I was a little scared to use Rover for the first time and have someone watch him because I consider him a high maintenance dog but he absolutely loved Janie from the meet and greet all the way until the last visit. Janie had such great patience when it came to Mancho’s care instructions and his high energy. Her communication was great! She sent pictures, videos and detailed notes after each visit which was very reassuring that he was in great hands! I will definitely be requesting Janie in the future whenever I am in need of someone to look after Mancho!”

“Kat was absolutely amazing! She made us feel safe by right away asking to do a meet and greet with the pups beforehand. Our dogs took to her right away. She was awesome with the daily updates and included so many pictures which we loved while missing our pups. She worked with us having to extend a day because our flights got canceled.
