“Randy is an incredible dog sitter. He is communicative, timely, thoughtful, and just all around an asset to the Rover community. He sends plenty of pictures and updates and is incredibly patient with our Golden Retriever puppy, Frankie. I can’t recommend Randy enough!”

“Sereniti was phenomenal. She ensured that my pup was well taken care of while in her care. She recognized when he did not like the heat so much and took him into shaded area. She also made sure he was hydrated while on their walks. I would definitely recommend ?”

“Suany was great! Our dogs were so happy after their walks 😊 Suany took great care of them during the walk, took their needs into consideration, and sent us adorable pics. Looking forward to scheduling future walks!”

“Quiana was an outstanding Rover from start to finish. At our meet and greet, she showed genuine love dogs. She also has a bunch of knowledge and hands on experience working with pets. My dog has allergy medicine he takes and she had no problem stepping up and feeding them to him. While out of town she would call and give updates on the dogs as well as the house. Photos/videos of them on lengthy walks and even letting the pets visit her home for a change of scenery. Quiana for sure went above and beyond. If there were more than 5 stars, I would have no problem giving her more!”

“Awesome dog walker! Showed up to a last minute booking and had Mac tired when he came back. 10/10”

“Jasmin was great responding to our short notice request for a walk for our Golden ball of fluff! Thanks for following through when the key wasn’t where it’s supposed to be!”

“Steven is fantastic. I had a family emergency and the person who normally walked Tully was unavailable. Contacted Steve and he came right away for a meet and greet. My dog is a rescue so he doesn’t always do well with strangers but he was so happy with Steve right away. Steve asked if he could take Tully on a short introductory walk to make sure they were a good match which made me much more comfortable. Definitely would recommend Steve! Amazing with both families and fur babies!”

“Karina did great with Brownie! He was so excited to go on walks with her and she even got Brownie some treats along the way. I will definitely have her walk him again in the future.”

“Saraii was a great help to my family and I while I was traveling abroad. She was in constant communication and I felt confident my dogs were well cared for when they were with her.”

About: Have been taking care of family friends pets whenever they need me to. Great with dogs of all sizes. Extremely Gentle with smaller dogs and cats. Extremely patient for dogs that may require more patience than others Recently graduated college and looking for jobs currently. I have a lot of free time so I can stay as long as needed to help out. I have two dogs with a fenced backyard. They eat at the same time every day. They use the bathroom on a consistent schedule and use that time to play and to let out energy that’s needed. We go for walks often as well as providing them with tons of toys and space.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for a long time. In college, I would dog sit for professors and family friends. This included dogs of various breeds, sizes, and ages with different needs. My roommates after college had dogs and I helped to take care of them and even train them. I have had my dog for 3 years now, since he was just a little puppy. I am at work from 7am - 3pm during the week (Monday - Friday), so I am available on weekends and evenings throughout the week. I live in an apartment, so I am currently only able to care for pets in their home for dog sitting services. I prefer meet & greets before accepting jobs to make sure it is a good fit.

“Autumn is great and my dog loves her! So grateful that I was able to find someone that I can trust with my fur baby. Autumn always provides great communication and is always willing to listen to my concerns/requests. My dog unexpectedly got ill and Autumn went above and beyond to ensure he was okay until I reached him.”

About: I have had 4 cats and 4 dogs growing up, as well as an assortment of other cute animals! I love playing with big and small dogs, I live near a park and go for several strolls throughout the day and will be taking tour baby with me. I work from home and I only work until 1:00pm, I have a very relaxed schedule and as it gets warmer I would love to spend my time with animals. I live alone so watching your pet would be perfect we will go on walks we will play and I will make sure they eat healthy. I live on the first floor of an apartment building. I do bot have any pets of my own but I do frequently sit for my family and friends. I allow dogs on the furniture and my fenced balcony it is safe no way they can get off. I live near a park that has a trail that I walk on daily so i would always try to see how much exercise a dog would like.

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life, I am able to keep an eye on your dog throughout the day, and make sure they have all the love and affection they need. Feel at ease with updates and communication to allow you to be able to enjoy your time away and know that your fur baby is in loving hands. I work in IT and work a 5-5-4-4 schedule so on some given weeks and weekends I have 4 to 5 days off in a row free and am flexible in taking care of your furry friends. My goal is to provide service where I come to you and take care of your loving pet in house, take them for walks or play with them and be there best friend I have had over 12 cats and 8 dogs in my life time so far so I have a good knowledge of dogs and currently have my Bella and Coco

About: I've taken care of pups since my daughter brought home our first baby, Cookie. We trained her to give her paw, sit, lay, and to kiss at "kiss" command. It's the cutest thing ever. She has been the Queen of the house ever since and then came along, Cinamon which is Cookie's daughter. They are best friends! Cookie had pups a while ago and we held her paw during birth and cared for her babies until they left us to our family members. Cookie is now considered a Senior but I always find ways to accommodate her needs so she can keep being the queen! We take constant walks around our neighborhood and also hang out in the big backyard. I'm currently not working; therefore, I have plenty of times to board and do drop in visits. I leave out occasionally to do grocery shopping, doctor appointments, and/or church services. I do not have a fenced yard but we do have secured long leashes to the soil which makes them feel like they are freely roaming around. We prefer to crate overnight but if your pup cannot do training for special reasons, we can accommodate. We currently have two small pups, a Yorkie and her daughter. They can be timid at first and will bark until they come down and get over the first couple minutes. We can put our babies away in separate rooms if needed be.

Max can be a handful, he has separation anxiety and needs lots of playtime but Kylin handled him with so much patience, care, and consistency. She was able to play with them and keep them stimulated and give them so much attention that it seemed like they were almost not ready to go home. Now when I need to go out of town or run errands, I have no worries because I know that they are in good hands!”

Friendly dog parents share their Rover experiences
Julia did such a great job taking care of Navee, during rain and a heat wave and even a dog attack. Navee was safe and well cared for by Julia.

Kristal helped me so much with walking my pup! She was always responded quickly and was super patient with my schnauzer. I would definitely book her again.

My dog is skittish around new people but he loved Mary! He can be a bit rowdy at times but I think Mary can handle him. She's very patient and obviously loves pets. Definitely recommend.

I will definitely hire Ras again! Our dogs loved her and she was very responsive and easy to work with.

Miranda was our hero after agreeing to walk our dog after the dog walker we scheduled canceled the day before our week long trip! She came by same day to do a meet and greet with our dog, which went great. She left great notes about how Ivy was doing when she stopped in and even picked up some fluff my dog pulled out of a toy. We will definitely use Miranda again!
