About: I work remote from home Monday-Friday, and off on the weekends. Your dogs (and other pet's welcome) will have access to my entire home and 1.5 acres of large fenced in yard. Pets are allowed on all furniture and can sleep wherever they choose at night. I will take the dogs outside regularly so they can play or do potty whenever they please. If you dog prefers walks, I live on a low traffic dirt road great for long walks! I have three rescued Dobermans and a cat. All of them are very friendly and get along great with other animals. I do have two ducks that stay outside. If your dog is not friendly with ducks, the ducks can be kept in a contained area away from your dog. In the past I have dog sat, I worked at a dog daycare/boarding/rescue organization, walked dogs, volunteered at Vet's. I would love to take care of your fur babies!! I cannot figure out how to edit the Services section of my profile, that is old and says i work 9-5 in an office, that is over 2 years old. I am fully remote and home Mon-Fri all day. I work 9-5. If needed, I can come home on lunch to let your dog outside in my fenced in back yard for potty break. If your dog is used to being inside during the 8 hour work day then I will plan to do potty breaks before and after work and into the evening before bed time. I have a fenced in secure back yard with lots of room for doggies to run and play. My home is also very pet friendly, they are allowed on couches and beds anytime!
About: I've grown up my whole life with many, many farm animals including dogs and cats. I always loved the pets the most and I can't wait to meet your's! My current occupation is as a Flight Instructor, so I have a very flexible schedule (since I make my own schedules). About: Hello animal enthusiasts! My name is Katie and I have worked with animals in a multitude of settings. Jane Goodall (Primatologist) was always an idol of mine. As I grew up in a household loving my dogs, cats, and birds I envisioned working in Africa with chimpanzees. While my vision didn't manifest exactly the way I had fathomed, I still ended up working with baboons in Africa (2017). Along the way, I was an outdoor educator for several years working with all sorts of reptiles, amphibians, birds, mammals, and invertebrates. I have been attracted to all types of animals since the day I was born. As a science teacher (8 years), I kept corals and saved many animals in the outdoor environment near our school (from squirrels to birds and much more). My husband and I have just moved from Chicago, IL to Florida. We have a love for adventure and curiosity for the great outdoors. We are happily married with our Cockatiel (Sunny) and Umbrella Cockatoo (Jack). I can't wait to meet you and love your pets for eternity! Along with my elementary education degree, I studied zoology. We live about 5 minutes from the Audubon Pennington Park where we love to take nature walks. I'm sure your dog wouldn't mind a nature walk too! We truly do enjoy hosting neighborhood pets as one of our very own family members. Your pet will receive unconditional love, constant cuddles, outdoor time, and food/water the way you prefer it! At night time, they can choose from our warm bed or their very own cozy dog bed. Your pet is top priority and we want to provide the best experience for them so that they are happy to come back and play! About: I’ve taken care of dogs of any kind since i was around 13. I love them unconditionally, they bring happiness to everyone. I have my own dogs, bigger breeds, and occasionally dogsit for my sister when she’s out of town! this is my full time! so i have plenty of time to make it everywhere i need to be! i make this my top priority day in and day out! my dogs are free roam in the house, trained and well behaved. my cat is also free roam and is well behaved, and likes almost everyone! if your animals are crate trained, that’s fine! your house your rules! i always stick to what the owners prefer, like, etc. for their animal. i never go the route of sticking to my own rules, it’s not my animal, the owner knows best!

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
