About: I’ve been surrounded by furry friends since I was young. I’m trusted by friends and family to take care of their pets while they travel or figure out life changes. I’m diligent about brushing, cleaning and snuggling-whatever your pup needs, I’m on it! I currently work full time from 9AM-5PM on a four day schedule. In the early morning’s and evenings I am available for walks, play time, training reinforcement, as well as clean up and any additional help needed while you’re away. During the weekends- I’m available all day Saturday-Mondays for walks and plenty of enrichment time! I have a highly energetic dog to keep your pet company! If your pet does not do well with other animals, I am happy to accommodate as needed. With plenty of parks and hikes in the area, I can assure you we’ll take plenty of walks. I will crate your pet if needed for their own safety.

About: I have 10 years of professional dog training experience. I trained in all positive reinforcement. I trained all breeds of all ages. I’m also skilled in walk and trains. I also have a great knowledge of food. I can clip or dremel nails and brushing. I am currently working part time at home and have plenty of time to Train, walk or watch you pet. I can’t wait to meet your pet. My extensive knowledge of dog and cat care will give my clients the peace of knowing I am capable of providing safe and loving care for their pet. About: I have taken care of a variety of animals, since I was a very young child, it ranges from cats dogs hamsters to even reptiles. All growing up I have always had dogs large and small and moving out of my parents house. I also got a cat of my own and have raised two animals by myself living out of my parents home for over 11 years now. I currently have an open schedule, I'm looking to go to school here in the spring time; but as of now I have a open schedule. As approaching your home, I will assess the environment and the fur baby when I get there and calmly assure the animal that I'm there to help and to love for them as their humans do.

“Hello Rover,, I'm new to the area and just moved into my house a month ago. Needing a cat sitter, my daughter told me to look on Rover. When i first logged on to your site, I saw Jennie's kind smile and that she was close by. So I figured it would be a win win. Boy, did I get way more than I bargained for!! I don't even know where to begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for Jennie! First, I'd like to thank her for taking care of my cat under more than extreme circumstances! I never thought I could ever get such impeccable service. The story has a twist and becomes even more extraordinary. On my recent trip, on the third day I left the country. Something told me to message Jennie and let her know I could only receive messages from messenger. As I did, I asked if everything was OK. She responded "your cat is ok". This is what followed. Evidently some sort of "Super Cell" developed and decided to dump approximately 6 inches of rain in 45 minutes on my house! Jennie saw how bad the sky looked over my way and decided to make the trip over. What normally is a 5 minute ride turned into 20 due to the rain coming down so hard she couldn't see the road. Upon her arrival, the water was 6 to 8 inches above the threshold, so she didn't want to open the door. She left and came back later to find my downstairs flooded! The water had started to receed and little Miss Wonder Woman jumped into action and advised me step by step as I, near hysteria, hung on her every message, knowing I couldn't get back til Monday (this happened Friday evening !) She moved furniture and pulled out rugs as her daughter and cousin swept the water to the street. She secured my cat in the upstairs and did her best to calm her. Jennie went out and rented a rug cleaner and cleaned my large area rug ( just a cat sitter?! Whatever!!). She turned on fans and cleaned everything she could!! Not once did I ask her to do anything --- she just took care of everything. When I asked her why she did it, her response was, "That's how I was raised, you help people". At that moment I could have kissed her parents on the mouth! My cat is now healed from the trauma, still skittish, but that's to be expected. The house is getting back together, but it would have been a total loss without Jennie's help. Thank you Jennie for working so hard for 3 straight days and restoring my faith in humans , there's still good ones out there! ❤ Rover, you just don't know what you have! Sincerely, Donna Matteson”

About: Working in veterinary medicine, I can understand basic animal needs and care. I have been taking care of animals for over 10 years. I will treat your babies like they are my own I work two jobs, both in opposite directions, so to be able to housesit. And given a good amount of time to request days off to give your baby my full attention I prefer housesitting over boarding at my personal home, it’s easier for me, and I feel like the pets would prefer their own home over anyone elses

About: I have worked as a Pet Specialist for 20 years with P&G Pet Care and Royal Canin. I recently have been a Canine Palatability Specialist and have many years of experience in kennel management and veterinary care. Also well knowledged in animal behavior and puppy raising. I am available Monday - Friday From 7am - 6pm with night visits when needed. Some weekends 10- 6 when available. On lunch from 12 - 1. I offer a range of care from feeding, medications, potty breaks, socialization, walking, and grooming as well as behavior and puppy training visits. I have 5 small dogs of my own and they are indoor dogs that need cut and groomed very ofen. They are provided food ever AM for the day and eat at their own pace so they self manage. My dogs are open roam throughout the day also with access to a yard at their convenience (dog door). They go into their cages at night and when needed throughout the day. I medicate them with monthly heartworm and flea/tick prevention and have them regularly checked and vaccinated by our local vet. I do trim nails and cut hair if needed.

About: Ive been taking care of pets longer than i can remember. Neighbors and or my own families when they leave or go out of town. I am very gentle and loving when it comes to animals, they will always get all of their needs met! Im currently in online school so that means that its on my terms when getting work done so with that i will always have the time for the animals! I have a little backyard but i am able to take them to parks or walk around with them around the neighborhood. There is one dog that lives with me and her name is Lola she is a super sweet small dog that gets along with animals.

About: I am currently a veterinary technician. I registered with Rover to help parents because i know how frustrating it can be to board your animals where they might be uncomfortable. Having someone you trust and someone who knows how to properly take care of your fur babies cant take the stress away ! Having your pets cared for in the privacy and familiarity of their homes makes it easier and less stressful on them as well. I have worked as a tech for over 6 years with small animals and ive worked in pet care for over 10 years. You can guarantee a safe, fun, caring environment when you book me as your babysitter. I treat all of the animals i come in contact with like my own. I have a 1.5 year old chocolate lab and a 3 year old cat who are both my children.
