“Thea was great with Sammie and Paddy, giving them lots of outside time and attention. She also was communicative and took great care of the house. We're definitely booking with her again!”

“Susan was GREAT! She stayed at our house with our 2 furbabies for 5 days. Our girls warmed up to her very quickly (we think they even miss her) and she sent lots of pictures to keep us updated on how they were all doing. The house was clean and tidy (she even stripped and remade the bed!) upon our return. Thank you, Susan!! We will definitely be seeing you again!”

“Liz is our go-to pet sitter. One of our cats has diabetes, which requires a lot of extra care and attention. She is fabulous at communicating and checking in to confirm he’s doing okay. Highly recommend!”

“Brad was fantastic managing our pack of 4 pups! We received frequent pictures & video updates & the house was left pristine. Will definitely be using him again & referring him to friends!”

“Sam was awesome. She was caring and patient with my boy who is scared to death of fireworks and thunder. She showed love and compassion. Sam was respectful of my home and property. She left the house just as I left it. Sam was sure to send me updates and photos during her time with Blue. I am so thankful to have someone I can trust with my beloved fur baby. Highly recommend! Thanks Sam!”

“Sonya was absolutely amazing. She took care of us in a pinch and would recommend her to anyone! She took amazing care of both of our dogs! Even walked them when she didn’t need to. I’d use her again any time.”

“Noa always does a great job, and I don’t usually leave comments, but this time I felt I had to. I was on the verge of cancelling my trip because my anxiety ridden doggo was having some loose bowels in the most inconvenient and public places, after being scared of the maintenance workers that recently visited. Then upon being so excited to see his buddy, Noa, decided to release that excitement in a very stinky way. Not to get too graphic, but I need to illustrate this so you know that Noa really went above and beyond to treat my Bandit like family. Noa was right there helping me clean up in the midst of my profuse apologies. I got tons of adorable and funny photos of Bandit in his doggy diaper, and I was so relieved he was in good hands while I was away. Noa gives frequent updates, and has truly gotten to know my boys. This is why I rebook over and over and over again.”

“This was our second time using Carsyn and she was great like always! She took such great care of both of our dogs. She took them on walks, brushed them, and made sure they were well loved. She is great at communicating and so sweet! I would recommend her to anyone, I didn't worry about our pets once while we were away because I knew they were in great hands.”

About: I love the dedication and unconditional love that dogs provide their human companions. I will admit that personally I have cats, and they just don't do that all the time :) I have dog-sat for friends over several years providing feedings, walks, and playtime to Malteses to German Shepards. I love getting to know each dog and treating them as if they were my own, which means they are usually going to be pretty pampered. If your dog needs specialized care, I would be willing to learn. I don't really know what specialized care entails for a dog, but feel free to message me and we can discuss. I am a high school teacher so my availability is afternoon/evenings and weekends during the school year but wide open once it is the summertime. My cats are not used to dogs, so caring for dogs in my home would mean they would be spending time outside. However taking care of dogs in their home allows them to be comfortable, have rub my belly sessions (if that's what they like), and take walks in the area that they are most comfortable.

“Ashleigh was amazing with Ralphie and we would ask her to watch him again in a heartbeat! She was very communicative, super friendly, and great to work with. She sent us loads of updates and pictures and videos throughout the night!”

“Raven does an excellent job. Very conscientious. Thinks ahead. She took excellent care of my Sugar and was responsive to my requests for updates & pictures of my baby. Super flexible. I would recommend Raven without a second thought to anyone that needs care for their fur baby.”

“Tonia took great care of our very anxious dog, Jack. She agreed to watch him for a last-minute trip we took, and he warmed up to her right away, which is unusual for him! She was so kind and sent us many pictures and updates while we were gone. I will absolutely ask her to help us out again!”

“Jason was great at communicating how both our dogs were doing during his stay and even went out of his way to come over a day early to get to know both of them. Would suggest him to anyone needing a dog sitter.”

“Adrienne took such excellent care of our two pups while we were in Europe for a week. We loved getting fun picture and activity updates along the way. She always makes it feel like the pups are getting a doggie staycation! Cannot recommend her enough!!”

“Kristen did an amazing job with our pups and I came home to happy pups and a very clean house! Thank you for loving my pups as much as I do.we look forward to our next time that Kristen stays with Addie and Peppa!”

Furmandale pet parents share their Rover experiences
Tonia took great care of our very anxious dog, Jack. She agreed to watch him for a last-minute trip we took, and he warmed up to her right away, which is unusual for him! She was so kind and sent us many pictures and updates while we were gone. I will absolutely ask her to help us out again!

Raven does an excellent job. Very conscientious. Thinks ahead. She took excellent care of my Sugar and was responsive to my requests for updates & pictures of my baby. Super flexible. I would recommend Raven without a second thought to anyone that needs care for their fur baby.

Adrienne has watched our fur kids many times, and they are always well taken care of and spoiled. This was again the case during our most recent sitting, but she also dealt with a bad storm which resulted in a loss of power for several hours and, unfortunately, the loss of internet for the duration of her stay. Adrienne handled everything with understanding and grace. We so appreciate her and all that she does for us and our four-legged kids.
