“Needed a sitter on short notice while our apartment was being fumigated, I was so grateful for Jennifer taking them in while I was at work. She's very kind, gentle, and caring, providing perfect care for both our sweet kitties. One of our cats had a bit of irritation in her eye from some dirt, and she was able to give her the eye drops we left with her. Absolutely will book her again if/when I need a sitter, you can tell how much she loves what she does.”

“Jess did an amazing job with our dog! He is normally reactive with most other dogs. She was able to acclimate our dog with her other dogs and they ended up getting along so well. She also did a great job with communication. Our buddy came home so happy and you could tell he was very loved. I will absolutely use her again. I could not recommend her enough!”

“Tammy is outstanding, our puppy enjoyed the time with Tammy provided continuous feedback and pictures giving us a sense of security that our puppy was very well cared for during our vacation. We will not hesitate to book with Tammy again for care of our puppy while we are on travel. Cecille and Jerry”

“Sushma was great! She responded quickly on short notice. My dog a bit of a nervous, high energy pup. She took great care of him. She sent regular updates, photos, and videos. I'd definitely use Sushma again to watch my dog.”

“Ryan and his family are lovely people and took excellent care of my dog. They have a young Aussie who was also sweet and my dog came back to me very relaxed and happy (and very tired after all the fun!). Ryan offered to bathe my dog after he got dirty on a hike, which was very thoughtful. He sent frequent photos and kept me in the loop with everything, which put me at ease after having a poor experience with a previous Rover dog sitter. I couldn’t recommend this family enough! Thank you Ryan and family!”

“Dahlia took amazing care of Oscar. She was loving and kind to him and provided us regular updates with tidbits of daily activities. I could tell Oscar had a great time with her.”

“Lindsay, Chris, and their beautiful family are absolutely amazing. I needed to board our pup, Dax, for a few days very last minute. They worked with me through the process and were very communicative! While I was away, they always sent photo and video updates of our boy having such a good time. I would HIGHLY recommend using them for any dog sitting/boarding needs.”

“Gretchen & Marc are amazing!! From our initial meet'n'greet to picking up Rocky yesterday afternoon after his week long stay - everything was great. Easy communication, frequent photo updates, patience with our shy pup, and he got to sleep on the bed - it is clear he was in great hands. We would not hesitate to book again the next time we head out of town. Thank you, Gretchen and Marc!”

“DeAnne is amazing. She and Cooper met us at the door and our dog Traveler immediately felt at home. She sent us daily updates and pictures of Traveler's stay with her. Traveler obviously had a very good time and we will definitely stay with DeAnne in the future.”

“Kelsey is hands down THE BEST! I've always had dogs but never needed a sitter. I had week long trip coming up and for the first time in 40 years I found myself searching for someone to care for my Benny. Kelsey was quick to reply to my inquiry, offered me an abundance of reassurance and took all worries off my shoulders. We communicated effortlessly before, during, and even the day after my trip when she made sure Benny settled back in at home. I received adorable pictures, videos and updates throughout Benny's stay. Thank you Kelsey!!!!! I look forward to reaching out the next time Benny needs a friend to hang out with. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (10 stars)”

“Stephanie did an awesome job watching our Remy. We felt comfortable as she sent photos and answered texts immediately. Even when we picked Remy up he was clean and smelled great. We will use Stephanie again for our pet needs!! Thanks again!!”

“Bailey was amazing! We had a new puppy and this was his first time staying anywhere. Bailey was extremely communicative, quick to respond with any questions, and a wealth of knowledge. Our boy had so much fun, we’d love to come back sometime ❤️”

“Goldendoodle Queisha took wonderful care of our 6-year-old Goldendoodle. We really appreciated the updates and the stress-free boarding experience for the day. We look forward to using her services again in the future.”

“Frida did an excellent job watching my dog! She was very communicative, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone and would happily book with her again.”

“Amy was the absolute BEST! She took care of our baby girl exactly how I had hoped. She sent multiple photos and videos and helped to ease any fears that I had of leaving our puppy for the first time with someone other than family. We can’t thank her enough!”

“I must say I was very apprehensive leaving my fur baby. My nervousness reduced with the first meeting with Richard as he listened to my concerns. Richard also accommodated my last minute change and provided the care needed. I received daily pics and updates. I am impressed with the service my baby received and grateful for Richard! Wish I had the option of giving more stars!”

“Tiffany did a wonderful job with our Evie. She sent regular updates and pictures throughout the week. Her home was very tidy, and she made a special space for Evie. When we picked her up, her kitty box had been cleaned, and all of her belongings were well organized. Evie is very shy, but she seemed to do well at Tiffany's home. We will definitely use her again, and we recommend her highly.”

“Tidarat displayed courtesy, patience and professionalism with us and our cat. Our cat has been dealing with some health issues and Tidarat was not fazed and actually made a suggestion that has helped us. We were very pleased and will not hesitate to use her again.”

About: I have had experience caring for two elderly cats, including one that was blind, as well as a kitten. I cared for my blind cat for three years and my other cat for four years. I was always patient and gentle, especially when my blind cat would get stuck or lose her way. I learned to recognize when my cats wanted to play and when they preferred to be left alone. I would love to have another cat, and I'm excited about the opportunity to play with and care for cats again.

“Anna Kate was a great sitter.Miss Kitty is very shy but Anna Kate made her feel safe and she loved seeing Anna Kate every morning. She did everything we needed and we were very pleased . Highly recommend her and we will have her sit again for us.”

“Raima does a great job of taking care of my older cats … giving medications, cleaning up after them, and updating me on how they are doing. I feel good leaving town knowing she will love on them and that they will be well cared for! I appreciate her willingness to meet to talk over care as well! Having her looking after them while I am away gives me peace of mind, and I am very satisfied with her drop-in visits. Thanks, Raima!”

“Alexis did a great job! She was very detail oriented, communicated all issues that came up during the visit, and our boys enjoyed having her around. We will use Alexis again!”

About: I owned cats for my entire childhood and part of my adult life. Once I got married I wasn’t able to get another cat since my husband is allergic. I miss taking care of an adorable cat! I love their aloof personalities and the trust you have to gain with them to get them to open up. I had a cat I rescued when I was younger who absolutely hated me at first but I knew cats are a slow race with a very rewarding. After many cans of wet food she became my best friend! She even learned how to use the toilet! She was an excellent cat I miss everyday.
“Helenia is friendly and personable, professional, detail-oriented, and took great care of our kitties during an out-of-town trip. An all-around good person. We’d definitely recommend her.”

“Alletta is an amazing pet sitter and really enjoys the pets (in our case, dogs). Our dogs completely bonded with her and were obviously happy to see her. Alletta also noticed a leak in our hose nozzle and turned the water off, so it would not continue to leak.”

About: My very first “adult” pet when I was 18 was a cat I rescued off the side of the road. She was my everything. Nursed her back to health and then fostered another cat back to health and ended up adopting her as well. I have a love for cats and a bond with every one I meet. What sets me apart from other sitters is my deep understanding of cats and their unique personalities. I know that every cat has different needs, whether they love playtime, require patience to warm up, or just want a quiet companion. I’m experienced in caring for kittens, adult cats, and seniors, ensuring they get the right balance of attention, enrichment, and comfort. From keeping their routine consistent to understanding subtle behavior cues, I provide a stress-free experience so your cat feels safe, happy, and loved while you're away.

About: Hi I’m Liz and I absolutely love animals! When I was younger I was always wanting to help out any animal I could find. I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I don’t work with any agencies, I just help certain life or death situations or senior pups who were denied proper care. I currently own 7 dogs ranging from all ages puppy to senior. I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed! I have a few puppies in training at my house and would love to share my knowledge of dogs with others! If you have training questions I’d love to help you and get you on the right track! I can’t wait to meet your pup! I’m currently working full time but I get off at 3-4pm each day and I am off Saturday and Sunday. I have a lot of wiggle room and would love to accommodate any way I can! I want to care for your pet in the same manner you do! I want your pet to feel like I am a second care human they are close and comfortable with. I will follow your instructions to a “T” so they aren’t left missing you too much! Right now I will only be offering your home for services but maybe some day mine as well :)
About: As lifelong dog lovers, we know how important it is to feel confident leaving your pets in someone else’s care. We had two sweet dogs of our own for 14 and 12 years, and they were truly part of our family. Spoiled , loved, and very well cared for. We understand that every dog deserves patience, attention, safety, and lots of love while their owners are away. Your pup will be welcomed into our home like one of our own, with plenty of care, affection, and a comfortable environment to help them feel safe and happy. Pet care naturally fits into our daily routine because we genuinely enjoy having dogs around and caring for them. We’re home every day and used to structuring our days around feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and giving dogs plenty of attention and affection throughout the day. Our home is calm, safe, and pet-friendly, and we understand the importance of consistency and routine for dogs while their owners are away. Whether caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always focus on making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I understand that every pet has their own routine, personality, and needs, so I do my best to keep things consistent and stress-free for them while their owners are away. In my home, pets will have a calm, clean, and welcoming environment with plenty of attention, potty breaks, playtime, and affection throughout the day. If caring for pets in a client’s home, I’ll respect their space while making sure their pets stay comfortable in their familiar routine and environment. My goal is always to care for every pet as if they were my own.

“Great experience! Recently my dog stayed several hours with DeAnne. She took excellent care of him. He’s now scheduled for two nights of boarding. I’m very happy to have found DeAnne on Rover.”
“This family is amazing with dogs! I was so worried about having to keep my dogs away from home, but they did so well with them. Remi and Cooper are wiped from a long day of play and exploring. A phenomenal backyard (fenced) and attentive care were given. Highly recommend!”

“Patricia absolutely saved the day when we had a family emergency and asked her to watch Mina on short notice. She responded promptly and did everything to make it an amazing afternoon for our Shih Tzu! She sent tons of photos, kept us updated, and bent over backwards to help us out. Her energy was calming and reassuring in what was a very stressful time for us. We are so grateful and would book her again in a heartbeat!”

About: I have taken care of many dogs/cats. My family and I love all animals and are excited to have furry visitors to love on. I work three days out of the week night shift! I have plenty of time to love on fur babies and meet their needs! Im always up early and ready to start the day! We have an open space home and an open space yard away from the road. Plenty of space to run around or walk around leashed or unleashed. We do not have any other animals in our home besides our two toddlers who are boys who love any animal.
About: I've never met a dog that didn't captivate my heart. As a passionate animal advocate, I'm driven to make a difference. I've even gone the extra mile, chasing a dog down the highway to ensure its safety. My loyal companion of 11 years, a rescue dog, left an indelible mark on my heart when he passed away in February. Though I wish I could rescue every animal in need, I take comfort in knowing that my efforts, no matter how small, can bring about positive change. Throughout my life, I've had the privilege of sharing my home with my own dogs, while also caring for the beloved pets of family and friends. The thought of any dog being confined to a boarding cage is unbearable, as I know they're already experiencing separation anxiety. My goal is to provide a warm, welcoming space that makes them feel at home, surrounded by love and comfort. I am a real estate agent and have been for 26 years. I have a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide top-notch animal care services, whether in my residence, yours, or simply taking them for a stroll. Whether I am providing pet care in my home or yours, you can be assured that I am delivering companionship and love to your pet while you are away. Although I do not have a fenced backyard, I will take your dog for a leashed potty break and a daily walk to ensure they receive adequate exercise.
About: I used to have a successful pet-sitting business where dogs could stay at my house overnight, instead of being stuck in overnight kennels. I had regular clients, but had to end it because I was in high school and doing other extracurricular activities. I've had dogs since I was a small child. They are my family and I would do anything for them. Knowing how much my dogs mean to me, I will treat other's dogs like I would my own. My schedule is very flexible and I have reliable transportation. I think it's very important to make sure dogs are comfortable, happy, and given the care each individual dog requires. Having the opportunity to work with dogs would be something I would love to do- it wouldn't feel like work.

“Christina was able to provide daycare to our Dachsund and Shetland Sheepdog on short notice. She met all our furbabies needs. They enjoyed their time with her and were excited to see her each day. We will return if in the area in the future.”

About: I am a 39 year old man with a remote job so I'm home all day. I have always had a dog in my house since I was a small child. I have trained my own puppies and also taken care of friends' and families' pets for years. I have .8 acres of a fenced-in yard and a neutered 1 year old Australian shepherd to play with your dog. Tambien hablo español si prefieres! I work from home so can take dogs out as often as necessary. For adult dogs, I usually let them out into my yard at least 5 times a day, or more if they need to go out or if it is a puppy or older dog. If the dog is in good health, we will go on at least one long walk in the neighborhood in the afternoon as well per day as well as playing with my dog in my yard. I have .8 acres of a fenced-in yard and a quiet neighborhood. We have a magnetic screen door so, once we make sure the dogs know how to open it, we let the dogs come in and out all day (weather permitting). My puppy would love to play with your dog all day in our yard and go for daily walks in our neighborhood. I'm happy to send daily photos/updates as you prefer.

About: I've spent years caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish, and hamsters. Over the years, my family has owned multiple pets including bunnies, cats, and dogs from black labs to havanese. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and flexible, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know every animal I meet. My goal is to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away, and I'll care for them with the same kindness and dedication I would give my own pets. “Can’t express how pleased we are with Tid. We were gone for a week and her timely reports were so reassuring. We previously had Creed at Camp Bow Wow when we traveled and I can see such a difference. He is not stressed when we get home and seems very happy while we are gone. Thank you Tid for allowing us to enjoy time with our grandchildren without worrying about our little man.”

I really appreciate how she is flexible with scheduling too. She also met up with me before I started scheduling with her on a short notice. I'm really happy to have somebody who is really good with dogs. My dog always seems happy when she is getting walked. I highly recommend her.”

About: I have owned at least one dog for as long as I can remember. In 2020, I lost my job during the pandemic and started pet sitting. I fell in love. I love my client’s pets like they are my own. I work Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm. I also get an hour for lunch that can be flexible. Weekends obviously work best for me. I’ve been dogsitting for 2.5 years while having this job and haven’t had any scheduling issues. I have lots of experience with free-roam dogs or kenneled dogs. I have cared for numerous dogs who need to walk on a leash or can go outside on their own (in a fence or not). I’ve seen it all! I regularly dog sit for 12 different families in the area — with their families ranging from 1-7 dogs!

I love making my space a welcoming & calm environment. I consider myself active, so if your dog is up for adventures/hikes, let me know! Your dog must be house trained & friendly with other dogs. Boarding: If your dog is being boarded with me, they’ll need to be friendly with other dogs, including my playful pup and occasionally my roommate’s small Shih Tzu-Yorkie mix. They also must be dropped off with a crate. I want to make sure they are safe & happy!
About: Ever since I was a baby my household has had more than one dog at a time. I have taken care of dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. I have never professionally taken care of other dogs but have had much experience with taking care of my own. I can handle taking care of multiple dogs at once (at some point in my household we had 6 dogs at once). With me, you'll never have to worry about your animals because I'll take care of them and give them as much love as I give mine. I am currently a student and I am also working a part-time job; however, I can be very flexible with scheduling and will do whatever it takes to meet your needs as well as your fur babies!
About: I have 10 years of experience with animals of all kinds up to 3 dogs and 5 cats at the same time, love all types of animals I am currently working on my own time so i am free whenever i am needed as often as needed, willing to do whatever to take care of your pets! I have experience crating dogs, know how to play with all sorts of animals and keep them happy and healthy, whatever is required for your pet i can do!
About: I have a total of 10 years of professional experience handling dogs (boarding facilities, doggy daycare, grooming, veterinary) and I have owned dogs my entire life, 2 currently. I have experience with and can tend to dogs in need of oral medication, topical ointments and injectable medication. I am currently available full time! I have an awesome ( maybe a little crazy) passion for all animals and I am a total dog person. I will love your fur baby as much as I love my own! I am looking forward to forming a regular schedule with my customers so that I can form a bond with you and your animals. I feel that being familiar with my customers and their preferences is very important in making my business stand out. I look forward to hearing from you and your furry family ❤ I accept pet care jobs on my days off from my veterinary job, which is typically 1-2 week days and most weekends. On the weekends I am available for house sitting. When pets are in my home, I leash walk them outside as I do not have a fenced in yard and I crate them when I am away only if needed. I have 2 dogs that live company!

“We had such a wonderful experience with Kathryn while we were away for a week! Leaving Zeus for the first time was honestly nerve-wracking, especially with his medical needs, but she completely put our minds at ease. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and understanding, making sure he got all the care and attention he needed. It was clear from the updates that he was happy, comfortable, and in great hands the entire time. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better first experience, and we’ll absolutely be using her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Tara is an amazing sitter! She took good care of my cat and sent me frequent updates during my trip. She’s super friendly and lovely ☺️☺️ I’ll definitely book her again for my upcoming trips since I know Toro will be in good hands 🥰”

“Savannah has been a blessing to us when we have to be away from home! I can tell how much Charlie enjoys being at her home! She goes above and beyond on keeping you in the know! It’s always hard to leave your fur baby, but knowing he’s well taken care of and happy makes it easier! ❤️ -Amanda”
“Anna was superb with our two dogs! They have a lot of energy and she was able to keep them happy, entertained, and still remembering their training. She sends timely videos and pictures so you can see your pets are happy. We'd highly recommend Anna for all of your pet sitting needs.”

“Erica did a great job with my buddy Thor. He was super spoiled and loved by her and her family. I was afraid he wouldn’t want to come back home 😂. I could tell by the pictures he was smiling, soaking up all the attention and love. Would definitely book him for another stay in the future ❤️”
