“So if you are looking for a breath of fresh air for an animal sitter do not look any further. Jodi went beyond just taking care of our dog who is a lab 60 Ibs. Down to every detail I ask her to do she did plus did more. She brought out our garbage to the curb and brought in our mail each day. We had a camera which we told her we had. When we had a chance to look at it she was interacting with our dog, excited to be there and our dog always greeted her with a wagging tail and his toy. She walked him each visit and did not care about the 1/2 hour she had to be there. She stayed as long as he did his business and was happy. She truly loves her job and it shows. If you are reading this review please beware of dog sitters that have good reviews. We do have a camera (which we tell each of them) and have seen dog sitters sit on the chair waiting for the 1/2 hour to be up. They leave back door open and just stand there while the dog is outside for 10 minutes then they leave. When we ask to walk the dog they have an excuse why they did not walk like the weather. Jodi is a gem and nothing like the negative comments I wrote. I will definitely be hiring her again!!”

About: 10 years experience is just how long since I’ve started getting paid to Pet Sit but my experience goes back since a child with our family pets, then my own little family as an adult always included our pets. I have experience with puppies and elderly doggies. I am currently not working so very open and flexible to all days and times. I plan to do Pet sitting/care part-time at first but am hoping it works out to be able to do more on a full-time basis. About: I’ve fostered 11 dogs in my adult life in addition to owning two of my own. I’ve had up to 5 dogs living with me at a time and am one to embrace the chaos! Whether I’m staying with your dog overnight or just dropping by for a visit with them, I can help with potty training, socialization, and even teaching your dog basic commands like sit, down, and stay. My 5 year old mutt is a Canine Good Citizen so I know a little about best practices with training. I’m a firm believer in science backed, positive reinforcement only methods so your dog will never be yelled at, dominated, or made fearful under my care. If I’m walking your dog I’m not intimidated by poor leash manners and am happy to help work on them during our walks! No matter your needs, I’m here to help! I work from home 4 days a week, only going to the office on Thursdays. I’m available to help out anytime I’m not in the office. If your dog can be left alone on Thursdays from 8am-4:30pm I’m even available to help on Thursdays. I have two dogs who love other dogs in my home who would be available to help with socializing your dog. I’m a big believer in science based, positive reinforcement training only. Your dog will never be yelled at, dominated, or made fearful when under my care. My 5 year old mutt is very confident and great with showing other dogs (specifically puppies) the ropes.

About: I've been a dog owner for 14 years, and in that time I've had a German Shepard, a boxer/lab mix and a full boxer. My family and I are also on the go a lot, so I understand needing help with the dogs when you're out of town! I'm excited to help take care of your fur baby while you're taking time away! I work full-time from home with a relatively flexible schedule. I am available to stop in the mornings and afternoons to let your pups out or to feed them. Evenings vary, but just ask and I'll see if I can make it work! I am unable to care for pets at my home at this time. But, I am happy to follow any instructions you may have for caring for your pet at your home.

About: I have always had a dog/ dogs growing up. I love spending time with them and making sure they have the care needed. I just recently have been watching loved one’s dogs, but it has been difficult to really get out there due to my schedule. Now, I am completely free and look forward to meeting some new amazing pets! I have plenty of time to stop in to spend time and take care of your pups, or if needed, I can spend the night with them. I have two dogs along with a fenced off backyard area. About: We got my childhood dog, Maxi, when I was 6 years old. Growing up I would help feed her, give her daily walks, hold her still and calm her while my dad cut her nails, clean up her poop in the backyard, sit with her outside so she didn't have to be attached to the lead, and more. She passed away a little over a year and a half ago and now that I'm home and graduated from college, I feel the lack of her presence and miss having a furry friend around. I would love to have the honor to treat your pet like family in whatever way you need. I've dog sit for friends while their families were on vacation, I helped train my sister's dog when he was a puppy, and walked many dogs for neighbors and am excited to put my skills to good use and to learn so much more! I currently am searching for a part time job so my schedule is wide open! Even with the jobs I have applied to, the shifts are no more than 4 hours so giving bathroom breaks will not be an issue. I only have a few weekends I'm traveling for weddings so chances are I am free for whenever you need me! The routine you already have with your pet is the best bet for a smooth transition while you are away. I am more than willing to get acquainted with your pet before you leave and hear how you already handle bathroom breaks, walks, leaving your pet at home when you leave, etc.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my entire life. I often cared for the pets of the families for whom I nannied, in addition to pet sitting in general. I’m an avid runner and like to walk a lot, so it’s a plus if your dog also likes that. I work from home, and occasionally travel for business. I’m also available depending on your location to stop by to take your dog out or for a walk or to feed them. Your dog can have free range of my townhouse, as long as they’re house trained. Since I work from home, I’ll be there to keep them company. My brother visits here and there and brings his dog who is extremely friendly and loves everyone he meets.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals all my life, including friends and family members animals. My current occupation is as a kennel assistant, so I have been trained to administer medication, bathe, walk, feed, and take care of animals. I have dealt with all ages, including geriatric and puppies. I currently work a full-time job as a kennel assistant. I have weekends off and have some week days off if I know in advance. I am free all nights. I currently have a 5-month old dog and two cats. They get along very well. My dog is crate-trained and gets along with all dogs. About: I’ve taken care of neighborhood pets since the age of 10. While walking, neighborhood cats will follow me home while walking my dog. Sometimes they just walk with me and go back home while others will try to stay! I adopted a dog three months ago and he was twice the weight he should have been. Through walking and better nutrition and habits, he is happy, healthy and acting like a much younger dog! He offers me a hip bump, when I pick up the leash! I am not planning to provide pet care at my home unless it is an emergency. My home is safe for animals. It is both dog and cat proofed. We have learned though the years and each pet has had different needs.

About: I have had pets my entire life. I have been relied upon to care for family members, friends and neighbor pets for as long as I can remember! This is my full-time position, so I plan my daily schedule based on the needs of my clients and my own pup at home! I will work around your schedule as well.
