About: I’ve had family pets my whole life and I worked at a humane society for four years with both cats and dogs. Over the years I’ve pet sit for quite a few families. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time hangout with your doggos. I’m usually working only twice a week with the weekends off so I have lots of free time during the week to check up on the animals. Currently I’m not able to board any animals at my house because I’m renting. When I pet sit for people I love to spend time with the animals, playing with them and giving them lots of pets and attention. Basically treat them like my puppies which are back at my parents house.

About: I have taken care of my family dogs and cats since I was young. I got my own dog at 17, raising him as a new puppy. I also cared for my lab as he was getting ready to pass. I love all dogs, big or small. I have 2 cats with my boyfriend and love laser games and playing with cat toys. I am a former college athlete and love being active, especially with animals. I am going to be starting medical school at the University of Minnesota this fall. I love long walks and playing with animals. I have a flexible schedule to stop in and care for your sweet pets. I have grown up with small, medium, and large dogs and have learned how to handle and walk all of the appropriately. I have 2 cats now, that love playing with lasers and are easy to handle. I have handled cats when they are uncomfortable and know how to avoid injury and clear the cat from a stressful situation. I will do everything to protect your pets and provide them with quality care.

About: I have never lived without having both a dog and a cat in my house. Current residents include 2 dogs and 2 cats, but my family has fostered cats/kittens for about 8 years and dogs/puppies for about 5. I have taken care of neighbor's pets for both drop-in visits and extended care periods. I am currently in Graduate School and missing my animals so I would love to come visit yours!! I'm currently taking classes for my Graduate program Monday-Wednesdays, but I am available those evenings and the entire day Thursday-Sundays. I would love to use pet care as a break from homework! I have experience with animals with many different personalities, and I have developed the skill to adjust my approach to each pet to match what they need from a caretaker. Trust between me, you as the owner, and your pet is incredibly important to me, so I am happy to learn how to best support each dog or cat's safety and happiness!

About: Every dog or cat has their own personality, quirks, and needs. I've had pets my entire life and people say I'm a dog whisperer. I'm not really...I just understand what motivates them (treats, love, or praise) and I work with that. My dogs and cats were always like family, and I treat other people's pets like family. I worry about mine when I'm away, so I want people to know that I understand those feelings and that their pets are in good hands. I've also had rodents and reptiles, so I can watch after them too. I do this work simply because I love animals and exercise, so this is perfect. Socialization with new people and reinforcing training material (like basic commands) is mentally beneficial for pets too. Lastly, I'm a retired government employee, so I've had quite the variety of background checks - you will find me honest, reliable and committed. Since I am retired, I can accept drop-in's or walks throughout out the day. Last minute or same day requests are a real possibility depending on when you contact me. I'm quite flexible. I'm not boarding at this time. As far as caring for your pet in your home, I will follow your instructions implicitly. When I have others take care of my own dog and they don't follow my requests, it drives me nuts!

About: I've been taking care of pets for 20 years, starting as a 10-year-old taking care of neighbor's dogs and cats. I've raised more than a dozen dogs and cats in my life, mostly rescue animals. My partner and I currently have two dogs, Gus and Cricket, as well as a cat, Jabo. I love and care for them dearly, just as I will do for your pet(s)! I work seasonally as a landscaper, so I mostly care for pets during the colder months. I have lots of flexible time to meet your pet care needs as part of a regular or one-off schedule. She often checks in and asks about ways to help with his anxiety so she can make him feel comfortable. She has been taking the time to really get to know Buster and how to help him. She even puts in time outside of his walks to ask questions. She is very respectful about my preferences regarding Buster’s care and always checks in with me about things she does. About: I have grown up with dogs all my life, ranging in breeds from dalmatians to terriers to labs to shepards. I am able to go for runs with active dogs or give company to the elderly ones. I have two dogs of my own: a 9 yr old lab mix and a 6 yr old German Shepard. I have had nothing but great experiences using Rover, and want to make sure others experience the same. Looking forward to meeting your doggos! I currently work the standard M-F, so I’m available for care and walks mostly on weekends. However depending on location, I can accommodate drop-in’s during the week. I live in a quiet neighborhood streets for walks with parks nearby. I have 2 playful dogs of my own, but they also know how to relax. Plenty of space in house for them to roam or be crated at your request.

About: Hey there! My name is Gracie, and I have been around pets all my life. I am vigilant when it comes to communication and care for your fur babies! I love all types of animals (spiders excluded!) and will make sure your pets get plenty of snuggles and love while you are away! I am comfortable in most settings, and can handle multiple pets at a time. As a college student I am very flexible with hours, can do mostly weeknights and weekends. I also have time in between some day classes! I have crate trained my dogs, while also letting them snuggle up on bed with me. I am very comfortable around all dog types, and have dealt with both sick and healthy dogs. You can trust they will be in good and caring hands!

About: I have had multiple dogs ever since I was born and love providing care for them. My grandparents also owned a dog kennel so have always been aware of proper exercise, care, and support for dogs of all shapes and sizes. Lastly, I am in school to become a nurse so caring for others is a passion of mine! I currently am a college student moving back to Duluth over the summer and work two jobs which allow me the availability to pick and chose the days I work so if enough in advance I am very available to fit pet care into my weekly routine any day of the week! I have a half fenced in yard at my house but also very aware of the area and neighbors surrounding. I have easy access to hook up a long leash for the dog to play while I supervise as well as, no other dogs live with me.

About: I grew up with dogs in the house and they have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was often left alone with my pets and my family relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and play with them. I have also taken care of friends’ and neighbors’ pets while they were on vacation. Some of these duties included overnight visits, daily check ins, and transport to daycare. I will be leaving the country on June 7th to study abroad and will be returning August 3rd. I am looking to work before then and will be able to pick jobs back up once I get back. My schedule is usually pretty open as I do not work another job during the school year! I’m happy to visit your pups day of if I am available! I live right next to Leif Erickson park so I can easily take your dog for walks in a beautiful, outdoor environment. My house is very dog friendly and open so your pup can move around as needed. I am comfortable kenneling your dog if needed and will spend as much time as possible getting to know them and gaining their trust.
