1. Rosie & James R.
“Griffin seemed to have a great time and was well taken care of! They were great with updates, pictures, and general communication. I would be very comfortable leaving our pup with them again and would confidently recommend them to other people!”
2. Amy R.
“Amy was amazing with our Ellie Mae. She eased my concerns in the initial reach out as this was Ellie's first stay away from home and it was a longer stay right out of the gate. I had no concerns while on vacation between the updates and just the fact that we knew upon drop off that our sweet girl was going to be well taken care of. As long as Amy is available we will continue reaching out to have that peace of mind while enjoying vacation ourselves!”
3. James J.
“This was our first time having to leave Buddy for a long period of time. James gave us peace of mind by sending photos and giving us updates on our baby everyday we were apart. BUDDY Loves to stay with James. He gets to play and run around, also lots of attention. We are very happy and pleased with the love and attention given to our baby.”
4. Mary C.
“Mary was the absolute best! My poor pup got 2 front paw injuries during our hike at the Appalachian trail. She came last minute to pick him up and care for him. She did such a great job that my pup came back very improved! I know he had a great time and is recommend for anyone and everyone to use Mary. She was so caring and sweet that I gave her hugs before leaving. Thank you Mary! You brought so much peace for me to complete my section hike of the trail!”
5. Kary M.
“Leila came home happy and well behaved. She’s only 5 months old and this was her first stay over without us. She seems to have done well. I think Kary was excellent with her.”
6. Maria S.
“Maria is a natural with animals. Her calm demeanor puts you and your pets at ease. My dog doesn't take to strangers well but he felt right at home with her.”
7. Amanda G.
“Having Blue stay with Amanda was his first time ever spending a night without us! Amanda was extremely accommodating and so wonderful. She sent some pictures of Blue and her baby Cleo during his stay, and when we had our meet and greet I felt so at ease knowing Blue would be in good hands. It is so apparent that Amanda’s good vibes with animals made Blue’s stay a fun play date instead of a scary experience.”
8. Cara T.
“Cara was such a great sitter for our two dogs, Mason and Lulu. We appreciated her pictures and communication while we were gone. Our pups came back happy and tired. We hope to have Cara sit for our dogs again!”
9. Lisa B.
“I would recommend Lisa to everyone! She did an absolutely amazing job: multiple picture updates, lots of walks and play time, and overall just so caring! No words to explain how great she is! Definitely will be boarding my puppy here again!”
10. Anslee G.
“We had a wonderful experience leaving our pup with Anslee through Christmas. I loved and appreciated that she gathered all the updated info she may need before I left him. I was confident he would be well cared for. She updated daily with photos, and even sent him home with a sweet Christmas gift. He was happy and healthy when we picked him up. I highly recommend Anslee and look forward to booking with her again!”

About: I offer an alternative to typical doggie day care and boring boarding. I pack hike daily in the hills of western North Carolina with 5-10 dogs. I have found that structured exercise with a pack of friends is the best way we can fulfill our dogs needs. I live Every Day for the Dogs! I run a Pack Camp for pups and also offer boarding services. Our Pack Campers hike the hills daily and enjoy time with their friends in a structured environment. I offer boarding services all year. Pups who board with us also get to attend our Pack Camp and hike with a group of 5-10 dogs on leash. I have a fenced yard on a beautiful private property. I care for your four legged family member as if they are my own. I currently have five friendly dogs who love company. I post photos of your pup on my Instagram and Facebook accounts so you can follow your pup as we adventure in the hills of western North Carolina. Let your pup live the good life with our pack!

19. Karen M.
“My pup had a three night stay with Karen. I was happy to receive daily photos! Karen provided lots of exercise and play time with her own pups.”
20. Jennifer C.
“Sweet family took good care of my Cockapoo. The house is quite a ways out of Highlands and has a gravel drive that is a little hard to maneuver in. But all in all, I’m happy with his care.”
