“Katherine was excellent. We were away for the weekend for a memorial service, and it was such a relief knowing our cats — and home — were in good hands. Katherine kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which made it easy to relax while we were gone. The house was spotless when we got home, and both cats were clearly at ease. One especially sweet moment: our more reserved cat, who’s very affectionate with us but slow to warm up to new people, climbed into Katherine’s lap within the first hour. That’s never happened before — in nearly ten years. Katherine also went out of the way to check our basement for possible flooding during the Nor’easter, which we really appreciated. I booked based on great reviews, and now I see why. We’ll absolutely ask Katherine back.”

About: I've owned and cared for animals my whole life, from cats and dogs to snakes and chinchillas. My fur babies are everything to me - I even have them forever tatted on me! My current English bulldog, Stella, is half-blind and all crazy. She is a protector and lover of my two girls, who have known and grown up with animals their whole lives. While a sweetheart, she remains separate from my boarded friends. I have experience caring for senior animals, shy and timid babies with, and large breed guardian dogs. I also enjoy volunteering at two of our local animal shelters and am raising a future veterinarian. I believe animals are the purest form of love and require nothing less in return. Whether my own or yours, you can trust that I'll care for them all the same ♥️ I'm available most days of the week and weekends. Pet care and motherhood are my full-time roles, and my daughter may often accompany me on my walks. My home has large yard and a separate family area where my boarded friends can have their own quiet, private space to hang out with me: hang on the couch, watch TV, or play outside. I have a large crate if needed and plenty of space.

“I was lucky to find Brant last minute before our NY eve holiday trip, literally 2 days before my travel. He took great care of our 10 year old wired foxterrier Funny He is reliable, caring and simply wonderful dogsitter. Funny is a cute and people-friendly dog, but she has her issues - dealing with other dogs, being fearful of going out in the dark etc. Brant followed all my instructions and made me and my pup happy for being there for her all the time. He sent daily updates with pics and follow ups. Beyond taking great care of Funny, he also left our home spotlessly clean. I’m grateful for his service and can not recommend him enough and hope we’ll get a chance to hire him again and meet him in person. Thanks so much, Brant! About: I’ve had 6 dogs in my lifetime and of all shapes, sizes and personalities. I have never met a dog that I haven’t gotten along with and have been caring for mine and my friends dogs and cats when needed since I was 10. I trained each one of my dogs and take great care to respect them as the magnificent boys and girls they are. I really love animals of all kinds and meeting new ones is always the highlight of my day, and I look forward to meeting more! I’m currently applying to graduate school and studying for standardized testing, so my schedule can be as flexible as needed to accommodate for yours or your pets needs. I’m quite active with my dogs so I’m more than happy to deal with any energy levels in animals. That being said my care revolves around keeping your pets as happy as possible, and if you are ok with it I have a fully fenced in garden and three lovely dogs to keep them company!

“My dog just went through a few stressful events that has made him very anxious around strangers but he was very comfortable with Joe. We did a meet and greet before booking he did not show signs of anxiousness; in fact he took to Joe immediately licking him on his face. Joe then watched him all day on back to back days over the weekend which went very well. My dog was relaxed all day and did not have any issues. Joe is very flexible, priced extremely reasonable and I look forward to using him again in the future.”

About: Although new to Rover, I have been taking care of dogs for my entire life and have years of experience in professional pet care! As a college athlete I live an active lifestyle and understand the importance of a schedule. That being said I am a great match for high-energy pups who need a lot of playtime and long walks. I also aim to maintain the routine you find best for your pup to provide the least amount of changes to your dogs schedule, and therefore the least amount of stress for them in your absence. I also pride myself in my attentiveness, understanding, and tendency to go above and beyond. You can expect updates with pictures, flexibility with schedule changes or last minute bookings, and patience with your dog in my care. With a high-energy Pitbull and a couch-potato senior dog, I can readily adapt to the needs of your pup! I unfortunately cannot board your furry friends in my home at this time for the safety of my own dogs and the respect of my family! Regarding house sitting services, I am happy to provide overnight care in your home and maintain your pets normal routine as well as any basic house upkeep upon request (mail, trash, etc). I may leave throughout the day to maintain my personal schedule for work, school, or prior plans, however I treat your pet like my own and ensure they are receiving all the attention, potty breaks, playtime, and meals as they would in your care. I would love to take your pup on trails or to my personal fenced backyard for some exercise and to make them more comfortable! Regarding drop-ins and dog walking, I am extremely flexible and can often accept last minute bookings. I am working full time over the summer and will accommodate as best I can to your desired schedule. Early mornings and evenings are available for me on weekdays, weekends can vary but are usually free! My Pitbull loves to play outside and go on long walks. We are lucky to have a large, fenced backyard to enjoy on a daily basis. My senior dog loves slow walks and snuggles, which I ensure he gets plenty of.

About: I’ve taken care of my childhood dog from puppy to senior. I enjoyed training and grooming my puppy and making my senior dog a power bowl. I am a very active person - a hiker, marathoner, boxer, and cyclist, I can exhaust your furry babies however they want! And I particularly have a good sense of reading animal behavior, meaning if your dog needs a therapist, I am a very good listener;) I currently work flexible hours, so I have plenty of time to give your furry babies attention any time of the day. Boarding, walking and house sitting are all welcome weekdays or weekends. Boarding: I am in a 2bd condo with balcony without any pet in a quiet neighborhood. I am walking distance to a lot of trails (paved and non-paved) that your dog can take advantage of. Sitting: tell me your pet’s routine, I will be accountable!

About: I have grown up and have taken care of dogs and cats my whole life! I also volunteer at a shelter to get more experience with animals! I am usually available round the clock if needed for pet care! My responsibility’s have included waking up early to feed and get water for the animals and walk the dogs! When I need to help with pet care in my home I am available but when I’m working to watch someones pet that is my responsibility
