Nicole was an amazing fit for my 2 big doggos! I was out of the country for 2 weeks, and this was my first time leaving my babies at someone's house, so needless to say, I was a bit nervous for them. As it turns out, I had nothing to be nervous for. My dogs got along just fine with Nicole and her family. She provided a warm and welcoming home for them to feel comfortable while I was away. Nicole even walked my dogs twice a day, every day! I received many updates on each and every day of their stay which made me feel so much better! I can tell from the many pictures and videos that they were doing just fine. In fact, they were doing so well that I had wondered if they would want to come back home after their own little vacation! Thank you to Nicole for her amazing efforts in making my dogs feel right at home!
Tania was sending me updates daily and had very good communication. She set up a meet and greet the night before to ensure Bear was a right fit and to go over Bears special needs. She managed to put his wheel chair on and ensure he gets potty breaks every 2 hrs. I ended up picking up Bear later than the scheduled time and she accommodated the pick up time and I paid her another night per her boarding rate just for the last minute flexibility. I booked her from 5:30 AM to 6 PM and she did an outstanding job taking care of my pup. She took him on a nice walk, made sure he was well-fed, and kept him engaged with playful activities throughout the day. She also sent updates, which gave me peace of mind while I was at work.
