Britney was also very upfront and honest with any questions or observations regarding the dogs and was always open to suggestions that could help them settle in more comfortably. One of the biggest things we appreciated was her experience with German Shepherds. You can absolutely tell she understands the breed and their personalities, energy levels, and needs since she previously owned one herself. She had toys available, a great environment for them, and also boarded only our girls without other dogs during their stay, which made us feel even more comfortable and helped reduce stress for them. She also gave us thoughtful feedback, training tips, and helpful suggestions that we genuinely appreciated as first-time Rover users and German Shepherd owners still learning along the way.
