I was very nervous to leave Jojo, because she had never been left with anyone else before since getting her as a puppy in 2020. Kathy was wonderful! She was so kind and caring towards the dogs. It was so great to get her daily texts and pictures! I could tell both Jojo and Ruby were so well taken care of, and I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation. About: Dogs have always been part of my life and my family. I am retired now, so my schedule is very flexible. My husband and I lead an active lifestyle and will make sure your dog is taken care of like family. We have a large backyard with access from a doggy door. We will keep you posted with photos and feedback on a daily basis. We have raised all breeds over our years as dog owners and have been blessed with wonderful senior rescues. Since my husband and I are both retired we are very flexible in our schedules and should be able to accommodate any timeframe that is needed. Our backyard is spacious and fenced in. There is access through a doggy door if that is negotiable for your dog. It can also be blocked if if required. We are very close to a beautiful park, which is wonderful for some nice long walks. We recently lost our 10 year old bull terrier to cancer and so our house feels empty without our beloved Walter. We will make sure your furry friend feels like family.

About: Growing up we always had a family dog. We had Schnauzers (twice), a Cocker Spanial, a Wire Fox Terrier and a Springer Spaniel. My favorite was probably the Springer, as she loved to play fetch for hours. While I don't have professional (getting paid) experience, I do occasionally dog sit for a neighbor, in fact doing so for a week this coming March (2020). I also offer personalized behavioral training a recommendations. About: I have been pet sitting and dog walking since before I can remember. My family members were all allergic to animals so I was never able to have my own to love and care for. I received daily updates and loved seeing through photos the bond Poppy and her lab, Peaches, developed. In fact, tonight a yellow lab appeared on the TV in an ad and Poppy went wild barking. I think she already misses her new friend and it has at even been 24 hours. I will most certainly use Colleen for future boarding.”

About: I have a variety of pet experience. Most notably with dogs, I have fostered over 13 dogs in the last several years through Kane's Mission. I am sure to give your dog personalized attention and love and care they deserve! We live in a great walkable community in Shaker Heights. We are happy to take your dog on walks and visits to the park, so they can have a nice vacation too! I can currently adapt to most pet care schedules. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i was a little girl, they’re an important part of my life. Every dog that visits will receive a bath if requested! Very good with senior pups! I have a very flexible work, as well as my husbands schedule so always there to do potty breaks and just give some love and attention! I have one dog right now, he’s a 6 year old lab. He’s pretty chill, likes to play & would love to have a buddy to play with!
