About: I’ve had pets since I was young & have always been a big animal nut. I’ve had all kinds of animals as an adult once I was on my own, including cats, dogs, ferrets, bearded dragons, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, fish, & bunnies! And I’ve loved them all greatly! I’m also a mom to 2 teens so I’m used to messy, fast-paced days & thinking quick on my feet. I volunteer at my town’s animal shelter & I have also been trusted to sit for friends’ pets (which included farm animals). I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Savannah! From the moment we met her at the meet and greet, I had such a great feeling about her, and she somehow exceeded those expectations when she watched Kimchi and Pebbles. She arrived early, was incredibly attentive with the girls, sent me pictures and updates throughout the day, and made it so easy for me to relax knowing they were happy and being so well cared for. It was obvious that she wasn't just there to "watch the dogs." She genuinely spent time with them, paid attention to them, and made sure they were comfortable and getting plenty of love. Finding someone you trust with your dogs, especially when they're used to having you home with them most of the time, is a big deal. I feel incredibly lucky that we found Savannah. Kimchi and Pebbles absolutely loved her, and we will 100% be asking her to come hang out with them again.
Heather was awesome!!! She came to our house 2 times a day over the course of 9 days to give Oreo his old man meds and of course give him food and water and keep him company for a bit. Heather sent us cute pics at the end of every visit. Heather is highly recommend and we will definitely use her again!!!!
Thank you for making the time for Bruno and Jimmy while visiting for summer. Only thing I would have appreciated would be pictures daily and compared to other sitters check in when coming in and out but otherwise seems like Jimmy and Bruno warmed up to Kailey pretty quickly

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
