“Our dog loved his stay with Patty (especially the big backyard)! She was very prompt and helpful in communicating, and did an excellent job caring for our slightly anxious boy. She also accommodated our last-minute booking and was flexible with drop off and pick up.”
“Nicole was awesome! Super good with communication and keeping us updated on how our pup was doing. Also Nicole was super flexible and very kind when our plans got shifted due to a flight cancellation. I highly recommend you book Nicole for all your pet sitting needs. We’re so happy that we knew our dog was in good hands and Nicole made sure we never had to worry about anything with our pup through our whole vacation.”

“Shiloh and her family took such great care of Pico and Maggie so we could enjoy the weekend with extended family and friends as we celebrated graduation. Thanks for the kind and excellent care.”

“Kelli and Shane took such great care of my two labs! The pups absolutely loved their huge fenced in yard and were so tired out when I picked them up. I got a video every day I was gone and a couple pictures. Kelli and Shane were very good at responding quickly and very flexible with drop off and pick up! I highly recommend!”

“Jamie took great care of Opie, as usual. She sent many updates to ease our minds as he stayed with her shortly after a dental procedure. Opie loves to stay with Jamie!”

“Scout had a wonderful stay with Marly! She is a senior canine-citizen and needs a few extra potty breaks and TLC and she got exactly what she needed at Marly's house. Thanks, Marly!”

“Casey did a great job with our high energy dog. He provided frequent video updates and our dog came home happy and exhausted. We will definitely use Casey in the future, no questions asked!”

“Christina is phenomenal. She kept us up to date with how Ziibi was doing, and wasn't afraid to check in and ask if some of Ziibi's more...interesting behaviors were typical. We felt like our dog got a really personalized experience.”

“I had the absolute pleasure of having Heather take care of my dog, Opal, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the very beginning, Heather went above and beyond to make sure Opal felt comfortable and loved. She sent me lots of pictures throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind and showed how well Opal was being cared for. Not only did she take Opal on multiple walks, but she also gave her a bath, leaving her looking and feeling fresh. The love and attention Opal received were beyond what I could have hoped for, and I will definitely be using Heather again in the future. Highly recommend!”

About: I have never lived without having both a dog and a cat in my house. Current residents include 2 dogs and 2 cats, but my family has fostered cats/kittens for about 8 years and dogs/puppies for about 5. I have taken care of neighbor's pets for both drop-in visits and extended care periods. I am currently in Graduate School and missing my animals so I would love to come visit yours!! I'm currently taking classes for my Graduate program Monday-Wednesdays, but I am available those evenings and the entire day Thursday-Sundays. I would love to use pet care as a break from homework! I have experience with animals with many different personalities, and I have developed the skill to adjust my approach to each pet to match what they need from a caretaker. Trust between me, you as the owner, and your pet is incredibly important to me, so I am happy to learn how to best support each dog or cat's safety and happiness!

I will definitely be reaching out to Kylee any time I need someone to watch our pup.”

“Jayden did such a good job dropping in to check on my kitty! She had such great communication throughout the entire process, and did so well with handling my rambunctious boy! Jayden also demonstrated flexibility when I had to change around some times to meet her, which is much appreciated! I would recommend Jayden to anyone looking for a sitter for their pet(s).”

“Ava was fantastic! She took awesome care of our 3 cats, great communication and they loved her too! Also took plenty of photos with the boys, played with them and we couldn’t have asked for more. About: I’ve had family pets my whole life and I worked at a humane society for four years with both cats and dogs. Over the years I’ve pet sit for quite a few families. I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time hangout with your doggos. I’m usually working only twice a week with the weekends off so I have lots of free time during the week to check up on the animals. Currently I’m not able to board any animals at my house because I’m renting. When I pet sit for people I love to spend time with the animals, playing with them and giving them lots of pets and attention. Basically treat them like my puppies which are back at my parents house.

“Courtney was the sweetest individual ever who took such good care of my kitty while he stayed with her. Most people wouldn't be willing to board a cat for near a week and she not only did but she did everything she could to make him comfortable during that time. Will absolutely be booking with her again!!”

“I am so grateful to Jimmy for taking such great care of my dogs! They can be a bit of a handful, but Jimmy learned their personalities and how best to care for them. They love him! Thanks Jimmy!”

“Talia is WONDERFUL! She always notifies me when she’s arriving and leaving, shares lots of photos, and it’s very evident my kitten adores her. We are so grateful to have her as a pet sitter!!”

“Nick was great with our cats!! He was very responsive to messages and when our automatic feeder was having problems he volunteered to stop by and see if he could fix the issue. He sent pictures every day and a report on how the cats were doing so I did not worry about them at all.”

About: Hi! My name is Abigail, and I’m 24 years old. I’ve been passionate about animals for as long as I can remember, and caring for them has always felt like second nature to me. I have experience working with a wide range of pets, including dogs of all energy levels—from high-energy breeds that need structure and engagement to calm, easygoing companions like golden retrievers—as well as cats with a variety of personalities. I’m comfortable adapting my care to meet each animal’s unique needs. I currently offer in-home pet sitting, providing attentive care in your pet’s familiar environment so they can remain comfortable and stress-free while you’re away. I also provide basic training support and walking assistance, especially for owners who may need extra help keeping their pets active and well cared for. I’m open to caring for other animals as well, such as birds or reptiles, as long as clear instructions are provided to ensure their routines and needs are met properly. With availability during the second half of my week, I’m excited to grow my pet-sitting business long term. My goal is to earn trust, build strong relationships with both pets and owners, and eventually turn my passion for animal care into a full-time career. Thank you for taking the time to review my profile. I look forward to connecting with interested pet owners and would be happy to answer any questions. Wishing you a wonderful day! I currently work the first half of the week but am available after 4 PM on Wednesdays and anytime from Thursday through Saturday. With this flexibility, I’m able to provide attentive, reliable care for your pets during my off days. I prioritize creating a calm, safe, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I closely follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, walks, medications (if needed), and any special instructions provided by the owner. I keep a clean, pet-safe space, supervise pets at all times, and never introduce new animals without permission. In a client’s home, I respect their space and ensure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure. I pay close attention to pets’ body language and behavior to keep them comfortable and stress free. Communication is important to me, so I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins so owners can feel confident and at ease while they’re away.

“Peter and his wife are fantastic with my super energetic, 70lb, 6 month old puppy. I've tried other sitters and he always comes back over-stimulated and not very happy. When I pick him up from them, it's like he didn't even notice I was gone. HIGHLY recommend them with your pups!”

“We have used Casey a couple of times now and plan to use him even more in the future. He’s very responsive anytime we reach out and regularly checks in and provides updates on our pup. While leaving Sampson with him for day care, he took him out on a walk with the pack and sent through some videos and pictures of he and the other dogs romping around. I highly recommend him!”
“Laura and Nathan were fantastic! They made me feel confident and secure leaving my pup with them. They provided great feedback and lots of pictures. They are gems.”

“Junior spent 3 days with Emmily and Dustin and had a blast! We got pictures sent to us throughout the day of Junior! They went on walks and got lots of playtime in their fenced in yard. When he got home he was pooped right out! We will definitely be using Emmily and Dustin again in the future!”

About: I live along the shore of Lake Superior, about 10 minutes north of Duluth. I grew up with cats and dogs around all the time. More recently I lived with a roommate who had 3 dogs (small and medium-sized) who I cared for during the day all week. Love animals of all kinds. I try to walk 4-5 miles each day on my quiet dirt road and also along Lake Superior right by my house. I work remotely and am basically always home, so your pet will have their needs taken care of! I work remotely and have no set work schedule, so I'm very flexible. I try to get outside and walk every day. I also have trails by my house to walk on. I have no pets and I live by myself. I have a medium-sized yard, but plan on keeping any dogs or cats on leashes when we go outside. I have a small-ish house but plenty of room for pets - they could have their own bedroom if they want!
“Patty is the absolute best. Our boy is reactive, and when we had family visit, we needed a place for him to stay during the day to avoid the stress of having strangers (to him) in the house. Oh my goodness I cannot say enough good things about his stay! She was so flexible with timing, which was great since our dinners and activities were very variable. She gave us lots of pictures, followed his lead on if/when he wanted to meet new dogs, and he was so excited to see her every day! She was responsive, kind, and the big yard to run around in was so so good for him. Patty is very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs, and asked all the questions that made me feel like she was going to handle our dog well. She gives full answers to any questions you may have, as well. We will for sure be using her again!”

“Nicole is great to work with. She is very good with my dog. She takes him to dog parks and on walks and when he comes home, he is tired! She is knowledgeable and has shared some tips with me which I really appreciate. She communicates with me during the day and sends lots of pictures. I am very grateful to have found her!”

“Great rover! We had our dog spend the day at Jamie’s place for the day while we had family over. Jamie was super nice and super thoughtful and accommodating with our dog. Would definitely go with her again in the future!”

About: Hi there! My name is Savannah (or Sav for short!) and I’ve worked in pet care for 6 years in Minneapolis before moving to Duluth, resulting in completing hundreds of walks and dozens of sittings- and I love what I do! I also am the dog mom of a spunky 11 year old German Shepard mix. I understand the need for detailed and compassionate care, especially in the winter and summer when extra resources like dog boots or extra water may be needed. The pets I’ve had in my care lately range from pit bulls and labs to pugs and even older dogs. I am excited to meet your dog! I spend all day, everyday walking dogs of all ages and breeds. Pet care is my full time job and I love what I do! Many dogs feel most comfortable in their own home so I am happy to provide sittings in your home to care for your pet the way you would! I have experience training and specific requests, like administering medications. I always will treat your pet with the utmost care and respect!
“Courtnie is absolutely fantastic! My little guy is usually a bit skittish when going to a new home for day care but he warmed up extremely well with Courtnie and her dogs! She is super accommodating and incredible when it comes to the care of dogs, very highly recommended her! Thank you so much!! ?”

“Lori was absolutely fantastic! She sent pictures and video and we had no worries leaving our fur baby with her! He was happy and tired out after a drip to the dog park and a few walks ? Lori was extremely responsive and great with pets! She was flexible when we asked to drop off later than expected too. I would highly recommend her to care for your pet!”

“Rachel and family are the absolute best! Could not ask for better people to take care of Luna! They do a great job of exercising and playing with her! She always comes home exhausted.”

About: Hi! I’m Molly — a Duluth local, mom of two, and lifelong dog lover. I know how important it is to feel completely at ease when someone else is caring for your pet. They’re family. I treat every dog in my care the same way I treat my own — with patience, structure, warmth, and lots of attention. I work primarily from home, which means your dog won’t be left alone for long stretches. I’m used to managing routines (kids + life 😅), so feeding schedules, medication timing, crate routines, and special instructions are absolutely welcome. I also have a 4- and 7-year-old who absolutely love dogs and have grown up around them. They are gentle, respectful, and understand boundaries — but because of that, I do require that any dog in my care is comfortable around children. If your pup enjoys being part of a family environment with lots of love (and the occasional extra belly rub from small humans), they’ll feel right at home here. We spend a lot of time outside — neighborhood walks, time in the yard, and enjoying all the fresh air Duluth has to offer. If your dog loves movement and stimulation, they’ll fit right in. If they’re more of a couch-and-cuddles type, I’m equally happy to match their pace. Pet care fits very naturally into my daily routine. I work primarily from home, so I’m able to provide consistent supervision, potty breaks, walks, and attention throughout the day — not just mornings and evenings. Our family already has a rhythm built around school drop-offs, outdoor time, and evenings at home, which makes it easy to incorporate regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, and quiet rest periods. I’m very comfortable following a dog’s existing routine so they feel secure and settled while you’re away. Weekends are typically slower and home-centered for us, which allows for even more engagement, walks, and time outside. Your dog wouldn’t be an “add-on” to our week — they’d be part of our normal flow. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on helping them feel safe and settled as quickly as possible. I follow their usual feeding schedule, potty routine, crate preferences, and any specific instructions you provide. I keep the environment calm, clean, and supervised, with plenty of outdoor time and play balanced with rest. Because I have children, safety is always a top priority. Dogs are never left unattended with kids, and I only accept pets who are comfortable in a family environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I’m equally respectful and detail-oriented. I stick closely to your established routine so your pet experiences as little disruption as possible. I’m mindful of your space, keep things tidy, and provide consistent updates with photos so you feel connected and reassured while you’re away. My goal is for you to return to a happy, well-cared-for pet and a home just as you left it.
“She did a great job with Lola. We really appreciated the last minute accommodation and she was very flexible with our time. Thank you again. Will definitely use again when in the area.”

“We have loved dropping Tank off with Anthony for doggy day care! Whenever we pick him up he is happy and tired from playing with Anthony’s dog, Bear. Definitely recommend anyone use Anthony!”
About: I have two cats of my own. My tuxedo lu has been around since I was super little, I’ve carried her with me everywhere i go! My fluffy boy moo was a rescue a few years ago, he’s a big sweetie. I have a dog named ollie that I share custody of with my mom. he comes with me on all of the road trips and hikes. I’ve sat for family members and people in my area since I was 15. I also have reptile experience caring for chameleons and snakes. I’m here for any pet! Taking care of animals is my passion ☺️ I do photography full time so my schedule stays pretty flexible. I’m typically available on holidays! I don’t mind to travel a little for your furry friends, so don’t worry too much if you’re far away! I love spending most of my time with my cats. No matter what I’m doing—they’re at my feet or on my lap. My cat moo comes on hikes with me! I enjoy getting fur babies out of the house into the world. I have a dog cover on the back seats in my car. I will always reach out to ask before traveling with your dog, this is not necessary, just an offer! :)
About: Hi, I'm Kelly! I love dogs and have experience dog sitting many different ages and breeds. I absolutely love taking dogs on long walks or hikes, playing at the park with others, or just cuddling up on the couch. I'm responsible, friendly, communicative, and honest. I know how much you'll miss your pet while you're away, so I always send LOTS of pictures to keep you in the loop on everything that is happening. I look forward to meeting you and your dog soon, and always provide my clients with a list of references before booking! Please let me know if you have any questions for me. I am fully vaccinated and boosted. I'm currently working from home full-time, so your dog won't be home alone much at all while you're away. About: I have taken care of my family dogs and cats since I was young. I got my own dog at 17, raising him as a new puppy. I also cared for my lab as he was getting ready to pass. I love all dogs, big or small. I have 2 cats with my boyfriend and love laser games and playing with cat toys. I am a former college athlete and love being active, especially with animals. I am going to be starting medical school at the University of Minnesota this fall. I love long walks and playing with animals. I have a flexible schedule to stop in and care for your sweet pets. I have grown up with small, medium, and large dogs and have learned how to handle and walk all of the appropriately. I have 2 cats now, that love playing with lasers and are easy to handle. I have handled cats when they are uncomfortable and know how to avoid injury and clear the cat from a stressful situation. I will do everything to protect your pets and provide them with quality care.
About: Every dog or cat has their own personality, quirks, and needs. I've had pets my entire life and people say I'm a dog whisperer. I'm not really...I just understand what motivates them (treats, love, or praise) and I work with that. My dogs and cats were always like family, and I treat other people's pets like family. I worry about mine when I'm away, so I want people to know that I understand those feelings and that their pets are in good hands. I've also had rodents and reptiles, so I can watch after them too. I do this work simply because I love animals and exercise, so this is perfect. Socialization with new people and reinforcing training material (like basic commands) is mentally beneficial for pets too. Lastly, I'm a retired government employee, so I've had quite the variety of background checks - you will find me honest, reliable and committed. Since I am retired, I can accept drop-in's or walks throughout out the day. Last minute or same day requests are a real possibility depending on when you contact me. I'm quite flexible. I'm not boarding at this time. As far as caring for your pet in your home, I will follow your instructions implicitly. When I have others take care of my own dog and they don't follow my requests, it drives me nuts!

I am currently working part-time jobs and have some extra time that I would love to get some exercise or furry friend time with your pet! I am currently renting and have two roommates so I cannot currently have animals in my home however I would love to house sit at the pets home or give them a good walk!

About: I've been taking care of pets for 20 years, starting as a 10-year-old taking care of neighbor's dogs and cats. I've raised more than a dozen dogs and cats in my life, mostly rescue animals. My partner and I currently have two dogs, Gus and Cricket, as well as a cat, Jabo. I love and care for them dearly, just as I will do for your pet(s)! I work seasonally as a landscaper, so I mostly care for pets during the colder months. I have lots of flexible time to meet your pet care needs as part of a regular or one-off schedule. I am experienced at meeting new pets and can care for your pet as you need. Whether you have a fenced yard or need leashed walks, I'll care for your pet while ensuring they remain safe. As a pet owner, I know how important it is to trust a pet sitter and I'm happy to answer any questions you have about pet care!

“Audriana is fantastic! She gives my updates of how my puppy is doing on his walks and sends me pictures. She also gave me over a months notice when she was going to be out of town and not able to walk my little guy. Would HIGHLY recommend Audriana.”

About: I have experience working at a dog daycare, (Dana’s Dog Spa and Daycare in Hutchinson, MN) where I cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities in a fast-paced environment. My responsibilities included supervising playgroups, feeding, cleaning, and making sure each dog was safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I’ve also spent many years caring for the pets of friends and family, providing reliable cat and dog sitting while they were away and regularly walking their dogs. I’ve always looked forward to spending time with them, and I genuinely enjoy caring for animals! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities! I care for each and every pet with the same love and attention I’d give my own. I always take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs so they feel comfortable while you’re away. I’ll follow your instructions closely, prioritize safety on every walk and visit, and keep you updated so you can have peace of mind. I’m always happy to answer any questions and help you feel confident that your pet is in caring, reliable hands!
“Lori walked our dogs while we were away for a long weekend and they loved her! She sent pictures everyday and checked in periodically. We will definitely go to her in the future for our dog walking needs!”
“Brooke is a wonderful pet sitter/dog walker! She is so very patient with my very anxious rescue dog Buster and the challenges that come with that. She often checks in and asks about ways to help with his anxiety so she can make him feel comfortable. She has been taking the time to really get to know Buster and how to help him. She even puts in time outside of his walks to ask questions. She is very respectful about my preferences regarding Buster’s care and always checks in with me about things she does. She is always very respectful and polite towards me. There have been times when I needed to make last minute changes and she is always more than accommodating. You can tell she doesn’t just see this as a job but that she really cares for the animals in her care. I feel completely comfortable with her taking care of Buster and even my cat if ever needed.”

“I received a cuter pic of my dog sitting so pretty than I’ve ever been able to take. Sav was punctual and had good communication throughout. I know my dog is in good hands. Will book again!!”

I will be leaving the country on June 7th to study abroad and will be returning August 3rd. I am looking to work before then and will be able to pick jobs back up once I get back. My schedule is usually pretty open as I do not work another job during the school year! I’m happy to visit your pups day of if I am available! “Our dog loved his stay with Patty (especially the big backyard)! She was very prompt and helpful in communicating, and did an excellent job caring for our slightly anxious boy. She also accommodated our last-minute booking and was flexible with drop off and pick up.”

“Shiloh and her family took such great care of Pico and Maggie so we could enjoy the weekend with extended family and friends as we celebrated graduation. Thanks for the kind and excellent care.”

“Jamie took great care of Opie, as usual. She sent many updates to ease our minds as he stayed with her shortly after a dental procedure. Opie loves to stay with Jamie!”

“Kylee and her partner David were wonderful with our dog, Rusty! I could tell right away that they would be a good fit and that I could trust them. They provided updates and pictures which helped me feel at ease while I was away. Rusty got lots of cuddles and even got to go on a hike with them, which he loves to do! I will definitely be reaching out to Kylee any time I need someone to watch our pup.”

“Christina was wonderful with our cat, Molly! We were so grateful she was available at the last minute. She stayed in contact the whole week we were gone and sent the cutest pictures of Molly! We highly recommend Christina and will absolutely call her again!”

“Lisa is AMAZING!! She was able to take our very active puppy VERY last minute. She welcomed him into her home and he loved it! She sent picture updates and was amazingly flexible. I undoubtedly would have my pup stay with her again!”

“Rachel and her family were amazing 😍. Our large puppers love being on the farm, and soaked up all the love and attention! We already have recommended her to our family. Rachel will be our first call when we need boarding again!”

About: Call me Kim, I have loved and cared for many animals starting at a young age, while growing up in the country. I have also had pets my whole life including; dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, chickens, turkeys, turtles, pet rats, fish, pigs, cows and horses. Currently I have 2 cats, one is a 14 year old senior who is hard of hearing. He is social and gets along well with everyone. My younger cat, Timba is 4 years old and is the ‘typical’ orange cat, always ready to play, be in everybody’s business and wants to be every dogs best buddy. Currently, I am taking online classes, making my schedule flexible and open to help out other pet parents. I have grown up with a background in caring for farm animals and have experience caring for many types of animals including; horses, cows, turkeys, goats, pigs, snakes, rabbits and chickens. Please feel free to ask me any questions you might have regarding my experience. I really look forward to meeting and spending time with your fur baby(s). Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile! My senior cat is respectful and very friendly being open to any pet guests that come to visit. My younger kitty Timba loves to play, and enjoys lots of attention. I do treat any fur babies in my care as I would *my own*, so we go for rides in the car, walks, trips to the beach, the pet store for a Birthday or special treat, the local dog parks & occasional trips out to the country. I am currently doing online classes with a few afternoon appointments so your fur baby would have my full attention for fun play time, frequent bathroom breaks and leisurely walks.
“Very attentive and responsive. Sent pics of my pup all weekend and made sure I was updated with everything going on. Picking up and dropping off was a breeze! I’d highly recommend Kate :)”
