“Amy was absolutely fantastic with my three cats while we were away for over a week. She was always on time, sent great pictures, was communicative, played with them each visit and really knew their personalities a few days in! I made a mistake with my dates and realized I would be back the day after I intended and Amy was exceptionally flexible with date changes and took care of my babies an extra day, which I’m so grateful for. We came home to three well fed, taken care of, happy and playful cats! Highly recommend Amy to take care of your furry babies!”

“this was my first experience on Rover, and Chris made it very good and worry free!! He communicated every trip to the house and added pictures and comments about Kilo. Would definetly book with him again! Thanks so much Christopher”

About: I've had multiple cats over the years, including cats with medical needs and high anxiety and understand how to take care of animals that may have special needs. I have trained my own dog to be a service dog and learned a lot about training dogs and dog care through the process. My pets are my world and I spend my mornings taking my dog out for a bike ride and feeding my cat. I am usually home during the day to provide company , play & enrichment. At night, I train my dog for a couple hours and give her mental enrichment. If I take care of your dog, I will be sure to take them out on runs or walks and provide plenty of mental enrichment. In my house, I have one friendly dog and cat to keep your animal company. I have a spare crate if needed but am happy to keep your dog free when I am home as long as they are house trained. They will be crated or separated for meal time so as to not cause fights or if there is conflict between two dogs.

“Audrey was amazing with my fur baby, Miley! She was so kind and patient. She took lots of photos and always communicated well during my trip away. I’m so thankful for Audrey’s help with Miley!”

About: Hey there, I'm Emily! I've been around dogs since I was little, they've been in my family and I even trained our new puppy when I was in high school. I’ve volunteered in an animal shelter for 4 years. I’ve taken animal science classes and have learned animal CPR. I also know how to take care of reptiles as I have a few of my own! I also have experience with small mammals such as rabbits, ferrets, sugar gliders, mice, rats and more. Clients can count on me to feed, play with, and be attentive to your pets needs. I currently have a part-time job, so I have more time to look after your pet companions! I am available during the day Mon-Wed, and anytime after 6pm Thurs-Saturday. I have enough energy to play with your dog or cat! I have patience if they are skittish or need a little extra time near strangers. And if your pet companion has scales, I can feed them when they need it and look after its well being and needs.

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats of all kinds, including my own, since I could walk. I have a 2 year old lab and 14 year old lab, so I'm very good with both puppies and seniors! I'm currently working remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I'll have plenty of time to drop in and play. Once the school year starts, I'm a law student so I'll also have plenty of time outside of class! I can do whatever is needed to keep your pet safe and happy in your home, whether you have a fenced in yard or no yard at all.

About: With over 10 years of hands-on experience in pet care, I have developed a deep understanding and passion for working with small dog breeds and puppies. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to providing top-tier care for both puppies and adult small breeds, helping them thrive in loving, healthy environments. I have worked extensively with a variety of small dog breeds, including Chihuahuas, Pomeranians, Yorkies, Shih Tzus, and Dachshunds. My experience spans everything from basic pet care and feeding to behavior management, training, and health monitoring. I specialize in the unique needs of small dogs, including their dietary requirements, exercise routines, and socialization skills. My approach is centered around building trust and positive relationships with the pets in my care. With puppies, I focus on early socialization, potty training, and establishing consistent routines to set them up for a well-adjusted adulthood. With adult small dogs, I work on maintaining good health, managing behavioral issues, and fostering strong bonds between pet and owner. I’m particularly passionate about understanding the individual personalities of each dog, ensuring they receive personalized care that meets their specific needs. My extensive background in pet care has allowed me to not only enhance the lives of the dogs I care for but also provide valuable advice and support to their owners, helping them navigate the joys and challenges of dog ownership. I am dedicated to provide my full attention to your pup throughout their entire stay! If it’s boarding or just a fun day at doggy day camp I can ensure your pup will have a great time! I have a fenced in back yard , plenty of toys and activities to keep your pup busy! My home has central air conditioning for hot summer days . I also have a small male shitzu to keep your pup company during their stay .

“Elizabeth is so friendly and reliable! It’s a comfort to know she’s the one visiting our kitties while we’re away and I’m so relieved when I see she’s available.”

About: I’ve helped take care of and train dogs of various sorts and sizes since I can walk along with my dad. I’ve gotten my love for animals as a whole from him and it’s the perfect therapy and job. Having many dogs, cats, birds, turtles, fish and pet crabs throughout my life has helped me to have an extra sense of care, love, and attention for all animals. I’m currently working part-time, so I’m available to play, train, and care for your lovable furry friend 7 days a week from 8am to 2pm and 9pm to 12am. I have a fenced front yard and backyard for your lovely pets to freely roam and play with me. I also have a 7 year old Shih Tzu and a 2 year old cat (both females) whom are very loving, calm, and ecstatic to meet a new friend. A crate is available upon request as well.

About: I've owned pets since I was a toddler. I'm currently a cat, dog, and bearded dragon owner. I’m an animal lover! I specialize in caring for rescues and abused animals. I also walk and board dogs using the Wag app. I'm a self-employed single parent and entrepreneur. I create my own schedule, so I'm very flexible. I'm available for walks, drop-ins, and boarding your pet/s. I live in a huge single family home with plenty of space. I live close a metro park, so that is where I mostly walk my pet clients. I'm a local handy woman, but prefer caring for animals from the comfort of my home. I have a huge single family home with hardwood floors and also own a few crates to keep multiple boarders separated and safe if necessary. I’m currently available for full-time boardings, sittings, drop-ins, and walks. Taking care of animals and pets brings me great joy and I’m happy to be of service. I have a huge single family home and two fur babies to keep your pet company. I can easily crate your pet when necessary. Pets are supervised 24 hours a day.

About: Hello, my name is Shari and I love taking care of pets! I have a lot of experience petsitting for both dogs, cats, rodents and reptiles. I grew up in a house with a lot of pets. Right now I help take care of my family's pets (they have one dog and two cats). Their previous dog, Max (sadly passed away three years ago) suffered from epilepsy and I've personally helped him calm down during his seizures. My friend, Dr. Rebecca Lazarus who is a veterinarian at Westpark Animal Hospital trusts me to watch her pets while she is out of town. She and her partner currently have five cats, four dogs, three pet rats, and a leopard gecko. Her pets require different medications and special foods which requires a lot of supervision and making sure everyone finishes their meals and takes their medicine. I am happy to provide a number of references if you would like! I would also prefer to schedule a meet-and-greet so we can talk more about any specialized needs required for your pet, and so that you and your pet can get to know me as well! I have a very flexible schedule, I do freelance illustration and other gig work so I am able to make my own schedule quite easily. I will never let a dog off their leash while going on walks, I will always make sure to feed them and provide fresh water daily. I will make sure they get plenty of play time and all the attention they deserve. I will ask questions about anything I’m unsure of. I will also never double book appointments, I only take one job at a time so I can give your pet all the attention they need.

About: I have experience with caring for all types of dogs from puppies to elderly dogs! I am flexible and would love to help out with walks or dog sitting. I am currently at Case Western for medical school and am looking to make a little extra money. I am pretty flexible during the week. I am happy to help with taking your dog for a walk, watching he/she at your home, or playing with it outside, even in the cold!

Shari R.
“Shari has always been excellent with animals. She's watched my cat Louie for me while I've been away, and I know he's in good hands. I come back to the same healthy, beautiful cat who's happier for having been in her care. He also needs several medications, and she gives them to him, no problem. Louie is very vocal about demanding extra food, (he's on a vet prescribed diet) and he'll break into the dry food bag whenever he gets a chance. Shari manages to keep him from doing this, and she always gives him the right amount of food without giving in to his charms. She would be an awesome cat or dog-sitter, and I can't recommend her enough!”

Cari D.
“Cari's love for dogs and all animals is incredible. I have personally seen her go through lengths to make her dog and my dog feel comfortable, cared for, and loved. She has a special way with dogs and anyone would be so lucky to have her as a pet caregiver.”
Forest Hills pet parents share their Rover experiences
Thank you for taking care of Apple!! And also thanks for your flexibility on time to make it easier for me to pick up the keys! I hope you can take care of apple next time as well if I travel out of the state:)

Pan always takes such great care of our cats! She sends us lots of photos and updates. We love having her help out.

Mary F’s F should stand for Feline Fantastic. She got our shy cat to come out for pets and to talk, so he was less angry and lonely. She knew exactly how to build that trust. She was perfect!

This is our 3rd time booking with Maria and , as always, she has been wonderful. Her communication is excellent and she is very caring. We cannot recommend Maria more! We will definitely book with her again.

Audrey did an awesome job watching Dexter and even offered to water my plants when she saw they needed it!

Dana did a great job caring for our dogs by checking on them, giving potty breaks, playing ball with our active dog and helping care for our senior dog who needs a little extra help. She communicates well and clearly loves pets. I highly recommend her and hope to have her take care of our dogs again in the future.

Alexis was timely, responsive, and considerate from start to finish. Our dog warmed up to her right away. Alexis will definitely be at the top of our list next time we need a hand with Piper!

Marti took great care of my two kitties! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a drop in sitter. She was very communicative and helpful. I came home to two happy cat brothers😻

Lindsey was just wonderful! She took such great care of my two cats and was amazing with communication both before and during the visits! She was super friendly, I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter! 💙🐾

Rori was great, she gave our kitty Ramen lots of love and cuddles while we were out of town on a long vacation. Ramens food and water were always full and the litter box was clean. She helped with small thing like bringing mail and packages in so that we weren't over run upon our arrival! We will definitely higher Rori again in the future if our trips align.
