I received multiple updates throughout my dog’s stay, and she was even gracious enough to allow me to pick him up after midnight. My dog is shy with new people, but she was at ease with Trina. When I came to pick her up, it was clear that my pup was well cared for and comfortable with Trina. “We had JoAnn watch our dog at her house for 6 days and then stay at our house and watch our dog and cat for another 4 days. She did a terrific job. My dog often has anxiety when we are gone and it takes her a few days after our return to relax. This time she was perfectly fine and didn't seem stressed at all. Our house was clean and in perfect shape. I would highly recommend JoAnn and am planning to use her again!”
