Not only did they play with her endlessly (seriously, Rani has zero ability to self-regulate and they went with it!), they also cared for her as their own pup. When she was being finicky about eating, Min took the time to spoon feed her just like I do. Min also send so many pictures and videos, which helped me feel so at peace knowing Rani was well taken care of and loved. I will definitely be sending Rani back to Min and Matthew’s in the future…the 40 minute drive to/from our place is more than worth it!”

Even though the booking was last minute, we were able to meet with Hannah and her Boxer before our departure. Our dog has never played with or bothered to interact with other dogs so it was comforting that her dog and ours instantly started playing. Hannah provided almost daily brief updates about how our dog was doing (everyday was a good report minus the first day that he was trying to adjust) and she told us that everything went smoothly. We also have sidewalks throughout the neighborhood perfect for walks, a puppy play pen for supervised fun, and plenty of space to crate pets comfortably if needed. All areas are pet-proofed to prevent accidents, and I carefully manage food, toys, and any medications. When visiting a client’s home, I follow their routines closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. I make sure doors and gates are secure, hazardous items are out of reach, and I maintain open communication with owners about any special needs or behaviors. “My daughter has a very nervous and timid dog plus my dog is my baby. I was worried Captain would shut down suddenly being with new people and a new environment for 8 days. Donna and Scott did great with him and made him feel welcome and safe. My dog, Cooper, loves everyone so I knew he would b OK and it would just b me missing him.
