“Sean was SO GREAT with Walter. I loved that he has other dogs that Walter could play with, and he was warm and inviting and very communicative. Walter had a ball. We will use him again for sure! GREAT dog sitter!!”

“As first-time dog parents, the thought of leaving our adolescent puppy was anxiety-inducing, to say the absolute least. After several long, full daycare sessions with Josh, this process has become seamless, reassuring, and immensely positive for not only my partner and I, but most importantly, for our dog, Nato. We wholeheartedly appreciate the person Josh is, which is so clear in his care of Nato…and his (Nato’s) exuberant eagerness to always go back!”

About: Hi there! My name is Katherine, and I'm a passionate and experienced pet lover who would love to take care of your furry friends. I've been surrounded by animals my whole life, and I believe that every pet deserves love, attention, and a safe environment. Whether it's daily walks, playtime, or just a cozy cuddle session, I’m here to make sure your pet feels right at home. I’m comfortable with all types of dogs, cats, and small animals, and I can offer tailored services depending on your pet's needs. I’m happy to update you with photos and messages so you can feel confident that your pet is in great hands. Let’s connect and see how I can help with your pet care needs! I currently work from home and would not be gone for periods of time greater than a couple hours. Since we're home a majority of the time and have our own pets to care for, we welcome short notice visits. I understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your pet, and I promise to provide the same care and attention that I give my own pets.

“Again an amazing experience. Franklin loves being with his friends Roxy and Paco. At the end of the day he’s pooped and is fast asleep. Highly recommend working with Mimi!”

“Marina came to my rescue after a last minute change of plans! I’ve worked with Marina before, and my dog absolutely loves her. It gives me such peace of mind to know that my dog will be well cared for while I’m at work.”

About: Hello, I would love to care for fur baby, a dog or a bunny. I have cared for dogs since I was in middle school (that's a long time past, lol). Through my mom hood and beyond. Friends, family, neighbors, unknown ones have been very happy with my care. I'm looking to care for potty trained, small-ish sized, gentle, loving dogs. I do walk them 3 times a day, for I don't have a fenced area. I don't have any pets myself and no young kids. Your baby would have my full attention ! I also have experience with in-home bunny care. thank you, Deb I am retired so I can spoil your bunny or dog all day long. I have no children at home, so they'll get my full attention. I have no pets and truly miss one to love. I can care for your dog or bunny in my home, and possibly at your home. As long as pet is potty trained no need for a cage if not desired. I am one that loves to care for people and pets.

About: I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, administering medications orally and topically, cats, reptiles, large mammals, and more! Happy to learn what makes your pet an individual. I work from home full time, which allows me to love on your pets even more! whether that’s going to your place during the day or them coming here, whatever works. My cats love company and I am more than happy to travel to your place. I love walks and will be so happy to take your dog on an adventure!

“Angie has been watching our puffy Rose during the week for the past couple of months, and she's been fantastic! Rosie has come home happy and well cared for everyday”

“Would recommend Gretchen. Received updates and pictures during our dog Nellie's day stay and was flexible with the timing of dropoff/pickup. She has a sweet dog that got along with our's well and Nellie got to walk and explore.”

“This was our first experience with River and boy, did we choose wisely! This was a “test” for our pups in preparation for a 2 night stay and it was really good! Jenn meet us at the front door and took the dogs immediately out the back to the yard to aid in our escape. Of course they were happy to see us upon our return but we are confident in our decision to leave them longer with Jenn. We highly recommend her!”

“Melissa was absolutely awesome taking care of our dog, Finn! She’s so friendly and Finn felt comfortable with her right away. I felt good leaving him in her hands. I definitely recommend her if you need some doggie daycare!”

About: Now offering "budget" visits! Sometimes your cat just needs a litter box refresh and food/water check or medication and doesn't want to interact with a sitter. I get it--one of my cats is like that! Depending on your location, I'm happy to offer a "budget" visit where the necessities will be addressed but in a shorter timeframe. 10 min for $10 or $12 for 15 min visit. Standard cat drop-in visits are $20 for 30 min. To book a budget visit, please book visits as a "regular" visit, and depending on your location and needs, I will approve and adjust your rate accordingly. About Me I've grown up with cats and currently have two senior cats, and our second puppy since December 2023. Rover is my way of helping my kids with an entrepreneurial adventure, especially during the summer. I do some visits solo (or if you request), otherwise I usually have kids with me. They are learning a lot about customer service, pet care, and money in the process. C A T S : Able to host overnight at $35/night. I can give medications including insulin shots, brush teeth, or brush your cat daily or as needed. Litter boxes, beds/perches and water provided. Please provide food your cat thrives on best for their stay. For drop-in cat visits, I will feed whatever food you provide for your cat--wet, raw, kibble, and/or exact portions as needed. Litter boxes will get a thorough sift, and water will be changed. I will do a quick barf/hairball scan of pet zone as so you don't have to come home to unexpected messes. D O G S: Walks can be 30, 45, or 60 minute routes. D R O P - I N V I S I T S : I will let your dog get some fresh air, food, and playtime and petted/brushed. I will also check area dog is staying while you are out for any mischief and messes and clean up as necessary. B O A R D I N G : We are not boarding dogs at this time unless your dog is on our "VIP" dog list. :-) We are able to do drop-in visits and dog walks year round and potentially board based on meet and greet assessment. We can board cats year round. My kids have learned to respect animals and see them as individuals with their own preferences and personalities. For the safety of all in my keep, I only board/daycare animals from one household at a time. All guests are kept in a separate area of the house from my pets.

About: I genuinely do care for animals a lot. I love seeing their little personalities lol. I will do my best to show your pet love and friendliness. 4 repeat pet parents 100% response rate Usually responds in a few minutes 100% bookings with photo updates I'm a retired US Marine. So this is a great way to help some people and animals out. Also a way to make extra money. I will treat each pet with love and care. Your pet will be cared for as if it were my own animal. Can't wait to see you

About: I am a work from home professional in her late thirties who LOVES dogs (more than people sometimes, if I'm being honest ;) I lost my own dog, Goose, to a brain tumor a in 2017 and started doing Rover later that year to keep me connected to our furry friends when I wasn't yet ready to get my own dog again due to travel and heartache. Fast forward 6 years and I am still doing Rover as well as running my own dog sitting business with private clients as well as those that I find through the app. I work from home full time (9am - 6pm Monday through Friday) so I am normally working from my home or from wherever I am dog sitting at the time. In a recent life change I also adopted my own rescue dog that is EXCELLENT with other dogs, kids and cats! She is an 8-year old Shephard/Cattle dog mix that loves to snuggle, play and of course, TREATS! Due to the new addition to my pack, I am still available for in-home stays and since my partner lives with me, I don't always have to bring her along but there may be times when this might need to be an option and we are happy to discuss that depending on your own dog-care needs and comfort level. My partner Kyle also sits for Rover and has had several clients of his own, so if you have multiple dogs or if you have a long stay (7+ days) there is the opportunity to have us both sit for you and create a rotation so your pet is never alone too long. We have found this works well with clients with multiple dogs as well or for clients who want to make sure that someone is with their animal most of the time (for health or anxiety reasons for example) as there are times during a longer stay where I would need to take care of personal business, need a break for a couple of hours, etc. - this is something we can discuss in detail during our initial conversations or meet and greet depending on your needs :) I am open to staying with cats, but I do have an allergy that while manageable, gets worse if there is more than 1 cat in the home or with log haired cats that love affection so I prefer not to stay overnight in a home with more than 1 cat. DOGGY DAY CARE AND BOARDING: This is a new offering since I just moved to a place where dogs are allowed and at this time, can only take care of 1 dog in my home/day as I also have Bubbles, my rescue, in the home. We have an unfenced yard but I have dog runs set up as well as in-ground chains to keep your dog safe and I often take daytime walks during work breaks for Bubbles so this would be the case with your furry friend as well <3 All that being said, I hope I have the opportunity to meet you and your dog-child(ren) and if you have any questions around my experience, requirements or if you're just curious if we would be a good fit please reach out and I'd be happy to chat further! With working from home I have a flexible schedule and look for reasons to get up from my desk (walks :) and makes me an ideal companion for your pet while you're away. I live in Fenton so for walks and daytime check-ins I like to keep this within a 10-mile radius, especially during the week due to travel time/work schedule but I am happy to discuss your needs or answer any questions around availability! I like to be available for the pet, provide positive reinforcement/training as needed, all the snuggles, am very cautious about our surroundings, safety concerns and checks, etc. ** I am not a certified dog trainer and must note that, but have some basic knowledge from 6 years of experience dog sitting as well as owning my own family and personal dogs.
