“I've been using daycare with Beth for about a month now. From the first visit, we have had nothing but such great experiences. Our dog Bruno gets so excited when we ask him if he wants to go to daycare. He loves his friends there. He even starts barking out the car window when he senses that he is close. I would highly recommend Beth to anyone who needs a daycare. The amount of love she shows for my dog is just about the same amount as I actually do love my dog.”

Rita T.

“When I say Ms. Rita is an ALL STAR sitter, I’m talking about a true professional. I don’t even LIVE in Delaware, but I attended my brother’s wedding there, and she literally SAVED MY LIFE at the last moment, and babysat my pup BLUE at the last minute! I reached out to her at 7:30 in the morning, for an afternoon drop off, and not only did she reply almost immediately to confirm some details, she accepted the booking! Ms. Rita is just as DELIGHTFUL, WARM, KIND, PROFESSIONAL, CARING, and OVERALL AMAZING as she may appear on this profile. I have never left my dog anywhere except for his groomer, and I was PLEASANTLY shocked at how well my dog took to her and her FABULOUS dog, and the other dog that she was watching. Not only did she send me photo updates, she was so highly communicative the entire time before during and even after…. I mean…. I made my brother’s wedding, and didn’t have to worry about my dog and his accommodations (dogs weren’t showered unfortunately) because I was so grateful for and confident in the care being provided by Ms. Rita. Folks… don’t overwhelm her with bookings… but definitely look no further !!!! She is phenomenal, and I wish I lived in Delaware now just so that I can bring my fur baby here more often! I can only hope to find someone like her in NY. Thank you again!!!!! She is simply the best! I feel like she treated my dog like her very own ??? Great sitter.”

Angela C.
About: I've grown up with animals my whole life. I can't remember a time when we did not have a dog or a cat or both. The 3 big ones were my Loki dog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback that was my first dog as an adult. I had him his entire 14 year life and still miss him daily. After him we rescued Walter and then Betty. We unfortunately saw them through their last days as well and now as I am retiring and find myself with much time available, I'm still not quite ready to make the commitment again, but I love dogs and very much miss them in my daily life. If I could offer my time and love to your furry family member, I believe it would be a win-win. Having retired at 50, i find myself still active and with a flexible schedule so I can commit to long walks in the nearby parks in my neighborhood and plenty of one-on-one time with your pup. Our backyard is only partially fenced, but we do have direct access to the Caufield House state park property, additionally Bellevue State Park is just about .3 miles from our house - so plenty of long leisurely walks will be had! We are a family of 3: my husband, my 14yo son, and myself. You're doggo is welcome to free rein of our home but I'm happy to enforce whatever rules and scheduling you typically follow in your own home to minimize any confusion or discomfort. I'm comfortable giving medications as needed as well. I hope you'll consider me to care for your pup, reach out and we can schedule a meet up to see how we get on.

Joelle H.
“Joelle is an AMAZING pet sitter. She has taken great care of all my animals (dogs and cats) and has been very receptive to my instructions, sends updates and photos, and is super communicative during the entire time I’m out. I typically have her stay at my home since my dog specifically has some anxiety so she also goes the extra mile by keeping an eye on my house. She’s great with my adult rescue who’s still learning his manners as she continues his training even while I’m gone! She’s comfortable with him jumping, barking, and playing rough as he’s still learning. He also has extensive health issues and administers his medication and keeps an extra eye on him. I fully trust Joelle to watch my fur babies and they love every time she comes over.”

Aaron P.
“Aaron is my neighbor and him and his family occasionally foster dogs. During these times I see Aaron outside every day walking and caring for the dogs. I would highly recommend him, as he seems very responsible and caring enough to continue following his desire to care for pets.”

Ann H.

“Ann is truly a tremendous sitter. My pup, Bowie, was so tired after spending the evening there. A happy dog is a tired one!! She sent pictures and text updates which I absolutely loved. She also wrote a narrative of his day for me to keep! I highly recommend Ann and I am surely returning to her.”

Chris C.

“Chris and his wife were very accommodating on taking Hero to their house. They had an ample fenced yard and very responsive.”

Jason L.
“I have always had confidence and peace of mind when Jason takes care of my dog, Sammy when we go away. I feel happy to know that Sammy gets frequent walks, is played with, and has the attention he needs. Jason shows the greatest care and responsibility for him.”

Bronwen S.

“Bronwen took amazing care of our dog for a few days. We got multiple updates each day with photos and videos and I can tell our dog was having a really good time running around freely in the fenced yard.”

About: I love animals and grew up in a household with dogs my whole life, plus living with my roommate's three adorable cats in our college apartment. Caring for animals comes naturally to me so I occasionally pet sit for friends and family. You can trust me to give your pet the love and attention they deserve! 🐶🐱❤️ also side note: thats me in all the pics (I recently just dyed my hair dark) I'm taking a gap semester for college so my schedule is wide open and super flexible until the end of this year, making it easy for me to accommodate your pet's needs. I've successfully cared for various dog breeds, including my friend's Italian Greyhound who has high attachment anxiety. I understand the unique needs of different dogs/cats and can provide a calm and reassuring presence to help them feel at ease. Your pet will be in good hands with me!

About: WARNING! You’re animal will be spoiled! My home is located just 15 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and is convenient to both 95, 495 and Philadelphia pike. In a rush? I can pick up your pup up for a small fee I am Marissa! I have been around all types of dogs my entire life, from Yorkies to Rottweilers! I am extremely attentive and your pets safety is my top priority. I am well versed in handling strong, powerful animals. I have a fur angel, Luna, who we just lost in September 👼 So I am going through withdrawal 😞 I can’t wait to get to meet and love on your animals and give them all sorts of lovings! I have a 11 year old son and a 2 year old daughter who LOVES animals more than I do, which is crazy. But we’ve had pets the whole time he’s been alive! Me, I have had a pet since the time I was 2 and ever since my first dog, Molly, I knew I’d always need a furry child in my life at all times! If I do have to step out, I typically leave the dogs uncrated unless otherwise stated. All dogs are leashed when on a walk and going out to use the restroom. I currently work from home and get very lonely during the day! Having a fur baby to keep me company and let me share my love and affection to would be awesome! I also can work from anywhere and everywhere! So I’m completely flexible and open to whatever 😊 Yes, your fur child/children can sleep in bed with me if that is okay with you. I can easily crate your dog if needed! I do not have a fenced in yard but I would be able to bring the babies to dog parks since I can work from anywhere! I will send you daily photos & updates on our adventures!

Alison B.
“Having known Alison for 18 years, without hesitation I can say that she is one of the kindest people I have ever known. She has always had a great affinity towards animals. Many times with a family and with Alison we have journeyed through state parks and even long hikes on back roads. Alison always insist on having apples and carrots as we pass many pastures and farm yards. Animals have a sixth sense of who they love. When we stop at a pasture the cows will always come to her for her loving caresses on their heads. Cows are very sensuate creatures who love to be petted. I can say the same with horses, they seem to send her coming down the road and come to the fence for their apple or carrot. She has an adopted dog name Maggie. Two pet trainers told her that Maggie could never be trained and she would always be a handful. However, Alison fell in love with Maggie at 6 weeks of age weighing only 6 lb. Maggie is now at least 60 lb and has defied all of the prognosticators who said Maggie would never be a house pet. They are both proof that pure love wins over all negativity. Maggie has become a huge success as a pitbull mix. She is gentle and loving. Maggie is a testament to what a wonderful person Alison Bentzley to all who know her.”
