About: I have experience with all types of pets big and small, young and old. I have 3 large senior dogs of my own and that’s where my heart is. I also have a 1 year old small dog that I adopted recently. I have been pet sitting for friends and family for a little over 3 years but with a recent retirement I have more time. I look forward to caring for your babies! I am a recent retiree so I am home most of the time. I currently care for 4 dogs and a cat of my own. About: I have taken care of dogs & cats since I was a child. I’m 30 years old, & I work in Dentistry Monday-Thursday 8-6, so I will be the only person in my home that can look after your animals anytime Friday-Sunday! I work full time in a Dental office Monday thru Thursday 8am to 6pm, so I would be available after 6pm until the next morning. I’m available anytime Friday thru Sunday. I have leashes in our yard. It is a 2 year old home & I have not saved up for a fence yet. I have 2 friendly male dogs. I have cats in our home as well, so if your animal doesn’t do well with other animals I have a large crate in our garage it can sleep in, & I can keep our animals separate.
About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that I have been taking care of animals since I was 15 years old. I stared working at a vets office and haven’t looked back. Pet care can look like many different things in my week such as, a single feeding, a walk, a check in or the full on in home service with all the feedings and all the walks. While, I would love to have every dog and cat over to my house I can’t realistically do that b/c I own a cat who does love other cats and she tolerates dogs, your dog or cat would have to be cat friendly. So most of my jobs are me coming to your home whether that is a drop in or a full time boarding situation while you’re on vacation.

Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
