“Sarah was amazing! Our dog felt completely at home with her and was loved and spoiled rotten. We received photos and updates throughout the stay which was greatly appreciated. Definitely be using her again!”

“Our 1.5yr old puppy, Birdie, was in the very best hands with Melissa during a recent boarding! Melissa is thorough in her intake, noting Birdie's food allergies and current schedule, and is warm and gentle in helping pups acclimate to a new environment. Melissa maintained Birdie's schedule, giving her plenty of outdoor and play time, and administered Birdie's medication, giving us peace of mind to focus on family. We enjoyed the handful of photos Melissa sent along the way and always appreciate her responsive communication. Melissa is deeply professional and the most thorough and warm caretaker and our expectations are always surpassed when Birdie is with Melissa!”

“Payten was amazing. I will definitely be using her again. It was my baby's first time being with a sitter. He is very reserved and stubborn, but he really warmed up and trusted her. That right there shows me that she is a person to be trusted. She kept me updated regularly, even sending pictures. Thank you Payten!”

“Lejune is a godsend. She accepted me as a new customer on short notice. Kept in touch with me over the time she kept my 6month old Poodle. She followed the instructions I left regarding feeding and potty schedules. She sent many pictures showing how the stay was going. My pup was very happy and healthy when I picked him up. 10/10 would recommend !”

About: I grew up in a dog-loving home—there was never a time we didn’t have a furry friend in the family. Since my very first pet, I’ve enjoyed caring for animals. Now as an adult, I have a dog and a cat of my own. My pup is a high-energy guy that I’ve raised since he was a puppy. We went through all the training together—lots of patience, consistency, and treats!—and now he’s a well-behaved, happy companion who keeps me on my toes. My cat is curious and full of personality, always finding new spots to nap and new ways to charm everyone. Fun Facts Just About Me: I moved to Hagerstown with my husband, 2 dogs and cat a few years ago. My husband and I recently got married in May 2026. I play adult softball and kickball. I love to be outside whether it's walking the dogs, attempting to garden or being on the water. Since I work from home, I’m lucky to spend lots of quality time with my pets throughout the day, and I’d love to extend that care and attention to your furry family members too. Whether it’s going for walks, sticking to a feeding routine, or just offering companionship, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home. When caring for pets, whether in my home or yours, safety and trust are my top priorities. In my home, I provide a calm, secure environment with a fully fenced yard that offers plenty of room for pets to run and play safely. We also have sidewalks throughout the neighborhood perfect for walks, a puppy play pen for supervised fun, and plenty of space to crate pets comfortably if needed. All areas are pet-proofed to prevent accidents, and I carefully manage food, toys, and any medications. When visiting a client’s home, I follow their routines closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. I make sure doors and gates are secure, hazardous items are out of reach, and I maintain open communication with owners about any special needs or behaviors. Building trust with pets and their families is important to me, so I take time to understand each pet’s unique personality and needs.
“Renee was very easy to work with! My dog seemed to enjoy her time with Renee. Renee was flexible, kind, and easy to talk to. We will definitely book with her again!!!”

“Emily was great and handled our 100 pound Doberman effortlessly. I never felt so comfortable going out of town. Our Doberman Zeus is cautious of new people and immediately loved Emily. She took him on long walks everyday and sent pictures. We will definitely be boarding him again with Emily.”

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and care I have for every animal I meet! As a lifelong animal lover and pet owner myself, I understand that pets are family, and I treat them as if they were my own. I have experience caring for pets of all ages, from energetic puppies and kittens to senior pets who need extra patience, comfort, and attention. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique personality and routine, whether that means playtime and enrichment for younger pets or providing a calm, nurturing environment for older companions! I believe in building trust with both pets and their owners through reliability, communication, and compassionate care. I love getting to know each pet’s individual needs, favorite activities, and little quirks. Whether it’s sticking to a feeding schedule, administering extra TLC to anxious pets, or making sure your furry friend gets plenty of cuddles and playtime, I always go the extra mile!! My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and spoiled while you’re away, giving you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands! As a lifelong animal lover and pet owner, caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine! I work in the office Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, but I come home during my lunch break each day to care for my own pets and check in on any furry guests. Outside of work, your pet will receive plenty of love, attention, playtime, and personalized care to help them feel right at home! In My Home: When caring for pets in my home, I strive to create a safe, loving, and stress-free environment where they can feel comfortable and secure. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, playtime, and any special instructions provided by their owners! Pets in my care receive plenty of attention, affection, enrichment, and supervision. Whether your pet loves to play, cuddle, or simply relax, I make sure they feel right at home and are treated like part of the family! In Clients’ Homes: When caring for pets in their own homes, I understand how important it is to maintain consistency and respect their familiar environment. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding, medications (if needed), walks, playtime, and household routines to help pets feel comfortable while their owners are away. I provide regular updates, photos, and communication so pet parents can have peace of mind knowing their furry family members are happy and well cared for. My goal is always to ensure pets feel loved, safe, and cared for in the comfort of their own home!!
“Megan took such great care of our dog! She kept us updated with photos throughout our stay and we could see how happy our pup was. Her kids were also so incredibly sweet and gentle with her! Definitely recommend and will absolutely be rebooking when we’re in need of a sitter in this area!”

“Very happy with this dynamite duo- beautiful property- huge flat yard, updates throughout stay and overall just kind people! ❤️ They pointed out a lump on our Senior Golden (he has several) which lets us know the boys are getting their rubs in!”

“Terri had great communication and we were able to do a meet and greet before the stay. She sent us great pictures and updates and would greatly recommend her to watch your pets!”

“I have an older min pin that hasn’t ever been away from me with someone she hasn’t known before. When I brought her over for a visit before the booking, I knew immediately my baby was going to be taken care of and would be safe. I got a bunch of pictures and videos of my baby girl and I could tell she was being taken care of as if it were me. I would recommend Min & Matt to family and friends, which says a ton about the way they took care of her.”

Jesse provided excellent care and socialization for my one year old pup while I was out of town for a week. She kept me updated with lots of photos and videos each day, and let me know of any concerns. The daily feedback gave me peace of mind that my pup was safe and happy, and I could enjoy my trip. I highly recommend Jesse for pet boarding.

Payten was amazing. I will definitely be using her again. It was my baby's first time being with a sitter. He is very reserved and stubborn, but he really warmed up and trusted her. That right there shows me that she is a person to be trusted. She kept me updated regularly, even sending pictures. Thank you Payten!

Kelsey was extremely flexible with a last minute booking… literally the afternoon before an early morning drop off. She kept me updated on my pupper the whole time with messages and pictures. I also had an undetermined pickup time and they were very understanding. Willow enjoyed her time there and came home worn out. I would recommend them 1000 times over and will use them again, no questions asked.

Nadia watched my timid Maggie over the weekend. She sent me several photos and updates thru out my dogs stay, which put me at ease knowing Maggie was being well cared for and doing fine. Nadia has a dog Lego, who quickly became Maggie’s buddy and made her stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend Nadia and will definitely take advantage of her again to watch my dog.
