About: I'm 31 years old and love dogs. I would love to take care of yours like it was mine. Love to walk long distances. I'm home from 6 pm weekdays and all day during weekends. Don't have my own dog because i don't have enough money to take care of a pet but someday i would love to. I would do it even for free because they are amazing creatures. They are unconditional and fun. I will feed, walk, train them with patience and love. I have my own dog, a black lab, but she's in another country, I had to come here without her and I miss her a lot every single day. But I know my dad is taking good care of her. About: I work at Genesee County Animal Care in Flint, MI and have been there for 3 years and counting! I specialize in dogs with behavioral needs, but love ALL of them! I am able to do drop in visits or walks for dogs (and cats if you were really into it), we may just need to play around with times due to my job. I also offer training assistance separately if interested! I have 4 dogs of my own, and have only stopped gathering more because of Clio’s legal limit (; I work full time during the week at animal control in Genesee County - Sundays and Mondays are my sweet spot days where I’m able to prioritize additional pet care services like dog walking and drop ins! When visiting someone’s home, I really try not to touch quite literally anything besides the things needed for the animal (treats, leash, collar, bath stuff, toys etc). Leave it cleaner than you left it as they say.

I do work longer hours, usually 3-4 days a week but if I need to take them to work with me, I can! I work 8-8 but the days change each week! About: In the past I was able to dog sit for this lady whenever she would go on vacation. I loved coming home to the dog and would take care of him like he was mine! I am available to walk your dog(s) after 3pm weekdays and anytime on weekends! I can also dog sit whenever! Preferably at the owners house! If I’m sitting at your house I’m sure to take the dog out as soon as I come home from work and even come home to them on my break to let them out.
About: We will treat your dog(s) as our own. My friends tell me I have a special way of patting dogs and they (the dogs) seem to love it. They will get good belly rubs, behind-the-ear scratches and whatever love they need from both my husband and me. Our large fenced yard will entice your dog(s) to run and play as well as relax. We are comfortable looking after more than one dog at a time as we have a dog of our own. Just an FYI, Fiona, our 14.5 year old passed away in December 2023. We adopted Meeka in February 2024 who loves playing with other dogs and people. We also just adopted Simba in mid-April 2024. He is slowly getting socialized and loves playing with Meeka. They definitely keep each other company! Your dogs will also feel more comfortable in our house knowing that they are welcome and have familiar dog faces and smells here. I am also comfortable taking care of your dog(s) in your house to ensure your fur-children continue to stay in the comforts of their own homes. My husband and I look forward to meeting you and your dog(s) soon. My husband and I do this together. We both work full-time at the office but I work 2 days from home. During the in-office days, we will let the dogs out when we wake up and after one of us get back home. The other two days and on weekends, they get let out every 2-3 hours or as and when they need to go. My husband helps me when he’s home and we go for daily walks in the evenings and weekends. We love patting and playing with them as that’s our routine with our own dogs so rest assured, we’ll make sure your dog gets loved too. Meet and greets are always preferred because we want to make sure you’re comfortable with our family and vice versa. If your dog(s) will be in our home, my husband will be helping out. Therefore, we want to make sure our pups play well with each other too. If you need a house sitter while you’re gone because it’s easier and better for your pets to be in the comforts of their own home, it’ll either be my husband or I. In this case, we want to make sure you’re comfortable with both of us. Boarding/Daycare: We have a fenced backyard and require all boarders to be crate-trained and come with a crate, especially for feeding time and if things get wild. For older dogs like when we had Fiona, she struggled to go up and down the deck stairs so I let her out in the front yard which isn’t fenced. However, I went with her and she was great at not taking off with me and my husband. Meeka and Simba are always leashed when they get let out in the front. If you’re worried about your dog being in the front yard, we will always use a leash. Otherwise, the backyard is more than sufficient if they’re okay with stairs. Home Sitting: We will do our best to stick with your routine with your dog. I do work full-time, 2 days from home and my husband goes to the office all 5 days. If your dog loves walks/car rides, we'd be happy to have them meet ours and they can walk together. If there are other animals in your home that's need to be card for, please let us know. I am an animal lover and will learn quickly to care for animals I’ve not taken care of before.
About: To be completely honest, our home operates on a strict policy of maximum fun and zero boredom. My Belgian Shepherd is are high-energy, Olympic-level players, meaning your fur baby will always have a partner for zoomies, tug-of-war, or aggressive backyard scouting. For the Energetic Pups We run, jump, and play until they forget what a couch even looks like. & If your dog prefers to just watch the chaos from a comfortable distance, they will be showered with endless belly rubs, ear scratches, and VIP treatment ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Whether they are here for daycare or an overnight boarding sleepover, I promise to treat your dog like absolute royalty (and send you plenty of goofy photo updates to prove it). sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
