About: I am a compassionate life long animal lover. I’ve worked in animal hospitals with large boarding facilities, as the lead kennel technician, as well as being a veterinary assistant. I spent my days playing with and caring for other people's animals. I am able to give medications and tend to special needs animals. Though I left my hospital job when I moved here at the beginning of the pandemic, I've chosen to continue to work with animals because it is something that comes naturally to me & I feel that it's important to love what you do. About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

I have my mom to watch my animals but my little diabetic cat is a pill when I'm not the one giving her her shot, and it was getting more difficult for my mom to do it by herself. About: I love dogs, and I love to walk. I especially love to walk dogs! I'm a reliable, active retiree. My last regular client waited every morning for me to come. We were best buddies! I'm retired, and I'm available to walk on days that I don't volunteer. I prefer to walk in the mornings before it gets too hot for your pup. As a mom of an indoor only cat, I'm especially careful when entering and leaving your home, making sure no fur babies try to bolt out your door. I worked from home prior to retiring, so I understand the need to be respectful of your time and workplace if necessary.

About: While I’m new to Rover I have been a professional ranch sitter and stable hand for over 30 years. I have taken care of animals of many kinds since I was in high school. I'm certified through the United States Pony Club for horsemanship, have 4H experience with birds and goats and am knowledge in first aid care. I have bred and have experience with reptiles and small exotic pets. I have worked as a foster home for special needs rescue animals and I"m always learning. Let me provide mature expert care for your pets including older/special needs, exotic pets, and livestock. Emergency and fire evacuation planning during fire seasons for our area is a requirement to ensure I can execute your plan and am the right fit for your needs. I work from home Mon - Fri so I can sit mid-week but need access to high-speed internet if I'm staying in your home. I do take well behaved cats and dogs in my own home, as long as they meet and get along with my animal friendly pets. My weekends are available if I'm not previously engaged, but I do have an active schedule so I will work with you to ensure my schedule is a good fit for your pets. I am available for overnights, drop in and some boarding care for your pets and home. I have a detailed checklist to help set expectations for care whether in your home or mine. I do a health and safety check twice a day (morning and evening) to ensure the items on your list have been completed. The care of your animals and property is always my highest priority and I will work with you to set clear expectations and let you know if I'm a good fit.

About: Served as a volunteer and foster parent for many rescued animals in Bali during the pandemic. My experience with animals is vast. Ive grown up with many different kinds of pets. Cats. Dogs. Birds. Reptiles. Rodents. Chickens. ducks. Donkeys. Horses. Pigs. Goats. You name it. I love all animals. I was raised in the foothills in the redwood forest. I’m a very down to earth and healthy lifestyle human who just loves fur babies of all types. I’m attentive and loving and playful with animals. I really need it as much as they do. I work early in the mornings off around 9am and then have most of the day to myself. It’s nice to have an excuse to take a dog on a walk or to lounge around with some kitty cuddles. Having animals in my home makes it feel more like a home. In my own home I will be in close proximity at all times and I will be home the entire time so I can sense when potty breaks or walks are needed. I really enjoy taking walks myself so it’s a perfect fit to have dogs over. Cats are similar with the exception of walks unless you want to leash train them or already have. I love to keep an eye on them so they don’t hurt themselves and I give lots of play time.

About: I've always loved taking care of animals, and have been raised around them my whole life. I've volunteered at a shelter for a couple of years, and have had neighbors and family members rely on me to take care of their pets any time they were out of town. I have experience with both puppies and senior care just from having my own pups. Puppies like to be active a lot of the time and also need reinforcing with patience and consitency. However with senior dogs I have no issues with medications, and any special care, or just being a companion for them. I'm working part time right now however only two days a week usually between Thursday and Saturday, sometimes it does fluctuate but it can most definitely be worked around if need be. Anytime from Sunday-Wednesday would be best, as those are usually my off days and would have way more time available to spend with your doggies! When caring for pets in a clients home, I make sure to adhere closely to the instructions given to maintain consistency and meet individual pets needs. This includes any medications, supplements, feeding schedules, and meals with any dietary restrictions or needs. I like to keep pets active as well depending on their health condition, and make sure to keep a clean and well kept environment. Above all I treat each pet with respect and care as if they were my own.

About: I grew up with two big German Shepherd huskies and now I have a lab and German Shepherd Husky, and Catahula/B Collie I’ve watched pit bulls as well. Some experience with horses and live stock. Work remote in Cool and have very flexible availability, I can take very short notice jobs and I'm only out of town a few days a month I am someone who runs daily so long dog walks will be fun for me. I can also take dogs to parks if that is desired.

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 5. I have a degree in animal science, specializing in horses. I have a one year old Labrador named Kilala who I already take on walks. Let me add your pet to our adventures. I just started a new job. I work Monday-Friday half days. Usually unavailable on weekends unless I have plenty of notice. If the request if for house sitting your dog needs to get along with mine I want to take your dog on walks/hikes. I already have my own dog so she needs to come with me if I am house sitting and ideally she would join in on all walks. Please no pets that are aggressive towards other dogs or people.

My job is very flexible and I am looking to do pet sitting full time. I can take whatever days and times I need to care for your babies :) My husband and I live on 3 acres that is partially fenced. We have a large dog run with an automatic waterer and a camera to keep watch at anytime. Also plenty of leashes and harnesses for long walks. In my clients home I cater to all the pets needs equally and ensure plenty of love and potty breaks while also maintaining the cleanliness of the owners home.
