About: Tailored pet care with over 30 years of experience. I provide a warm and nurturing environment, ensuring that you and your pet feel loved and protected. I work full-time in a position that offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing me to split my time between the office and the comfort of my own space. On average, I work from home about 50% of the time, which gives me a great balance of productivity and personal time. My office is just a short drive away, so I’m never far from home and can easily make the commute whenever needed. This arrangement allows me to be present for both work and home life, ensuring I can stay connected while also enjoying the benefits of a flexible schedule. I live on a peaceful, country property spanning three acres, surrounded by nature and wide-open spaces. The entire property is securely fenced, ensuring a safe and enclosed environment where your pets can roam freely and explore to their hearts' content. With plenty of room to run, play, and enjoy the outdoors, it's an ideal setting for furry companions to stretch their legs and soak up the fresh air. Whether it's chasing after a ball or simply lounging in the sun, your pets will have all the space they need to feel at home.

“They took such great care of Cooper! Nice yard and nice people!”

“We had to find a sitter for one day for Issa, our German Shepard. We were able to drop her off early and pick her up the same day. Elisabeth made the arrangements very accommodating. Our puppy played in the water and seemed to have had great day. We would love to have her watch Issa again.”

“Sara was so wonderful with Harley. He is so anxious about doggy day care and me leaving him. She has a true sensitivity and understanding of the pups she cares for and is very warm and reassuring to up parents. I appreciated the many pictures throughout the day. I am so glad and relieved to have a place where Harley can be cared for when I am enjoying river time”

“My boy Orion had a really nice day with Linda and her family. He came home happy and wanted to go again today. It's a huge relief to know that my pup has a safe and fun place to be during the day while I'm at work. Thank you so much Linda!”

“Emily was so good with Kila! Kila went on a great long walk, and was in a clean and comfortable environment. Would highly recommend Emily. She sent photos, and messaged me updates through the time Kila was with her; as well as after Kila came home. She is great at communication as well! Thanks Emily!”

“Would recommend. My pup loved doggy day care with Amanda”

“We are from out of town and contacted Rose at the last minute so we could attend a family event. Ginger was happy and exhausted when we picked her up and for a 10 mo old pup, that's a good thing! thank you Rose. We will contact you next time.”

“Elaine did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of my two dogs! Her communication was excellent throughout, keeping me updated with adorable pictures that showed just how much fun they were having. I could tell they were well cared for, and they came home happy and tired from all the playtime. Highly recommend Elaine for anyone looking for a reliable, caring pet sitter! 🐶✨”

“This was Daisy’s first time away from home. Marceline was so patient and calm with our fur baby from the very start at our meet & greet. She was very familiar with Queensland Heelers and puppies. Her notes and pictures throughout the day assured us that we had made the right choice for our little Daisy 🩷. We definitely plan to be a return parent with our Daisy.”

About: I have always had dogs/animals. We have 5 dogs of our own. We also foster with a local rescue. We specialize in the squish face breeds. We completely understand climate control. We love to exercise outside and go out often to romp. I am currently working remote part of the time (office days are Tues/Thurs). We typically always have someone home and the dogs are likely never alone for more than a 2-3 hour period. Our dogs are very friendly and love to play! We do not have a fenced yard, so our preference would be dogs that are not a flight risk! We can use a flexi leash for potty breaks but that would limit outside play for our guests. We live on 2.5 acres with a lot of grass to romp and play. Our dogs do not go outside unless supervised.

“Twylla was amazing and went above and beyond. She was able to watch my dog and my sister's dog during my wedding. She accepted a special request to come pick the dogs up at the venue which allowed for my family to enjoy the day. Both dogs were well taken care of during their stay with Twylla!”

About: I enjoy the happiness and love that dogs bring to my life. I’ve cared for my friends & family pets for years. I have quite a bit of experience with senior dogs. I only care for adult dogs. Sorry, no puppies or felines. I’m in between work contracts, so have the flexibility to accommodate your schedule! I am a mature, reliable, and trustworthy sitter. I can check in on your pup several times a day, or I’d be happy to care for them in my home. I understand it can be difficult to leave your baby, but I assure you that they’ll have lots of attention, love, and will be in good company. Your pup will never be left alone while in my care. I have two sweet Greyhounds to play with & keep your baby company. I live in an apartment, but visit the park daily with my dogs, so your dog will get plenty of exercise & stimulation. I love to cuddle on the couch or bed with the dogs. I’ll do whatever I can to make sure your pup is comfortable and safe.

“Kara was exceptional. I needed a sitter without much notice, and she came to my rescue and was more than happy to bring my dog into her home and treat him like he was her own. I could not have found a better sitter for my baby, she sent photos throughout the day to update me. She was very flexible and accommodating to my crazy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.”

About: I have taken care of personal, friends, family, and strangers animals since I was about 8! I had animals in the 4H and FFA and have dealt with numerous species including dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, fish, reptiles, and all livestock. I have also had my own of numerous since I was a small child. I currently have a part time job and am available most days of the week! I am also an online full time student at Sierra College! I have a large fenced yard of over 10 acres and 4 other kenneled friendly babies that could come out and play! I would only let out one at a time as I don’t want your pup getting too overwhelmed! We have a nice neighborhood to take walks through and so many things to see!

About: I’ve had the pleasure of taking care of dogs for over 20 years. With me, they get the best of both worlds: Responsibility and attention to detail, plus genuine compassion, care, and good vibes. 💎 It’s important to me that they get more than just a place to stay. I go out of my way to make sure every single dog feels happy and loved by giving them specialized, individualized, one-on-one attention that you won’t find everywhere. I’ve been told that I’m kind of a “dog whisperer.” ☀️ Dogs bring love and light to my life — and I’d like to think I do the same for them. 🐕 I’m open to just about all different breeds, ages, and personalities (with the exception of very high energy dogs which my unfenced backyard isn’t able to accommodate). Here are a few of my specialties: - Special needs: Such as behavioral issues, dietary requirements, separation anxiety, or other personality quirks - Extreme attachment to you: If your dog has a hard time opening up to new people, or even if you think there's no way they wouldn't miss you the whole time — give me a try, this is my specialty! - Senior dogs: I have a huge soft spot for older dogs. My house does have some stairs, but I can safely carry dogs up to 75 pounds if their mobility is compromised. 💜 I know how difficult it can be to trust someone else with a part of your family. I’ve been there before, and I hope you feel my sincerity when I say that your dog(s) will be in very good hands. I love what I do, and I love every single dog that I get to take care of. I hope yours is next! My schedule is very open. After being able to transition from a high-stress career as a web developer, I’m super grateful for that! 💻 I code websites from time to time, and I have a couple passion projects that I’m slowly chipping away at, so I’ll typically do some reading and computer work throughout the day. Fortunately that gives me plenty of time and energy to devote to your dogs — they’re always my #1 priority. 🚙 Depending on how long your dog is staying with me and your location, I can usually offer a complementary pick up/drop off to make things a little easier on you. I live in a 1400 square foot townhouse with lots of color and beautiful views. People have told me that it feels like a zen oasis, and dogs seem to really like it! 🐾 I currently have no animals of my own, and I only board one dog/family at a time, so you don’t have to worry about how your dog might get along with other animals in the house. On the other hand, if you would prefer for your dog to have some canine company, let me know, and I’ll see what I can do! 🌳 Unfortunately my backyard is not fenced. There's a beautiful grassy area and it's a great place for potty and walks, but not a great place for fetch or off-leash play. I love to play with dogs inside my house, and I’m also happy to take them to a local dog park if they’re friendly. But if they’re very high energy and need to run in the backyard a lot, I’m definitely not the right fit, and I wish you luck in your search! 🏠 I also want to let you know that I have a couple small sets of stairs in my house (no more than 7 at a time). So if your dog is older and has mobility issues, I might not be the best option. But I do have a ton of experience carrying up to a 75 pound dog up and down my stairs, so I’m open to that if you have a senior dog and they’re willing to be carried. 🛋️ I like to allow dogs on the furniture and on the bed so they feel extra comfortable and at home. But if you’d rather me keep them off, just let me know and I can absolutely accommodate!

“Melissa's place was a beautiful place with wide open spaces to run and play. Her dogs are very friendly and Annie seemed to enjoy playing with them.”

“Dolly takes a bit to warm up to new people and, although it took awhile, she eventually warmed up to Jessica. When I came to pick up Dolly she seemed like she was at home, extremely comforting to know our pup was and is in good hands!”
