One of my dogs is very skittish & unpredictable and the other can be reactive - both of them get very nervous with new people and new environments. During the meet & greet, Tevin was patient, listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions, and had such a calm, settling demeanor with my dogs. During their stay, he allowed them time to adjust and gave them an environment in which they were able to feel as little stress as possible. I love that they spent lots of time outside and had plenty of room to move around. His set up is well thought out, anllowing him to be able to care for several dogs of differing temperaments. Tevin also sent pictures during their stay and quickly responded to texts. In short, this was the perfect environment for my nervous pups (and their nervous mom!) - but I think any dog would thrive here. Tevin’s education, experience, and understanding of dogs allow him to tailor each dog’s stay to their individual needs and preferences. I would recommend Tevin without reservation to anyone.”

I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I don’t work with any agencies, I just help certain life or death situations or senior pups who were denied proper care. I currently own 7 dogs ranging from all ages puppy to senior. I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed! I have a few puppies in training at my house and would love to share my knowledge of dogs with others! If you have training questions I’d love to help you and get you on the right track! I can’t wait to meet your pup! I’m currently working full time but I get off at 3-4pm each day and I am off Saturday and Sunday. There’s always at least one person at home so they’ll never be by themselves, also available any holiday you need me to watch your pet. I care for horses in my day to day and I love them and wish I could board them but I need a much bigger space for that! So in the meantime, I have a spare room where crated dogs could stay or cats! About: Recent empty nester- let me love on your babies! I love both cats and dogs equally. Currently only offering 'in your home' house/dog sitting, drop-ins and walks. I work full-full time, M-F 7am-4:30pm. I enjoy running and also hiking the various mountains around the North Georgia area, but also love to curl up on the couch and watch TV for hours at a time. Whatever amount of activity your pet may need I am able to provide it. I have been a [people] nurse for 20+ years, giving me the confidence to take care of daily medication and/or exercises that may be needed for your pet. Please check out my reviews and allow me the opportunity to provide excellent care to your loved ones while you are away! Available weekends only for walks and drop-ins. House sitting can be arranged for extended periods, but please note that I do work away from home 40+ hours a week M-F. About: I have taken care of all of my animals since before I can remember. Walking them, playing with them, feeding them, bathing them, and picking up after them. I've had many dogs growing up ranging in different health needs and breeds. I've also had cats and so I have a lot of experience with them as well! When going to my clients home, I first notify them that I have arrived, I then greet the pets and take them right outside to go potty. If they made a mess of any sorts and the yard is fenced, I will leave the pets out to clean up then go back outside to play with them and get out some of their energy. If the yard isn't fenced and they made a mess I will bring them in with me and watch them while I clean up. Once done with all of the things that need to be done to care for the pets, I will inform the client of everything I did as well as how the pet behaved and give update photos/videos when requested to have them.

About: Hi I’m Liz and I absolutely love animals! When I was younger I was always wanting to help out any animal I could find. I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I don’t work with any agencies, I just help certain life or death situations or senior pups who were denied proper care. I currently own 7 dogs ranging from all ages puppy to senior. I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed! I have a few puppies in training at my house and would love to share my knowledge of dogs with others! If you have training questions I’d love to help you and get you on the right track! I can’t wait to meet your pup! I’m currently working full time but I get off at 3-4pm each day and I am off Saturday and Sunday. One of my dogs is very skittish & unpredictable and the other can be reactive - both of them get very nervous with new people and new environments. During the meet & greet, Tevin was patient, listening to my concerns and answering all of my questions, and had such a calm, settling demeanor with my dogs. During their stay, he allowed them time to adjust and gave them an environment in which they were able to feel as little stress as possible. I love that they spent lots of time outside and had plenty of room to move around. His set up is well thought out, anllowing him to be able to care for several dogs of differing temperaments. Tevin also sent pictures during their stay and quickly responded to texts. In short, this was the perfect environment for my nervous pups (and their nervous mom!) - but I think any dog would thrive here.
