“Sydney & Brock were fantastic with our puppy Tula. Great communication with updates & photos. We needed a last minute sitter for our puppy; Sydney & Brock were very kind to host Tula.”

“2nd time booking with Chelsea. She’s was great at updating me on how my little Deebo was doing under her care. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs. Makes me so happy to know Chelsea takes pride in caring for my dog and others. She provides a very welcoming atmosphere for my pup and for others.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Melani! She treats my dog like her own—he absolutely adores her, and I feel completely at ease knowing he’s in her care. Melani is truly his second mom. She’s reliable, incredibly accommodating, and very communicative, which makes scheduling so easy. I trust her so much that I use her multiple days every week while I’m at work. If you’re looking for someone who will love and care for your dog as much as you do, Melani is the one!”

About: **Only accepting small 🐶 at this time ** We are a pet loving family who understand the importance of quality care for our pets when we are away from them. We grew up with house pets & farm animals and have had pets of my own since we were kids. Friends and family can attest to our love and care of animals which we have passed on to our kiddos who also enjoy being around them just as much as we do. We work from home and have two pups, Emilio Estevez and Bruce Willis. We enjoy having pups around our home and love watching them run around in the yard. 🐶 When staying with us, your pup(s) will interact with every member of our family; as well as a pup or two from other households. They will get lots of cuddles, playtime and downtime as needed. During the day, pup(s) are free to roam around and lounge anywhere downstairs, including the furniture. They also have unrestricted access to our large fenced backyard. At night time, pup(s) will sleep downstairs with our pups in their own crate or playpen. We have plenty of toys and always happy to play fetch or take them on walks around the neighborhood.
“Jessica really helped me out when I moved to the area with my separation anxiety dog Kelly. Kelly was a bit nervous during our first visit, since she was so stressed by our recent move, Jessica was very patient with Kelly. And that evening when I went to pick her up, I could see she was almost ready to move in to her house! Running around happily. And for all the following visits, she went right into her home for daycare, without any hesitation. I think that tells me Jessica really treats Kelly well! :)”

“I am so grateful to know Vanessa. She and her helper really care about my dog Rocco. He is always thrilled when we pull up there because he always gets love and fun!”

About: As an animal lover, I'd consider myself very experienced with animals of all kinds. I grew up with dogs, cats, birds, and horses. Before losing him in the fall of 2023, I raised and cared for my dog, Chaps, for 12 years. It was a great 12 years, and I loved spending time training him. "Sit" and "down" are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the tricks Chaps could do. I am very comfortable with pets of all sizes. I am also comfortable taking care of most any special needs your pet may have. Tell me what you and your pet like, and I will do my best to provide an experience just the way you, and they, like it! Your pet will be safe and comfortable with me! I'm pretty flexible in how I organize my time. Walks, feedings, etc. can all be arranged with me to satisfy your expectations. Having had our own pets, we feel confident that satisfying your pet’s needs while they’re in my care should be seamless. Our backyard is dog-safe with a 6-foot privacy fence and access to a maintained yard with grass. Following your instructions and having the ability to communicate will provide a sense of security for you and helps me to give the best experience for your pet if I have questions about your pet’s care while you’re away. I’m a big fan of communicating!
“I must admit that I was a bit worried; it is one thing to take your pet to a commercial doggie day care, but to a stranger's home? Upon arrival at Irene's house, I was reassured and when Irene sent me pix of my Raffles playing with the other dogs and having an altogether great time, I was totally happy. Raffles got much more one on one care and love than he ever would have received at a commercial establishment, as it was a family affair. Thank you, Irene, and please thank your two daughters as well!”
“Misty was great with my little girl Layla who has separation anxiety. She and her son made her feel at home and when I came, Layla was calm and relaxed. I will definitely use her again.”

About: I have been responsible for dogs ever since I was 10. I have raised four different dogs from when they were puppies to elderly. I can speak their language and an act as an expert dog body language interpreter. I am gentle enough to handle small dogs and strong enough to handle 100+ lbs ones, as well. I recently took early retirement and have flexibility to take care of your pets, whenever needed, on walks, play dates, or overnight stays at my house with my dog. I love dogs! I grew up with Old English Sheepdogs and have had two as an adult. I'm a believer in routine and consistency. My own dog, who is 8 years old, is our fur baby and gets walked 3 times a day, rain or shine. I love being outside getting exercise with him, and keeping him socialized with other dogs and people. We spend lots of time playing and snuggling.

“Heather was a last minute life saver! I gifted my partner a pair of concert tickets six months prior as a Christmas present, and it was finally the day of the concert. However, I was at risk of missing the concert due to my dog, Chaos, having a big oral procedure 1.5 weeks prior that resulted in 20 teeth extracted and multiple sutures. Two of the sutures had come undone causing him to have a painful experience until they were able to be re-sutured (problem solved!) two days before the concert. I monitored Chaos’s recovery up until the day of the concert to make the final decision if I will stay home with him or attend the concert with my partner. Thankfully Chaos improved enough in the final 24 hours where I felt comfortable boarding him. When I called Chaos’s regular place of boarding (Pet Hotel at Petsmart) the morning of the concert, I understandably learned they are unable to accept pets with sutures due to policy. I opened Rover and began searching for a last minute sitter who had immediate availability, didn’t have more than one dog, and could provide extra care and attention to my recovering dog. That’s where I found Heather, who offered to set Chaos up in a pen in the kitchen so he could have his own space to chill, and overall had a wonderful vibe of assuring me he will be in good hands. An hour later, I dropped Chaos off with Heather and was scheduled to pick him up at 11:30pm that night. She sent us updates including a photo of him relaxing in the shade in her backyard, drunk from his pain meds. Exiting the concert venue and getting on the MAX took longer than expected due to the large crowds, resulting in us running late and pushing the pick up time from 11:30pm to 12:10am. I felt guilt and shame typing that message since it was already late in the night but Heather was super cool about it! When we picked Chaos up, he was very relaxed and could tell he had a wonderful experience hanging out with Heather and her family. Although I checked my phone frequently during the concert, I was never worried about Chaos and was able to fully be present and enjoy the experience with my partner, all thanks to Heather! Heather is amazing, understanding, has a wealth of knowledge & experience with dogs, and we happily recommend her to anyone who is in need of her services!”

“Brittany took excellent care of our two dogs while we attended an event Saturday and Sunday in the Portland area. They got to get their zoomies out and had lots of cuddles and Brittany sent me lots of pictures and videos from their day. I would trust her with our fur children any day!”

About: Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since birth, in my lifetime my family and I have owned a few breeds of dogs, including Dalmatian, Black Lab, Collie, Dachshund, and 2 pugs. At 10, neighbors started asking me to watch their pets during the summer time, and by 17 I was volunteering at the local Humane Society. My Senior Project was based off of that volunteer time, where I encouraged people to adopt and donate what they could to such causes. My experience administering medication In pill form, or through food and or water, yes. I am home all day everyday except for occasional appointments. I would be a good fit for a low energy dog that just needs to be kept company and let out regularly during the day. I am unable to provide walks due to being on crutches currently, but I do have a friendly dog for your baby to play with, as well as a large fenced yard. I have a large fenced yard. Fencing is secure and 6ft tall, one part of the fence in 4 ft but dogs will not be left unsupervised.
“Very impressed with Gisella. My Bosley was cared for and loved while at her house. He was tuckered out when leaving her care. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter and will be using her services again.”

“Jill is talented with dogs. She is creative at finding ways to engage with the dogs and get their energy out. My pup is always obviously well cared for and happy after a day at Jill’s house.”
