About: I grew up on a small dairy farm with all kinds of animals. I went on to college at Penn State and graduated with a degree in Agriculture. I spent five years working on dairy farms and then became Registered Nurse because I married a dairy farmer and needed to work off the farm. I love all animals big and small and are comfortable care of all sizes and ages. I am also comfortable caring for animals with special needs. I am available most evenings and flexible on the weekends. I am reliable and responsible and always treat others pets and property as if they where my own. I am starting this business as a secondary income and would love the opportunity to care for your pet. I will be available most weekends and some evenings . I work full time as a nurse so this is my second job however I will only be showing available on the app when I am fully available to care for your pets! I do not have a fenced yard but a large farm and plenty of room to run! We have a sheltie that is very friendly and loves to play. We also have a seven yr old daughter that loves dogs and cats! She would love to entertain your pet!

About: I've had pets throughout my life, mostly guinea pigs. I've recently rescued a dog from a shelter with a horrible past. Poor Chip was hit by a car and was sent back to the shelter after a previous adopter said he was too much. Turns out he needed FHO surgery and tons of training. I'm a newbie with training, but have been working on commands and Chip is a completely different and happy dog. My neighbors can vouch for my dedication for the health and well being of dogs as I treat my Chip as a family member. I will be doing this part time as I finally got full time employment. I will frequently update my schedule as I know my availability. I am free mostly during the day. I will make sure the feeding and/or water is on time, the dog(s) get plenty of human socialization, and walks whenever needed. I will also try to train them to do commands such as sit, stay, and down as they're pretty important.

About: I work hard to make the sweet puppys ( or adult dog) have a happy time as possible. Also, I having experience with senior dog who needs understanding and patients and just as much love if not more. I am general manager at a pizza shop, I am single. I would have time to help a dog or cat get attention or other animals. I have had mice, rats and fresh water fish, dogs and cats. Dogs need time to burn off energy, so I would walk with them , play ball or frisbee, depending on what they prefer. Also, bigger dogs from my experience like to tug on ropes or stuff animals.

About: I’ve raised all my animals from babies. I’m a very caring animal lover and would do anything for them. I’m punctual and very honest. I will make sure I’m giving any and all pets the caring and love they need. I always make sure the animals are fed. Giving them all the love and attention they could ever want. And going that extra mile to make sure they’re happy. In clients homes I always make sure to keep the place clean. Clean up after the animals, take them out if they need to go. Feed them. Etc. I always try to make sure that everything is in the proper place.

About: I love all types of dogs and have personally trained 4 over the years from puppy to adult. I have also had to help one with diabetic insulin shots for over a years time. I genuinely care about the pets I own and give them lots of attention and love each day! I am currently available every day or the week and am able to come and give your pet company or walk your pet when needed. I will care for the pet as the client suggests and always take into account what the owner prefers I do when walking or watching their fur baby. At this time I am not watching others pets at my home, but at the clients home.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and I’ve always known I wanted to work with them. After working at a dog daycare, that feeling only grew stronger. I adore caring for dogs or any pets! Even with all of their very different personalities I love every single one of them and would care for them as if they were my own. I am completely free during the summer to give your pet lots of love! In the fall I have complete availability besides my morning classes :) I can’t care for many pets in my own home considering I do live in a small apartment. Pets are allowed however, they just wouldn’t have much room! I do have a crate and the potential to house your pet if that would be something you would want to explore! In any case, my unconditional love for animals should reassure you that they’d get the best care from me no matter the circumstances.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 7 when we first got our pug, Loki. He's 14 now. We also got a bulldog, Chubb's. I've walked, fed, and bathed them ever since. I've also taken care of some of my friends pets. For example, I took care of two Australian cattle dogs, fed them, walked them, played with them, bathed them. For a while I lived with 2 great Danes so I am familiar with big dogs. I'm currently working part time, I am a full time college student but I can work around that schedule! I'm not working many hours at my other job, so I should be more available during the week. I always make sure they're within eye-sight. I would never let them run amuck. MY DETAILED RESPONSE TO THE REVIEWED LEFT BY DEBBY- I wanted to give a detailed breakdown of what happened with Debby since rover will not take down the review even though they did a thorough investigation with photos/video and nasty messages sent by Debby to me. I took on this booking even though I had a gut feeling not to, but I ignored it and I wish I had not done that. I was asked last minute by Debby to care for her diabetic cat, she told me her cat was great with strangers and would have no issue with taking the insulin shots from me (lie number one). The morning of my first visit, Debby had messaged me informing she had birds in the house and to not pay attention to them.. now let me start off by saying that due to a past traumatic experience with a previous clients birds, I have developed a fear of being near them in close spaces (to which she pokes fun at in her review) and had I known she had them, I would not have accepted this booking. I was hesitant to enter her house but she said they were in a cage so I proceeded with the visit, upon opening her door one of the birds almost FLEW OUTSIDE because they were NOT in a cage(lie number two). I was immediately concerned by this not only due to my fear of birds but due to this being a safety risk considering the birds could’ve flew out the door if I didn’t get to it in time. After this happened, I wanted to turn around and leave but I couldn’t because I needed to give her cat an insulin shots. After I went upstairs, I could not find the cat anywhere and after ten minutes I found her hiding under the bed hissing at me, she was in no way friendly towards strangers. I did my best to get her to come with me, I was at the visit way longer than the scheduled 30 minutes to try to make sure her cat got the shot. After I was finally able to lure her out with a treat, I had to quickly grab her and administer the shot.. she clawed at me and bit me several times (photo proof was sent to rover). I was very taken back by this visit due to unexpected birds and a cat who was the complete opposite of what their owner described. I felt unsafe to continue the booking and feared that due to the cat’s unwillingness to come to me that she might not get her shots injected properly so her health was my number one priority, I immediately called rover support to report everything that had happened and I also informed Debby at the same time. Debby was awful to me, made fun of me and treated me with complete disregard and through all of that, I still remained calm, collective and professional. After she had hinted at threatening me, I cut off all contact with her and immediately reported that to rover as well. At that point it was now rover and Debby’s responsibility for the cats care, I felt even more unsafe after the awful things Debby said to me. I didn’t have to but I even worked with rover to find another sitter and wanted them to make sure they made others aware of the trust situation, I even offered to take the cat it’s vet or local cat sitting agency but that was denied and rover told me they would handle it all. After one week, I found that my rover account had been suspended and I had to call rover and speak with over ten different reps in one week to get my account back.. finally after they realized I had done NO wrong and it was all the pet owner, I got my account back and a lengthy apology from Rover. Upon getting my account back, I noticed Debby had left that review and I was devastated by that. I have worked so hard on this app to give the best care for others animals and that’s been proven by every other review just for hers to completely destroy all the good I’ve been doing by lying. I’m truly upset with Rover for not only allowing that review to be left there, but for allowing Debby to even still have an account after her lies, threats and defamation. I hope that no other rover sitters go through what I did with her. With all of that being said, I refuse to delete my account and start over as I want people to see all the good I’ve done and to be aware of what truly happened with Debby. I hope to continue to provide the best care possible for all my current rover clients and future ones, please do not let one woman’s lies deter you away from someone who truly loved and care for animals with her whole heart.
