“Crystal is great! We’ve been using her to pet sit for about a year now. She is friendly and very communicative and she takes great care of our very senior dog and cats”

About: I’ve spent over 15 years in the pet care world, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of settings — from veterinary clinics and kennels to long-term boarding facilities, doggy daycares, and canine training, including work with both gentle companions and those with behavioral challenges. At home, I share my life with two Australian Shepherds and three other wonderful dogs. To me, pets are far more than just animals — they’re family. The bond we share with them is one of life’s greatest rewards, and I believe their physical and mental well-being is the foundation for that special connection. Every tail wag, happy bark, and content sigh reminds me why I do what I do. Pet care is my passion, which means I’m available to meet your pet’s needs any time — day or night, seven days a week. My typical schedule allows limited weekday care, staring at 5pm. I am available anytime on weekends. I have a large, secure fenced yard and two friendly dogs who love to play and help keep visiting pups engaged and happy. If your dog prefers a quieter pace, I’m always ready for one-on-one time — whether that’s playing, going for walks, running, hiking, exploring, or simply snuggling. No pet should ever feel unwanted, and I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own.

“Awesome! I had Johana stay at my house for the weekend and came home to a clean house and happy animals! Will definitely be using Johana again! She gave me peace of mind while away from my babies”

“Jeweliana and Riley did a wonderful job taking care of my two dogs, Ruby and Sydney. Jeweliana communicate with me daily through text and pictures. We were very happy with their care that they provided for the dogs.”

“Here’s a 5-star review you can leave for Victoria: ⸻ Victoria was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of our three pups and our home while we were away. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such loving and responsible hands. We came back to a clean house and happy dogs—couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Laura was absolutely wonderful. She met us posted with photos.of our pups every day. I felt totally comfortable trusting our home and pets to her care. We will.use her again and again ”

About: Growing up in a home full of animals and with my parents being veterinarians, I truly believe that our pets are not just pets, they are family. You can rest assured that with my experience caring for my own family's pets, shadowing at my parents' vet practice on my pre-vet path, and with my master's degree in animal behavior your four-legged family will be safe and comfortable under my care. I am currently in between work after finishing graduate school, so my schedule is very flexible to give your pets the care and attention they need. It’s easy to worry about our pets when they’re out of our sight. Under my care, you can rest easy knowing that with my knowledge of animal health and behavior from my education and shadowing experience at a veterinary practice, I keep a keen eye out for any health or behavioral issues which may be affecting the comfort of your pets.

“Brianna was a life saver! We were able to book and meet last minute for a weekend house sitting. I was definitely impressed by her versatility and expertise in caring for pets of all kinds. She provided great care for my dog with anxiety and two kittens! Brianna ensured they were well-fed, entertained, and snuggled. I highly recommend Brianna’s services to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy pet care!”

“Ligia was amazing!! I was a little nervous how my dog would act around someone new watching her, but Ligia took great care of her!! I would definitely recommend Ligia to anyone and I will definitely be using her again.”

“This is the second time I've used Hannah for a full week House and Dog sit, and would gladly call on her again. This trip even had a slight issue: (groomer cut dog right before our trip) and Hannah had to deal with my Winn licking the wound, and a small bloody cut. Hannah communicated the issue well and patched him up fine. She also leaves the house exactly as she enters it, leaving it as clean, if not cleaner, than it was left to her. I highly recommend for any service. I've also had one of my neighbors call on her and they were just as happy.”

About: Pet sitting has always been a joyous hobby of mine, and I would love to take care of your animal. I have had pets my whole life, and have pet sat for many years. I’m primarily a student, and also work as a research assistant with one of my professors. My schedule is relatively open this semester though, and I should be able to adequately take care of any of your pets with ample attention given. I have a fenced in backyard, and a cat tower for any pets that come and stay in our home. I’m also happy to take any animals on walks.

“Katherine was amazing!! She was great with sending updates and keeping us in the loop with our babies! Can not recommend enough!! Thank you Katherine!! ☺️”

About: Hi, you are looking at a lifelong animal love who just quit her corporate job to love on dogs full time! 🥰 About me: active, healthy, woman in my mid 40s with lots of love to give. My mom raised maltese pups since I was a little kid. I raised my own mini dachshund since I was 18 who lived a full life until she crossed the rainbow bridge at 16.5 years old. I also had many cats and rescued a pup that wandered into our front yard. Dogs are MY life, so I happily welcomed Jaxie (mini dachshund) into my family in Feb '20. He is such a sweet boy - loves belly rubs, hunting lizards, and playing with all his furfriends. If you have a friendly pup who enjoys the company of another friendly pup, come on over! Your pup will have so much fun. Jaxie plays very nice (very submissive, is always on his back, even with chihuahuas) and loves to get chased and be chased. Jaxie is not food aggressive. And, he's not toy aggressive either - he loves sharing his many toys with his furfriends! Or, if your pup doesn’t want to play, Jaxie is great matching his energy level to other pups. We’ve had many older pups here where Jaxie leaves them alone out of respect. On the other hand, he’s also amazed pet parents by getting their older pups to play! My 24/7 job is to take care of your furbaby I'll be home with your furbaby all day, watching over them, snuggling them, and making sure they stay safe and enriched with playtime. We have lots of toys here! House is organized and clean at all times. My fiance is a firefighter who works 1 day on, 2 days off. As such, on his off days, he's home all day. We live at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very small and quiet neighborhood. Backyard is fully fenced and backs up to a creek. No neighbors in the back. Whenever your pup is in the backyard, I am always out there. Your pup is never unattended outside. Your fur baby can sleep and hangout where ever they want (couch, bed, dog beds). If your dog loves walks, we'll go on walks. If your dog has a sweet tooth, we'll get pup cups! Or, if your fur baby just wants to chill, we can do that too! I sync my energy level to your dog's energy level. I do not take any other dogs during the same time period as I am caring for your pup. I can do drop in visits or walks if you live fairly close to me. Finally, I am a good communicator (can't you tell by this dissertation; ha!) and will send updates and pics at least 3 times a day. If you want less, just let me know. :) My daily routine revolves around my own dog, so rest assured your dog will be treated like family, and will be given the same amount of care and attention; dogs are #1 in my household! When I take care of your furbaby, ensuring your furbaby is happy, fulfilled, and loved is my number #1 goal! We can do meet and greets via Zoom or at my house. Your call!

Anne L.
“We have never used a dog sitter before and needed one for a 10 day vacation. I was nervous leaving my two dogs with a stranger but Anne immediately put me at ease. She arranged a Zoom video meeting in advance of the booking to ensure we were all a good fit, which I appreciated. She has a magic way with dogs! I question my own dog momma abilities after picking up my two babies, ha! My dogs had the BEST vacation! Every morning and every evening Anne would text me the most fabulous photos of my dogs playing with her adorable dog Jaxie. She would give me updates on how they were doing and that made me relax so much more. You should see her dog toy collection! I may or may not have added a dog tunnel to my Amazon cart as soon as I got home....My dogs have been home 3 days and are STILL tired! That is surely the sign of the best dog sitter ever. Anne even checked in on them yesterday to be sure they were adjusting well to being back home. You cannot go wrong with Anne, she is simply the best out there! She will love your dogs like they are her own.”

Gilmore pet parents share their Rover experiences
Alexis was a great sitter for my anxious pup, Wrigley. Wrigley usually takes a while to warm up to new people, but in just a couple days he was very comfortable with her. She provided daily updates and even washed the bedding before she left. I would definitely recommend Alexis!

Marilyn was amazing! We recently completed a 2.5 week trip out of the country and she went above and beyond for our 2 dogs and three cats. Dealing with our big dogs anxiety and keeping him calm and happy. And all the quirks that come with older dogs and making sure they eat well. Marilyn is truly the best and we are so grateful for her care!

Mark is amazing! He watched my dog and 2 cats for 10 days in our home and they were in amazing hands. He catered to my dogs health needs and treated them all as his own. He kept my house tidied and I came home from vacation to a freshly cleaned home. I am so happy to have found Mark and plan to rebook him in the future!

Kira was wonderful and took amazing care of my pets and home while I was away for the week. I received regular updates and photos, so I knew I didn’t need to worry at all! I came home to a clean house, happy animals, and am truly grateful for Kira’s reliability and kindness. Would absolutely book again!

Not only is he incredibly reliable and kind, but he also went above and beyond by taking out my trash cans while I was away — such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and genuinely caring. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a great dog sitter!

We were out of the country for two weeks and very anxious about leaving our pets, especially our old dog who is having a lot of mobility and incontinence issues. We knew from previous trips (and other old dogs) that Layda would take excellent care and be able to handle any curve balls that Aster might throw her way. Layda cares for our pets like her own and we felt much more confident on this trip knowing that she was here with them.

This is the first time I've hired someone to care for my special needs Great Dane (genetically deaf & blind). Christy provides hands down, exceptional care. Both for him, and my own separation anxiety around leaving him. I can't say enough postive things. From asking clarifying questions, to providing updates, to being open and flexible, to just being a wonderful human (you know and so will your animal). 10 stars. Thank you, and bless you for helping me.
