There are no children or other pets in my home, so your dog gets plenty of individual attention in a calm home environment. I currently don’t have any dogs, but I do have 2 cats. During my day I always make sure I wake up early enough to feed them and clean the litter box. After coming home from work, I feed them dinner and spend some time brushing and playing with them. I then clean the litter box before going to bed and repeat the next day. In my home, I have installed screen doors on the entry doors to prevent my cats from escaping but so they also can see the outside activity. I have socket covers to prevent them from playing in it and make sure to cover all wires so they don’t think they are toys.

About: I am a true animal lover at heart! I've taken care of friends and family pets my entire life. I became a dog walker part-time on the side of my full-time job back in 2017 in Southern California where I once walked 7 dogs at once! I have cared for high energy puppies all the way to older dogs with medical needs. I love all personalities and age ranges. I am a hybrid worker which allows me a flexible schedule that I can adapt to pet care routines. I love to snuggle up on the couch and look forward to the pet breaks in the day to get outside to play and walk. I am happy to work together and adapt to your pet care needs! I have had extended stays, some as long months at a time at clients' homes to care for their homes, plants, cats, and dogs. I understand the trust needed with your home and animals and hope to bring you peace of mind with my stay and lots of pet photos!

My dog Charlie has trauma/aggression issues that make it hard for me to feel safe leaving him with a sitter, but David was extremely attentive and extremely careful. And when my dog got finicky with anxiety and didn't want to touch his meals, David went the extra mile with treats and enticements to keep him eating regularly. Charlie was in the best hands around. We did a full day and an overnight, and we could tell that Bentley had a blast when we picked him up!
