About: From a young age my grandma volunteered me to help look after our neighbors pets. But it never felt like a chore. I mean, is there any better job? I'd start with one house, & word of mouth had me sitting for a handful of neighbors! Overnight as well. Sitting was always for dogs, & I'm already a long time cat owner, so I'm the best of both worlds! I work part time as my main job, so I can pop in or stay overnight to look after your pets no problem! Whenever you need me, I'm there! I'm very respectful of my clients homes. I'll always leave it how it was found. Your pet will get all the care they desire, & the care you demand.

About: I have cared for cats since I was about 10 years old and dogs since I was 15. I have volunteered in shelters for over a decade and have worked for a veterinary clinic for the past 4 years. I have experience with in home pet sitting as well as drop by visits. I can give most medications and love detailed instructions to give the best care possible. I currently work part time in the evenings and will be in college in the spring/fall time. I am available during the summer most hours and am happy to make things work as best as possible. I do not have a yard but live in a smaller HOA with areas to take longer walks and many grass spots for potty breaks. In my home the fur baby will have free rein of the upstairs and downstairs as long as I am home or will have the second bedroom to their selves. In the clients home I love a detailed list so I can do whatever the fur kiddo is used to on a daily routine.

My rate provided for house sitting is subject to change for constant care requests. For drop in visits, I do not charge extra for additional pets. I do pet sitting full time and maintain open availability. This allows me to accommodate a variety of schedules while still providing consistent, high-quality care for every booking. I am available for all holidays, as well as for last minute bookings. I provide in-home pet care at the client's home only. I am available for drop-in visits, overnight stays, hourly day care, as well as around the clock constant care. About: I’ve taken care of a few dogs in the past few months, I’ve also help master some of the basics training. I keep the pet entertained and read body language to respect boundaries! I have also volunteered at Jax humane society. My schedule is pretty flexible. I work from home so it’s not much of a hassle for me to make time for your fur baby! I have a long side walk to take long walks. I have a nice sided yard so they can run around and play. There will be other dogs around the area when we go on walks so they will have some type of interaction.

About: My mission is to provide compassionate, dependable, and personalized care that allows pets to feel safe, loved, and comfortable in their own home while giving their families complete peace of mind. Every visit is built on kindness, trust, and treating each pet like a member of the family who is viewed and nurtured with love! Currently living with a cat, and I am both, a dog and a cat person! 😇 I offer flexible availability throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I do my best to accommodate regular daily walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting requests based on client needs and availability. For recurring dog walking clients, I typically schedule visits within consistent time windows (such as mid-morning or early afternoon), which helps maintain your pet’s routine and reduces stress. For pet sitting and drop-in visits, I will coordinate a schedule in advance to ensure your pet receives reliable care and attention while you are away. I respond to messages promptly and will always communicate clearly if I am unavailable or if my schedule is full for a specific time period. The safety and well-being of every pet is my top priority. I provide care exclusively in my clients’ homes or during walks, which allows pets to remain in their familiar environment and maintain their normal routine with minimal stress. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow all instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, routines, and house rules. I take time to understand each pet’s personality, triggers, and comfort level before beginning care. I ensure all doors and entry points are secure at all times, and I am extremely mindful when entering and exiting the home to prevent any chance of escape. I do not allow off-leash outdoor time unless explicitly approved by the owner and in a fully secure area. I maintain a clean environment by properly handling food areas, litter boxes, and any pet-related messes during each visit. I also monitor pets closely for any changes in behavior, appetite, or health and will immediately communicate any concerns to the owner. Trust and respect are very important to me. I treat every home with care, privacy, and professionalism, as if it were my own.

Let me help you show your pets love and care, even when you’re away! I am a full time grad student, so my schedule changes every few months, but I will always respond quickly and communicate my availability over chat and in the calendar! I am reliable, experienced, and responsible and will happily follow any directions or preferences you have regarding your fur babies. I personally have a disabled cat, so I understand and value any particular routines you wish to follow for your pets!
“Amazing would be an understatement. Maria’s love for dogs shined through from day one. My pet adored her, probably a little too much! Maria went above and beyond to help sit/walk my dog. She followed my instructions to the tee and helped bring packages in while I was away which was an added bonus to her awesomeness. Will definitely book with her in the future and encourage others to as well.”

About: Ever since elementary school, my family has had dogs and cats. As I have seen my pets through various stages of life, I have had a lot of exposure to what it takes to properly take care of a pet. I have free mornings, afternoons, and evenings that I would love to devote to pet walks and playtime! When in my client’s home, I make sure to keep the pet’s routine as regular as possible. About: Hello there! I’m a teacher and mom to two fur babies of my own. I’ve had lots of experience as a sitter and pet owner. I use Rover for my own pets so I know the importance of trusting the people you have watching your babies. I send lots of photos and messages so you know your baby is being cared for with the highest attention and quality. Since I am a teacher my weekday schedule is limited to evening drop ins only but available on the weekends anytime. During the summer and most breaks I have open availability for daytime visits. I have been a pet owner most of my life and love my pets like humans! My pets are well taken care of and have routine yearly visits and dental cleanings. I will treat your fur baby with just as much care and love that you do!
About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my whole life! I have rescued 2 dogs previously and currently have 2 and a cat! I used to dog sit for friends, family, and neighbors often and am picking it up again on weekends! You can rely on me to walk, feed, bathe, and love on your pets! I work from home so available throughout the week and weekends! Ideally I’d like to meet the pets prior so that I know what they need and can provide the best care, but if not possible then detailed instructions are important! Our pups are basically our children, they’re spoiled, get treats, a lot of outdoor time walking and running. I have a huge heart for animals and would treat yours as my own! You can also trust me to follow any medication directions, prescriptions, etc. I do have experience with that as well.

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Gilmore
Christy has been walking our boys Jack and Cartman weekly for over a month. Christy is always prompt and does a great job. She truly is an expert and that was clear right away during our meet and greet with the types of questions she was asking about our boys. In December my husband and I added a new human addition to the family and we couldn't provide the boys as much walking and exercise they were used to. Thanks to Christy our boys are happier and getting the exercise they need! I can't say enough about how great Christy has been, thanks!
