About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 14. Family, friends and neighbors have trusted me to feed, walk, give medications and bathe their dogs. I have many years of experience in caring for all animals. Dogs and cats are not the only pets I cared for, I have cared for lizards, snakes, hamsters, gerbils, chinchilla and Guinea pig I am currently working part time and I will have plenty of time to spend with the pets I care for. I have a separate fully fenced play area right outside my back door which offers plenty of room for your dog to take care of their business, and safely play off leash with my two dogs as well. While my dogs can roam freely within the property's boundaries, any client's dogs would need to be on a long leash attached to me around my waist during any time outside of the designated play area. This way, I can supervise their playtime with my dogs, ensure their safety, and also build a bond with your dog. Once a client's dog has had the opportunity to build a stronger connection with me over time, playtime outside of designated area can be off-leash, and only if I am confident in the dog's ability to come back when called and only if the owner is entirely comfortable in my ability to handle their beloved furry Freind.

“Katie was great. I was a bit apprehensive being that it was my first time using Rover or leaving our dog with someone I didn't personally know. I'm glad that our pup was able to spend it in a loving home. Katie constantly sent pics of our dog having fun and she even had her sleeping on her bed which was great because that where she spend many nights at home. He updated me often, took lots of pictures and videos, and even let Kylo and Obi take home a couple new toys that they played with the most! ❤️ He was very patient with Kylo, who can be very anxious and fearful, and by the end of the visit, they were best friends!
