About: I have 2 dogs and 4 cats. I only book 1 household at a time so your pet/s will only be with mine during their stay. If there is any overlap between bookings, I will communicate it to you so you can make the beat decision for your pet's care. I have experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and personalities. I can administer medication and care for injuries. My dogs are husky mixes that are full of energy and very friendly and playful. They frequent local dog parks, daycares and Rover sitters and are very well socialized - they do well with cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. My cats are 2 seniors and 2 youngsters. The seniors keep to themselves, the youngsters may be curious. If for any reason your dog or cat requires a quiet or private space, I can offer that too without any issue. I work from home so your pet will have very frequent attention and play time. They will also have lots of space to run and explore. If okay with you, they are also welcome to join us on car rides to parks and walks. I have a fenced yard and a very pet friendly home. Pets are allowed on couches, beds, and I have both private and social spaces for any less social or pets with special needs. I have a large crate that can be used if needed/desired.

About: I grew up around dogs. At just 10 years old, my mom involved me in dog sitting for a neighbor. I worked for her until I turned 18, cleaning kennels, walking the dogs, and dog sitting when she traveled. During college and afterward, I managed a dog care and senior dog shelter, dedicating my time to caring for the dogs. After work, I would walk the shelter dogs. I have two rescue dogs of my own and simply love being around animals. I love being around animals. I'm currently in between jobs and seeking new opportunities, but in the meantime, I would love to spend some quality time with animals. It really helps bring joy and comfort to my days. I live in the beautiful mountains with my two rescue dogs, who bring so much joy to my life. If the pet is staying at its home, it will enjoy cuddles and plenty of treats.

About: Five years and running in Summit County. My love of animals is noticeable and after having spent many a day and weekend taking care of my friends and neighbors furbabies (including running with their dogs), I've decided to make dog/cat sitting a more permanent side hobby. As a pet owner myself (both cats and dogs), I understand how important a cat/dog sitter is to the wellbeing of both the owner and their pet(s). About: I have had dogs ever since I could remember as a kid. I have experience sitting for small, big, old, young, and medically complex animals, also including cats and reptiles. I have administered medications/observed certain pets as well that needed a little extra attention. I really enjoy engaging your pets in the routines you have set for them and being silly with them to bring them out of their shells. I miss having my own dogs who have sadly passed from childhood and would love to spend time with them! I currently work early mornings, but can switch that around, Friday-Wednesday, usually off by 3pm. I would be able to house sit any of these days and do walks any morning and afternoon! I ensure I understand expectations from every owner on their routines and desires. I ensure I keep the place clean and give the animals the space, as well as attention, they need! I try my best to mimick what their usual routine is so when the owners get back, the transition is smooth and less anxiety stricken for both parties.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets since a very young age- 4 different cats, 3 different dogs at home- and have also been a pet sitter more times than I can count, for neighbors and friends etc. I have experience with both older dogs and puppies, and same thing with cats. I work nights full-time at a bar in Winter Park and coach skiing all day on Saturdays. I try to be as active as possible, so dog walking/exercise is just as beneficial for me as it is for the pup! Days are definitely better (excluding my coaching days). I would ensure that my actions are familiar to the dog and not something that would offset their comfort. In my home, I will give the dog plenty of outside time as I have a fenced in backyard and live very close to a dog park. My household is very much a pet-loving environment!

About: Hello! I was in the service industry for over 25 years, and developed lots of allergies…so I am now the Barktender! I own my own business, offering cleaning, petsitting and other services my commUNITY may need. Very rewarding! Love my life! I am using Rover to fill in the few gaps I have, hopefully outside my home area, to travel more. The winters are getting too long for me, after being in the mountains for almost 20 years. I have been apprenticing under a dog trainer for several years and about to venture on my own! I have experience with some livestock and eager for more experience! I have a thirst for knowledge and learn quickly. I love animals and do my best to treat all the animals as my own. I own my own business and try to schedule jobs to accommodate to your pets needs. I do cleaning, yard work etc on the side and my schedule is very flexible. I can not have pets in my home. This is why I started the business. I love animals and hard to find pet friendly places in the mountains! Your pets are my priority!

About: I’ve taken care of kids and animals my whole life because I love providing love and care to all living things! I enjoy taking pets on walks, engaging them with their toys, and of course giving them some good pats and scratches :) I work remotely and have the flexibility in my schedule to match the routines you keep with your fur babies. Taking a break from work to go on a walk, play fetch, or give some pats & scratches is my favorite! Any pet in my care will be getting the VIP treatment where attention, playtime, and affection are concerned. I used to be a teacher, and from my time managing classes of over 35 middle schoolers and their art supplies, I am a very flexible, detail oriented person, who follows instructions closely which would translate well into specific care needs for any pet. You tell me what your pet needs and I will make it happen at a high quality!

About: Love borrowing my friends dogs for hikes! I do a lot of hiking alone, so it makes me feel a little bit safer to take a pup on a hike with me. Hikes are about an hour long. I have several long time clients throughout the county, that I help while out of town or walk dogs weekly. I have watched cats, Small dogs, all the way up to an Alaskan Malamutes, she just passed away so I am looking for a new dog bff. I have taken care of dogs my whole life and have dog sat for different families for years so I am used to a variety of dogs and their different needs. I have a small, unfenced in patio/yard and a park across the street from home. I’m a busy bartender and server on the weekends, so weekdays I’m more available to help out more full time.
