About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 4 years, and I truly treat every animal like they’re my own. What sets me apart is how much I genuinely care about making pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and little quirks because I know every animal is different. I’m currently enrolled in the online program at CVCC, where I’m majoring in Criminal Justice. Since my classes are online, I have a flexible schedule and am happy to work with others to accommodate their needs. I’m dependable, adaptable, and willing to work with your schedule to ensure everyone’s needs are met. I always try to keep things as normal as possible for your pet while you’re away. I follow their usual routine for feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, and anything else they’re used to. I also give them lots of attention and make sure they feel comfortable and safe. When I’m caring for them in their home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure everything is clean and taken care of. I know every pet is different, so I’m happy to adjust to whatever makes them happiest and most comfortable.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was four years old. In the last five years I have traveled the country and dog/house sat in 8 states for neighbors, friends, family, and friends of. I have had experience in puppy training and working with dogs of all ages and size. I will treat your dog as if it were my own best friend! I am responsible and reliable and if I am free I will help as soon as possible! I like to provide fun updates to owners about the adventures their dogs and I have. Warning: You may come home to your dog wanting to go home with me. I work remote so my schedule is wide open as far as availability is concerned.. If that changes I will communicate it. If I am with your dogs they are my first priority. I am laid back and very flexible. I take the care of your best friend very serious. I try to keep your dog on the same schedule that you keep them on, although they may get longer walks and more belly and shoulder rubs with me.

About: Your pets will be safe with me and have such a great time they will be having a vacation themselves. I am a full-time teacher but my brother lives with me and works second shift. So you get two sitters for the price of one! I am also available to walk dogs after I get home in the evenings or all weekends/holidays. I have had cats and dogs since I can remember. I love caring for and connecting with all animals. At one time I took care of 3 day old kittens and nurtured them back to health. They grew into three beautiful cats. I have fostered and volunteered with the humane societies in my area because I believe all animals deserve to be loved. About: I love animals and grew up with animals. I have a dog, have worked and currently work with dogs, and have taken care of dogs before. I'm usually working at least 4-5 days a week, mostly from 2-7pm and most weekends. But I can help out during the weekdays before 2 and sometimes after 7. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
