I have been dog sitting for over 10 years and I have had several dogs of my own. I have been with several different types as well as aggressive and deaf dogs. I understand that every dog has unique needs, routines, and comfort levels, and I take the time to make sure they feel secure and cared for while you’re away. Whether your pup loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or a calm and quiet environment, I’m happy to tailor care to what makes them happiest. About: Recent empty nester- let me love on your babies! I love both cats and dogs equally. Currently only offering 'in your home' house/dog sitting, drop-ins and walks. I work full-full time, M-F 7am-4:30pm. I enjoy running and also hiking the various mountains around the North Georgia area, but also love to curl up on the couch and watch TV for hours at a time. Whatever amount of activity your pet may need I am able to provide it. I have been a [people] nurse for 20+ years, giving me the confidence to take care of daily medication and/or exercises that may be needed for your pet. House sitting can be arranged for extended periods, but please note that I do work away from home 40+ hours a week M-F. I do not care for pets within my home any longer but would love for you to trust me to come into your pets home and provide the level of love and care that you give them when you are home. Each pet has different needs and I try to quickly figure out how much attention and care they need to not feel sad that you are not home.

About: I have owned at least one dog for as long as I can remember. In 2020, I lost my job during the pandemic and started pet sitting. I fell in love. I love my client’s pets like they are my own. I work Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm. I also get an hour for lunch that can be flexible. Weekends obviously work best for me. I’ve been dogsitting for 2.5 years while having this job and haven’t had any scheduling issues. I have lots of experience with free-roam dogs or kenneled dogs. I know how hard it can be to leave your dog with someone new, so my goal is to create a safe, comfortable space where they can relax and enjoy their own little vacation while you’re away. I’m always happy to set up a quick meet and greet so you and your pup feel completely comfortable before booking. I send daily photo and video updates so you can see how your pup is doing while you’re away, as many updates as you prefer! I only take a small number of dogs at a time(usually only one family) so each pup receives plenty of attention, love, and supervision. My home offers: ○ big secure fenced yard back up by woods for outdoor play and potty breaks ○ Comfortable home setting (not a crowded boarding facility) ○ Plenty of toys, enrichment, and attention ○ Consistent feeding and bedtime routines ○ Daily photo/video updates so you can see how your pup is doing ○ Flexible drop-off and pick-up times I’m a bit of a homebody, which means I spend a lot of time at home and love having dogs around. If I need anything, I usually have it delivered rather than running around, so pups staying with me get lots of company and attention throughout the day. Dogs are only kenneled when necessary, such as when I’m at work, overnight for sleeping, or if I need to run a quick errand. Otherwise they’re free to relax, play, and enjoy the house just like they would at home! A Typical Day for Your Pup Every dog is different, but a typical stay might look like: 🐾 Morning potty break and breakfast 🐾 Outdoor playtime and exploring the yard(30 min after eating) 🐾 Midday relaxation and indoor playtime 🐾 Afternoon playtime, toys, or enrichment 🐾 Dinner and evening wind down with lots of attention I’m happy to follow your dog’s normal routine, feeding schedule, medications, and special instructions so they feel as comfortable as possible. Many dogs do better in a calm home instead of a busy boarding facility. When your pup stays with me they’ll enjoy: ○ A safe home environment ○ Plenty of attention and playtime not kenneled all day ○ A relaxed “home away from home” stay I’ve loved and cared for dogs my whole life and truly understand how important they are to their families. I work only 5 minutes from my home, which allows me to go home during lunch and check on the dogs whenever needed. When I’m not at work, I’m usually at home spending time with the dogs or taking my dogs places. My schedule allows for consistent potty breaks, playtime, feeding routines, and supervision throughout the day. I also have cameras on my kennels for added monitoring and peace of mind. I have a fully fenced yard equipped with agility equipment and a variety of toys for enrichment and play. I also have dog-friendly dogs for social pups when appropriate. For added safety and peace of mind, I have cameras monitoring my kennels at all times. Your dog will be cared for in a secure, structured environment & enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay while you’re away.

About: animal lover here! I grew up in a household with dogs and have been caring for dogs from high energy puppies to gentle seniors. I treat every dog like my family, making sure they get plenty of cuddles, walks, and their own attention. I am patient, observant, diverse, and will maintain your dogs routine to keep them happy and stress free. Your dogs safety is my top priority. I’m working full time, so truthfully I can make time for different types of schedules as needed. I can work weekdays from early mornings to 6:30pm. Weekends I can work early mornings and early afternoons, but unfortunately I cannot work Sundays. It is clean animal friendly with plenty of room for smaller dogs, gates blocking stair entrances and items out of reach for pets. I do have my own pet who is small and friendly and can be separated from yours if needed. My clients home will be treated with care, following routine instructions, and will keep you updated with everything.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was probably 10 years old. Between family, neighbors, friends they have let me be a great reliable sitter. I'm comfortable with dogs and cats of all sizes and ages, including those with separation anxiety since I have experience with that. I'll keep your pet happy, healthy and very loved and you worry-free of course with daily updates and photos, and any questions. Communication and honesty is huge for me and love every single family I help out. I recently left my full time job and currently looking into new jobs so in the mean time I have a lot of free time during the week or even on the weekends if needed as well. I currently nanny with a family part time now Monday-Friday 12:30-5:30pm so I have availability around that timeframe. I normally wouldn’t care for them in my home, it’s always at the other persons home. But I would make sure they are as safe as possible depending on what the other person has for safety like crates, fences, etc. I make sure I do everything I need to do to have the pet have a great time and be safe as well , feel loved and cared for.
