I’ve never had a dog before, let alone a puppy, and I was of course more than anxious about leaving Ozzy overnight somewhere he’s never been! Teah assured me he’d be fine, and he was! He made buds right away with Teah’s two pups, and had a grand old time playing in the huge fenced-in backyard. Many pictures were sent to me during Ozzy’s stay and I really appreciated that constant communication assuring me he was having fun. About: I grew up around big and small dogs and have had cats, snakes, and turtles. I worked at a vet clinic for a couple months then moved to working at an animal humane society for a year and a half, I am now working at a doggy daycare and have dog/house sat for some family friends. I have experienced in special needs senior pups and I have experienced with rabbits as well. I currently have 3 dogs, 5 cats, a rabbit, and a betta fish and my personal pets. I work Monday-Friday and mainly work 6:30am-1:30pm. I have plenty of time after work to spend time walking and caring for the furry friends, I work no weekends so the furry friends will have some full days of love and attention. About: I spent 24+ hours volunteering at Cache Valley pet Hotel as a kennel technician and receptionist ensuring every client was up to date and comfortable. I am available for daycares Monday through Friday at 9a-5p, as well as overnight from 5p-9a. I can do Saturday and Sunday for drop-in from 12p-5p. I always follow a routine whether it’s the client’s or my own: potty breaks every 3 hours, feeding 2-3 times a day, playtime 1-2 a day for an hour (depending on client preference).

About: I’ve been involved with dog rescue for many years. I worked with virtually every type of dog there is. From shy, timid to very high energy. I’ve had dogs that had aggression issues. I worked with dogs on leash training, housebreaking, and socialization. I am retired. I have nothing but time on my hands! I volunteer Thursday mornings at an equine therapy barn. But I will still have time to take care of animals on Thursdays. I am open to caring for dogs in my home. But! They have to be dog and cat friendly. I would prefer not to have younger dogs, only because my dogs are older and don’t like young dogs, jumping all over them. My dogs are very dog friendly though. My cats are very dog friendly. In my clients’ homes, I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, playtime, and any special instructions. I also make sure pets feel secure through patience, positive interaction, and plenty of supervision, while always respecting the client’s home and keeping communication open with regular updates and photos.
About: I love the dedication and unconditional love that dogs provide their human companions. I will admit that personally I have cats, and they just don't do that all the time :) I have dog-sat for friends over several years providing feedings, walks, and playtime to Malteses to German Shepards. I love getting to know each dog and treating them as if they were my own, which means they are usually going to be pretty pampered. If your dog needs specialized care, I would be willing to learn. I don't really know what specialized care entails for a dog, but feel free to message me and we can discuss. I am a high school teacher so my availability is afternoon/evenings and weekends during the school year but wide open once it is the summertime. My cats are not used to dogs, so caring for dogs in my home would mean they would be spending time outside. However taking care of dogs in their home allows them to be comfortable, have rub my belly sessions (if that's what they like), and take walks in the area that they are most comfortable.

About: I used to my own shih tzu . He was 12.5 yrs old. We lost him April 2024. I adopted him from a shelter in Hamilton. I've done training with my parents dog, a maltese. I can dog sit, do walks and visits on weekends only as I have a full time job m-f. I'm in and out of the home during the week for work. I prefer dogs under 50 lbs as I am not as strong for the larger dogs. I can come take your dog to a local park or take them on a 30 min walk. I love walks myself. About: I have had dogs and cats since I was a kid! I treat pets like they are kiddos! I am a huge animal lover! I have a dog a bunny and a cat that I have trained to be best friends. My bunny is free roam and is litter box potty trained! I believe animals are super important for humans and vice versa. I care for my pets like they are my kids. I will do the same for yours. I am a teacher full time and going into sumner breaks am able to help out walking and doing drop in visits during the days for furry friends. I am available to do drop ins and or walks on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursday’s during the work day. I have to take care of my daughter on the other days I am very good with having good instincts when it comes to what pets want and need. I believe they should stick to a schedule just like a child.
