About: Since I was a child, people would bring strays or unbalanced animals to our house who would suddenly be calm and comfortable in my care. I spent a lot of time in nature and wild animals would often follow me home. I now have my Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and wrote an original thesis on clicker training for service dogs. I am on the Board and a trainer for Hero Puppies for Life where we train service dogs for heroes with PTSD. We use positive reinforcement and are focused around relational bond training. This sets the dogs up for success to support their humans. We also teach their humans how to understand their dog's instincts and communication. I am quite passionate about it. :) Leo is my 7 year old black lab and personal service dog so your fur family will have free socialization and canine therapy in addition to my human care. He has worked with me extensively as a focal point in my approach to providing applied behavior analysis therapy to children and dogs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was about 10 years old. They always seem to love me and I love them as well. I also have experience in training as well I’m available all the time as I’m unemployed at the moment. I have plenty of time to spend time and care for pets. I have a dog of my own and he was the sweetest. He gets along with other dogs well I can easily create a dog if needed. But I do have another dog in the home. He is very sweet and gets along with other animals very well.
About: I've had multiple dogs and cats my whole life and they have all been my best friends! We like to cuddle, go on walks and learn new skills. I'm no stranger to pets of all different personalities and know how to meet them where they are. I'm experienced in providing insulin to dogs and topical treatment to cats. I don't currently have pets of my own but have spent weeks looking after the cats and dogs of friends and family. I love those times that I'm able to bond with their fur babies and would love to get to know yours as well! I currently work remotely and can be available for boarding throughout the week and weekend. I'm available to hangout with your pets, take them on walks or bathroom breaks, feed times or personal enrichment, whatever they may need. I have a backyard that pets can run around in, it is fenced on one side only so they would need to have a long leash for safety. I don't have other pets so they wouldn't have any problems there! If coming to your home I'm happy to go by the rules that you set and the comfort levels that you have. I always find pets do best in their comfort zones anyway and I'm excited to meet them where they are!
