I’ve spent years helping friends, family, and neighbors with their dogs, cats, and other small pets, including hamsters, birds, fish, and even chickens! I’m available for dog walks and drop-in visits. Whether your pup needs a good walk or your cat just wants some company and playtime, I’ll make sure they feel loved and well cared for. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, and I’m always happy to follow any special instructions to keep them comfortable and happy. I work from home, so I have plenty of time to care for your pet during the day, the evenings and over the weekends! I can come to your home for drop-in visits, following any and all preferences your pet may have for meals and treats. I’m happy to take dogs on a walk on their preferred route, whether that’s around the block or to a park.

About: I have had numerous pets in my lifetime and have been a manager of a pet shop. My current fur babies include a Newfoundland and Blue Heeler. Pets of all shapes and sizes are welcome to my love and care! I have mornings, evenings and weekends free. About: I've been petsitting ever since I was younger and grew up around dogs my whole life. I don't have any special skills but offer a lot of love as a current dental student who can't have their own pet currently. I am currently a student with a busier schedule now that I am in clinic. On a case by case basis I may be available during the week if I do not have to see a patient. Most weekends I am available though! I am very flexible with care, each family and home has their own requirements about how their pet is cared for. I love taking dogs on walks, playing with them in the backyard, or even just cuddling with your pet on the couch together while I work on some homework!

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and have been pet sitting dogs and cats since my early teens. I have experience caring for pets of all ages and medical needs, including diabetic dogs requiring insulin injections, blind dogs, pets with seizures, and dogs with mobility and potty issues. I’m comfortable administering medications and providing extra patience and attention to senior pets or those needing specialized care. I’ve also fostered dogs and cats through my local shelter, caring for everything from puppies and kittens learning the ropes to senior dogs needing diapers and additional support. My experience fostering has helped me become adaptable, calm, and attentive to each pet’s unique personality and needs. I currently have two dogs of my own, Murphy and Lucky, they are my whole heart and I love every pet I care as if they were part of my family. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine because I work overnight shifts from 9pm–5am, Monday-Friday, which gives me a flexible daytime schedule. I’m able to adjust my sleep schedule as needed, so I have plenty of availability for walks, drop-ins, feeding schedules, medication administration, playtime, and overnight care. In my home, I do my best to create a safe and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed, cared for, and entertained. I have a fully fenced-in yard that backs up to a park, which gives dogs plenty of space for supervised outdoor time, play, and exercise. I also have a separate guest room available if an owner prefers their pet to have their own quiet space during their stay with us. I understand that every pet has different routines and comfort levels, so I try to keep their schedule as consistent as possible with feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medications, playtime, and rest. I’m happy to accommodate senior pets, puppies, and pets with medical or mobility needs. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I make sure they feel comfortable in their familiar environment while keeping up with their normal routine and giving them plenty of attention, affection, and companionship. I always treat both pets and homes with respect and care, and I know how important communication and reliability are while you’re away from your pets. I love to send parent’s updates on their babies and we can work out details on how frequently you would like pictures sent!

About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was ten years old! Between looking after my own dog and my family's, I have the experience and love to make sure your furry friend gets the attention they deserve! I'm a middle school teacher in the Louisville area, so weekends are the best for house sitting and longer watching periods! During the weekday afternoons, I would love to help check in, play with your pup, or give them a nice long walk! Communication is the most important thing. I will always follow the wishes of the owner to make sure your pets are cared for in the most consistent way possible.
