“They were wonderful with our 3 cats. They sent pictures and updates frequently and kept our minds at ease! We had them pick up and drop off our cats, as well, and they were on time and took a lot of care to make sure transit was as smooth as possible.”

“Julie did a great job of taking care of my cat. It took him a day or so to warm up to her and from then on he walked right up to her for fun games. She kept in touch daily. I will use her again.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Andria! She made sure our kitties were taken care of & loved while we went on vacation! One of cats is more skittish and shy and she actively tries to build rapport and a relationship with her which I truly appreciate to make her more comfortable when she visits. I know our pets are in good hands!”

“We booked Evelyn rather last minute to check on our cat while we were out of town. She was able to stop by for a meet & greet promptly and so glad we ended up booking her. She went above and beyond checking on our fluffy friend & really felt he was in great hands. She gave him his medicine which isn’t always the easiest task & made sure food / water was full & litter box was clean. Evelyn provided us daily updates & pictures so we knew Kitty was in good hands. Our cat isn’t always easy to win over but from the pictures - look liked Evelyn got our cat to warm up. She even emptied our garbages & left us the most adorable bouquet with flowers from our garden. Will absolutely book again & highly recommend her services. Thank you Evelyn!”

“This was our first experience with Jeffery. He did an awesome job of taking care of our cat, Gilmore. I know our cat really liked Jeffery as well based on the great pictures he sent of him. I would highly recommend him!”

About: I have lived with cats since I was 14 years old and have looked after cats and dogs independently since I was 16. I am comfortable with administering medications from my time working at Grand Avenue Veterinary Clinic. I work about 12 hours a week spread over two days at a museum and attend graduate school online. This makes me very flexible to meet your pets needs! As I will be in your and your pets home, making sure everyone is comfortable with me in the space! My goal is to make your pet as comfortable as possible while you are away! If you have any specific concerns about going on walks or interacting with other humans and pets please let me know so I can abide by what works best for your family. I have been trained on how to pill animals who are nervous about medication to ensure that your pet recieves their medication and remains safe and supported in the process. If you should ask me to take care of your home I make sure to grab the mail daily and follow the motto of leave it better than you found it! I want to have you to come home to a clean house.

“Aaron did such a fantastic job with Reggie during a drop-in visit! My dog is usually quite shy and sensitive, but during our meet and greet, Reggie warmed up to Aaron so quickly—it was clear he felt safe and comfortable right away. Aaron was great with communication and made scheduling super easy. When I came to pick up my keys, Reggie was with me and absolutely lit up when he saw Aaron again—tail wags, full-body wiggles, the whole thing. It was instant best-friend status! Reggie is pretty selective about who he gets that excited for, so it really means a lot knowing he's in such good hands. Huge thanks, Aaron, for being such a kind new friend for Mr. Reggieman!”

“Tim was outstanding!! He was on time, had exceptional communication, and made sure to give my guy the extra love and attention he deserves!! I will exclusively be using him for any future services that I book!! 10/10!”

About: Ever since I was little I have had a dog. Now, I work 40 hours a week and feel I don’t have the time to properly own a dog. But I do miss pets so much. I think this would be a perfect way for me to get some exercise and make some lovely furry friends! When I did have my own dog, I took good care of her, taking her on multiple walks a day, feeding her at scheduled times, and bathing her and brushing her coat as needed. I have cat sat for multiple families, visiting their home daily or per their preference, cleaning the litter box at least once a day, feeding them regularly. I have also dog sat, ensuring their proper care and providing the stimulation they need. I love playing and snuggling with pets, or just being there if that’s what they need. I am open to questions and any special requests. Currently I am open to caring for pets in the late afternoons, evenings and weekends. I am excited to work together and care for your fur baby. I do have a large fenced in yard, no pets and no kids. Your pet can roam around freely around the home or in a kennel if that is a preference and if it’s provided. If I’m at your home, I welcome any instructions or preferences that you might have for me. When dog walking, your dog’s safety is of utmost importance for me.

About: Five years of my experience are from raising and training two 100+ pound working dogs. And two years expirence pet sitting and volunteering at shelters. I love working with large dogs and have expirence with ill, abused and nervous dogs. I have a very regular schedule and am available for weekend check ins and weekday evenings and mornings. I can work in midday walks during the week on a reliable schedule. I make enrichment a top priority. By observing when and where an animal acts out, I can find out when they're getting bored and figure out the best way to encourage their mental growth. Physical health in pets is extremely important. I love to encourage and incentivize an active life style in pets by learning how they best love to move and making it my priority.

About: I’ve had and cared for dogs for 30+ years. I walk several miles a day and am a former elite runner. I’d love to be the one who helps your dog get their wiggles out and see the world. I’m a graphic designer artist by trade and love to walk to let out energy and enjoy the outdoors. I’m a mom of two amazing daughters. I generally work 8-230 weekdays so after 3pm is best. Or between 530-630am or 715-8am weekdays. Weekends times upon request for walks or play dates. I have a huge fenced in yard and a sweet cockatoo that loves playtime with other dogs. I also have an older cockatoo but she prefers to chill.

“Kennedy dropped in to let out my dog and my daughters’ dogs, while we attended a funeral. I had to add the third dog at the last minute and she was very accommodating. She communicated with me each time she visited. She was reliable and conscientious . I would definitely recommend her.”

About: Ive helped friends and family take care of pets for years, big and small dogs included. When I first moved up to Alaska I helped on a sled dog yard that my grandpa and his friends owned, helping young nervous puppies find their voices and confidence. To this day they are all hard working and well behaved dogs. Ive had my own animals from dogs and cats to rodents and lizards since I was young that I've been in charge of feeding, bathing and cleaning up after. I have experience with senior dogs and giving medications, like insulin as I house and dog sat for my grandparents for long periods of times including when one of their senior dogs became sick and had to be given insulin twice a day every day for the month I was there. I've been helping pet parents on rover for almost 2 years now and have enjoyed every moment of it. The people and the animals have been so great, I can't wait to continue working with pet parents to keep their babies safe and healthy! This would be my full time job as of right now so I would have plenty of time for you and your fur babies needs. My schedule is pretty open at the moment with no big plans that would prevent me from caring for your animal! As of right now I own a sweet dog, he's kennel trained and is kenneled bedtime for his safety and comfort. Furthermore I'd follow whatever rules for your pets that you have in your home to keep your animals on a good schedule.
