working part-time and take the summers off. So I can do daily walks or daily drop in visits. I am free all summer. Depending on what kind of pet it will determine if it will need to be watch in the client's home or mine. Small pets such as hamsters, rabbits or lizards. I can take to my home. Larger animals such as cats, dogs etc. Will need to be in your home.

About: I have taken care of all kinda of animals, I have a husky and pitbul mixed, I had a German Shepard and a golden doodle before, I pet sat all my friends dogs from boxers to chihuahuas, I just love them all!!!! I had dogs all my life ever since I was little, they are so precious to me. As long as your pet fur bay is with me I will treat them like the are my own ❤️ I am currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time with the pups. I can take them during the week or weekend or pet sit at your place or do drop ins, whatever you need I’m here for it! I have a back porch they can relax on, my dog love it he’s out there all the time. and I have a pup of my own to keep your baby company. If needed I can easily crate my dog. I also have time to walk them too
