About: Hi! I’ve always had a huge love for animals and honestly can’t imagine life without them. I worked at PetSmart for 3 years as a Pet Care Associate, where I cared for all kinds of animals — from dogs and bunnies to lizards and other small pets. That experience taught me so much about animal behavior, patience, and making pets feel comfortable and cared for. I also know the doggy Heimlich maneuver, so your pet’s safety is always something I take seriously. I grew up surrounded by pets and now have two of my own as an adult, so I completely understand how important it is to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family members. About: I’ve had cats and dogs my entire life, from very young to end of life care. Taking care of animals and bonding with them is such a special thing, and I would love to help aid dogs lives through proper exercise! Going into college in the fall and will have a part time job soon; I have plenty of free time to work around with and will be very flexible with my schedule. I currently have one cat (around 3) and one dog (around 10) who I love very much. My dog is getting a little too old to go on longer walks with me so I think this will be a great opportunity to help younger dogs get that exercise in. I’m very easy to talk to and flexible and would be happy to make sure your animal has water after the walk/ a treat and will provide doggy bags for bathroom needs.

I work no more than 32 hours per week, mostly from home. I have flexibility and am able to work around the schedule your best friend keeps/maintains. Because I have a large fenced in yard, all critters who stay with me can rome with safety. They can come in and out when they choose, as well will be let out every 1-3 hours. All critters lodging are fed seperatedly and are taken for daily walks. Couches and beds are pet zones and we want all guests to feel at home, comfortable and secure.

About: I love dogs! Let me cuddle and love your dog while you’re away! I love to stay active outside and take walks/jogs outdoors. Before committing to a dog myself, I want to experience some of the restrictions that come with having a dog (being home immediately after work/during the day to let the dog out in normal non-Covid times, not staying out too late on the weekends, etc). Hopefully I can use Rover to get my dog fix until I’m able to make the decision to get my own dog. I have severe cat allergies and am allergic to some large dogs, which is why I favor small dogs. About: I’ve cared for my dog for 10+ years, have experience dog sitting and overnight stays, and love staying active by giving dogs plenty of walks, exercise, and attention. Pet care fits well into my routine because I only work nights, leaving me available during the day for walks, check-ins, playtime, feeding, and overnight pet sitting. I have two friendly cats that are willing to be friends with your pets but they will be upstairs. About: I currently volunteer for a dog rescue organization. I have several years of experience training dogs and know how to read dog's cues for aggression, anxiety, and fear. I love walking and training dogs. I won't fetch, but I'll play fetch for hours if your dog desires! I give treats minimally and praise maximally! I'm open to using whatever method you're used to for training your dog. I use a prong collar with my pooch on walks, and know how to properly adjust the fit so the collar sits comfortably on the dog's neck. I own my own home, and have plenty of leashes, collars, and toys to occupy your pooch and make them feel like they've won the dog lottery. I'm mostly available on weekends, and work during the week with some flexibility. I'm situated in Verona near the Westside of Madison!

About: My pet-sitting experiences include looking after both cats and dogs day to day and for extended periods of time. When taking care of cats, I make sure they have clean water and food at all times; keep their environment clean; watch over them and see if they are healthy; and interact with them by playing with them on a daily basis. I also have experience caring for dogs of various sizes and energy levels. Making sure their fed, walked, groomed, and cleaning up any messes/ their environment. In addition always making sure they have access to clean drinking water and providing plenty of playtime and attention. I occasionally take care of a family friend’s dog who has arthritis. I help keep her comfortable through gentle massages, giving her medication as directed, and hand-feeding her when necessary. In doing so, I learned to be patient and attentive in caring for an animal's individual needs. What sets me apart is my genuine love for animals. I always go the extra mile into taking good care of animals, ensuring their safety, and comfort in the absence of their owners. I treat every pet as if they were my own and doing everything I can to ensure their happiness. I am extremely flexible with regards to my schedule, and can be available for the most part of the day. I wake up early, so feeding and taking the animals for walk won't be a problem at all. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I value their safety, trust, and maintaining a calm and familiar environment for their pet. It is important for me to carefully follow all the instructions concerning their feeding schedule, treatment, taking medication, and other specific care. It goes without saying that I make sure that the pets receive proper meals and have clean water to drink. I also try to keep the house as clean as possible, including litter boxes for cats and any messes that may occur. I also observe the pets to ensure everything seems normal and they’re healthy. I believe that building trust with both pets and owners is essential, I’ll always provide them with updates and photographs about the current condition of the pets. My goal is to make sure their pet is cared for and mostly importantly happy.
