I pride myself on being able to work with all breeds, ages, and backgrounds of dogs, from disabled dogs or rescue dogs. Every dog has its own personality and quirks. I take time to understand their boundaries and needs, and tailor their walks and playtime to them. I understand that every dog is unique, so is their schedule, such as requirements, favorite activities and preferences. I'm happy to adjust accordingly. I will give frequent updates on our walk or drop in from how they are feeling and new pictures to share our time together. After our walk I will ensure they have fresh clean water and feel safe and comfortable. I have spent many years caring for different dogs with different temperaments. I am equipped with the knowledge and skills to handle various situations. I can understand a dog's body language to detect anxiety, stress, and even aggression. I carry a spare leash and use appropriate sturdy leash, collar and harness. I will keep updates with you and keep emergency contacts such as the dog's Vet if provided and I will always immediately contact you if an emergency arises.

About: I love absolutely love dogs! I work from home as a Generative AI associate so my schedule is very flexible and ideal for taking care of your dog when you're busy or away. I'm available mornings, afternoons, or evenings, basically whenever you need. And my apartment is located in Shockhoe Bottom near two parks, ideal for walks. I grew up with Lhasa Apso pups (Cassie and Teddy) and have been dog-sitting and dog-walking for about 5 years. I've taken care of a variety of breeds, ranging from a Chinese crested to a boxer-pitbull mix. I'm a very compassionate, gentle, and patient person. PJ is not a city dog, so I was a little hesitant on how best to handle downtown Richmond.
