They know you will eventually return and they dont need the transition time it takes for them to become comfortable in a unfamilar place. For that reason, I do like to promote house sitting as the least stressful method of boarding for nervious pets. Please let me know if you require any plants to watered as id be happy to help you in any other way I can. I prefer to keep my bookings to one dog or one family at a time. This is to ensure I give each dog my full attention to keep them safe and happy while yall are missing eachother! This means that I prefer walking in quiet neighborhoods instead of a park with more distractions so I can get familiar with your dog's responses and they can get familiar with me during our first few walks together. After a few walks, and your permission, we can go to dog parks where we slowly work up to being unleased. I strive for 2 or more walks a day during the summer, 3 or more walks a day during spring, fall, and winter. When we arent walking or playing outside, me and your pets will be chilling inside with 2 or more feedings a day. If you book on a holiday it is likely I will have freeze dried chicken or salmon wet food to give your pet as a special holiday treat! I feel that if its a human holiday, its also a special day for our pets because they're family.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
